    Default Something in my room.

    Hi all

Wanted to tell you all about an experience I had early hours this morning. I understand that it could have been imagination or that I was still dreaming, but, did not feel that way.

I woke from a very weird dream, and almost immediately felt something else in the room. I slightly lifted my head from my pillow and in the almost darkness saw something at my wife's side of the bed. As I stared at this spot it was gone... Then I caught something in my peripheral vision walk around the bed, past my feet and up to the wall by the window.

It was then gone and so was the feeling.

Our bed is of ( I suppose ) normal kingsize in height so I estimate a head and shoulders sort of childs height for this thing.

Now, I can normally remember my dreams enough to discept them the next morning to figure them out, but this dream was like, PUUFFFF and it was gone.

Very restless sleep rest of the night.

    Thanks for reading.
Love. peace and Blessings to you all.

    Morning Ammit...
As you discovered it is awareness (without fear) that drives these things away.
You might want to elaborate on what you saw (shadowy or solid?). Sounds
like you didn't have sleep paralysis. Stay in your integrity.

for about a year i went through a few episodes where i awoke at night i would see things next to my bed. once i saw a group of cats looking at me. another time i saw a middle-aged woman in a sweater. i can't remember the others right now but after about the 3rd time i became irritated at those because they were interrupting my sleep that i yelled, 'would you please stop?' hasn't happened since. i chalked it up to hallucinations. i believe that we can hallucinate (especially in a lucid state) independent of chemical reactions. i was taking rather large doses diphenhydramine at the time but have since cut back..

Congratulations, you were fortunate enough that the entity that had spent time with you, allowed you to see the tail end of their visit.

These entities ( rather ET, Grays, etc,) routinely visit us at different times, usually during our sleep.
They have the ability that they can completely control both or will and our reality (hypnosis ..awareness) so even though they interact with us during our trance like state, similar to how our dreams fade, the memory of the event during the abduction ( alien-human interaction) is completely wiped from us.

Chances are, if you search out and seek a really good regression hypnotherapist you will probably find when your subconscious memories are unlocked that you have had a great deal of interaction with these entities.

Keep us informed of your progress.

Here is a video you might find interesting. Her books are a most interesting read as well. You can find them and download them for free if you search around for the pdf files on line of her books.

yes! i have totally found this to be very true in my own experiences!

i have found that a good majority of the time, my imagination will place a negative image on other "wordly beings", especially if i encounter them at night. its amazing how your mind can make a mountain out of a molehill.

the less "fear" i have, means the more i am able to be aware, objective and discerning about what "things that go bump in the night" actually are.

It was like watching a child's head as it past my wife's side, it did not have the up and down characteristics of the way a person walks, it just sort of stayed level with the top of the bed as it moved round. I felt relaxed, mostly, but I was aware of it being there and was not a see through object.

It was totally different to my other 2 experiences that had a full size body but could not make out any legs. The body looked like broken glass shaped, see through and sort of a silver white colour.
This one turned to face me then walked through the wall.

    Dear Ammit,
quite similar to my further experiences and research. When you woke up, did it feel like usually waking up after sleeping (slowly getting into this world ... step by step) or did you wake up very suddenly like from one second to another having full awareness where you are like you have not slept at all?
What I went through and know today (or think I know ...) there are different types of "sleeping events" not even speeking of what you described after you woke up.
My last weeks were full of intense events during my sleep and it seems there is a kind of rhythm with very active times and less active.
