“...something is happening on the eastern seaboard with Russian troops - I recently went to the Delaware Beach Resort area, and I can definitely attest to the fact that not only are there Russian troops, there are literally 1,000's of Russian citizens as well living and working within this area. Not only Russians, but a broad spectrum of folks from other eastern block countries: Georgians, Chechyns, Ukrainians.....etc. I do not want to post this openly, as I do not want to cause conflict with any Russian members we may have, but my spidely senses are definitely up and tingling....... something is definitely going on.“

“...I am not exactly sure what it all means...it may mean nothing.... but, I do have the feeling that something strange is going on. One Ukrainian young woman confused me and my oldest daughter for a Russian woman and her daughter that she had met the night before..... she seemed truly boggled that we were not who she thought we were. Apparently, 'we' look like the Russian mother and daughter that she had talked to. She did reveal through some conversation that they had been coming over for at least 8 years. “

This PDF been posted and re-posted on many blogs and alternative sites in the last few days.

I'm 98% sure it's a forged document. No academic or scientist makes presentations like this (there are many anomalies, if one looks carefully). This arena is also not NASA's province at all, and never has been.

Significantly, I've not been able to find it on any military site (also looked on http://archive.org in case it'd been deleted. Nothing there.) This does not mean that at least some of the content may not be valid. But I'm as sure as I can be that the presentation has been concocted.

Separately (in contrast to the probably concocted 'NASA' PDF) -- I do have a personal whistleblower report: a reliable witness who saw with his own eyes hundreds, or maybe thousands, of Russian and German military vehicles stored in an underground base (a secure underground portion of a large construction depot for the I-69 "NAFTA Superhighway").

His experience was back in something like 1997-98. He had no explanation for it. He was taken to the facility by a security guard, who was a personal friend.

That’s funny, thunder24. I followed Glenn Beck with great interest in his latest “puff promise”. He’s about ratings and book sales. I’m still developing discernment skills. Glenn Beck catapulted me from where I was to where I am.

Whereas, “Charlie”, who may be hooked on drama, and coffee, is sincere with his mission to be the mouth piece. I’d wager he’s got a bit of hero worship with Lt. Col. Roy Potter because I hear him when Charlie speaks.
