Bill, do you know of any page on Facebook that might be legitimate? (Please see my post #17 on this thread.)

Remember, "legitimate" for a Facebook "group" or "page" does not necessarily mean YOU own or control the page. Just like I could start a page or group for the Dalai Lama or Cirque du Soleil.

Wow.. This sucks.. I will go in and report it. I am in Yosemite and have been travelling all day and got a message that "Bill" had "said something bad about Kerry", so I logged on here to see what was up. Glad I found this thread, I honestly did not see why Bill would talk **** about Kerry just like that..

PS: The officialprojectcamelot facebook is maintained by the Camelot team and is indeed official.

Now I know that its a fake page. When I first saw that page on facebook, I was amazed that there is a official page of project avalon. I though it was been used occasionally. And yesterday I saw that mentioned post on Facebook updates.

Seriously though, is this the work of a miserable so and so or a professional hit piece by someone paid to do it?

Will HD get to the venue? Will he be prevented from attending and have Kerry blamed in a way that validates the statement?
Will Kerry be able in the meantime to get HD briefly on her radio show to tell us he'll be there in his own voice?

Who needs TV and soap dramas when we have this? We here are already aware of facebook and who and what it is really all about and this only exposes it further.

I dont use facebook and I have it blocked at work and at home. Oddly I had to take extra steps to block it at work since its not blocked there, when other places on the internet are - go figure.

Whether or not the page is shut down is likely irrelevant by this point. With comments pointing out fraud at 20+ and growing, this petty little charade is done for.

Actually, this link appears to be legit. https://www.facebook.com/projectavalon At the top is says click here to make a donation and from what I can tell, it actually brings you to the donation page here. So, maybe someone set that up just so people could have another way to donate here.

I did report on the "Official" page as a scam.

Another thing about the donation page. If you click on About, it says this:

Well I got postal on their asses. I suggest completely over - running their page with comments of impersonation etc. could anyone please create a list as to what pages are real and what are not. I hadn't even considered finding Avalon or Camelot on fb.
