ICAACT was given an exclusive interview with Dr. Barrie Trower, a true British gentlemen and hero, who has spent many years fighting for humanity.
After the meeting our respect and admiration for him rose to new heights.

During the two days of interview, we touched on many different topics, but the main theme was the abuse of microwaves as a secret and covert stealth weapon, that has been around for at least 50-60 years. This type of weapon has taken many different forms over the years and it is still used in many different types of targeting, even to the point of death around the world.

We started the Interview with basic knowledge about microwaves and how they influence the human body and mind. From there we went on to cover Dr. Barrie Trower's long career, and finally we went into they abuse of microwave weapons and what can be done to protect against them.

In part I there is a part about microwave weapons used on pregnant women.
I imagined the scenario:
Sargent: "Aim the weapon at that woman over there."
Private: "What? That pregnant woman?"
Sergent: "Yes. Do it now. Set the weapon to max and let her have it!"
Private: "But she's pregnant!"
Sergant: "Do you want to spend the next five years in military prison for failing to execute a direct command from a superior officer? Fire that weapon now, soldier!"
Private: "Yes sir! Firing!"

Sergant: "Wow! Will you look at that? Is that blood trickling down her leg?"
Private: "Yes, sir. Can I turn off the weapon now?"
Sergant: "Not yet. Let's see what happens."

Sergant: "The effects seem to be accelerating. She is loosing her balance. See, she's beginning to totter."
Private: "Yes, sir...gulp...I see it."
Sergant: "Ha,ha,ha. Look. She just realized something is wrong. Look at her looking around. Oops. That's right lady, there is no one there. It is just you. Ha,ha."
Private: "Can I shut down now?"
Sergant: "Just a bit more...See? She's holding her belly. Yup, she's in pain now. Look at her face. She has no idea what is happening!"
Private: "I think she has received a full dose. I'm shutting off...dry retching..."
Sergant: "Yeah, she's cooked. Okay. Shut down. I'll send a team to tag her so the docs can track her through the medical protocols."
Private: "Hope her child makes it..."
Sergant: "You have a lot to learn Private, about not getting emotionally involved with the test subjects."
Private: "But she is pregnant! This is not right. Aren't you at all disturbed by this?"

I have tremendous respect for those who come forward to raise awareness and educate the public of the reality that it must know. He does not seek any wealth, fame, or ego boosting. He is a down-to-earth gentleman that only seeks to warn humanity of what it is facing. I admire that.

I am not sure whether Dr. Trower is aware of the Extraterrestrial Intervention. It is actually the force persuading and manipulating those in the positions of power to work for the extraterrestrial beings in exchange for greater wealth, power, and even dominion over the world. Unfortunately, some have fallen under its persuasion with such inducements, and have been working in concert with the ETs. Although the public can only see many errors within the world as committed by other people, many of them are actually instigated by the ET Intervention to weaken the human race for the purpose of conquering the world covertly.

Like the cell creates a virtual electrical field, a ghost field of the intended body, the DNA creates the intended pattern.

External fields mess with the basic body pattern -

Becker explained this in a series of books. Great read.

They also castrated him saying impossible.

He was able to demonstrate he could regrow a finger tip with a proper DC field.

An improper field would induce a cancer.

Pretty black and white stuff..

Then again, "think about the economic damage" he was told if folks understood the physical damage.

A friend of mine, professor at a local univerity, was doing research precisely on this topic and had proof that it was true. The research is done and higher up they very well know about it.He was very worried about the exposure of children since they have lots of cell developing in a fast fashion and these cell exposed would carry genetic impairment throughout life, if not downright provoking cancer. The changes in the cell happens at a very specific time of cell development.

Navy Caught Conducting Secret Electromagnetic Warfare Testing in Public in Washington State

Exposure to electromagnetic frequency radiation has been shown by medical studies and the Navy to cause numerous health problems, including corneal damage, tubular degeneration of testicles, brain heating, sterility, altered penile function, death, cranial nerve disorders, seizures, convulsions, depression, insomnia, chest pain, and sparking between dental fillings. And that list is far from complete.

That being said, electromagnetic warfare testing and training has been covertly conducted by the U.S. Navy on public roads in Washington State — for over five years.

An exclusive report from Truthout divulged the secretive EMF testing, discovered through a number of Freedom of Information Act requests coupled with contradictory and fumbling public statements by the Navy and Forest Service.

“An email thread between the Navy and US Forest Service between 2010 and 2012, recently obtained via [FOIA] request filed by Oregon-based author and activist Carol Van Strum in November 2014, revealed that the Navy has likely been driving mobile electromagnetic warfare emitters and conducting electromagnetic warfare training in the Olympic National Forest and on public roads on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula since 2010,”

reported Truthout’s Dahr Jamail.

Alarmingly, without public notification or even cautionary boundary warnings in place to prevent accidental exposure, the Navy’s EMF testing has taken place in public areas and popular tourist destinations for five years. This vastly contradicts its proposed electromagnetic warfare training plans, ostensibly set to begin this year, which have stirred enormous controversy.

Besides those harmful effects on humans, there are potentially “large-scale negative impacts” on avian, aquatic, reptilian, and other biota in the environmentally sensitive area which includes Hoh Rainforest.

“Effects on small mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians were completely ignored, despite the fact that all 15 Olympic National Forest and state-owned sites selected by the Navy for the mobile emitters are in critical habitat for endangered species,” explained former U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service official, Karen Sullivan, who worked in the Division of Endangered Species and External Affairs for over 15 years. “They even said that amphibians were unlikely to be found at the sites they’d chosen, and the Forest Service did not dispute this. Do they not realize it’s a rainforest?”

According to the report, the Navy secretively conducted its own environmental assessment of the impact of its “proposed” testing in the area. Without alerting anyone the assessment had supposedly been carried out, the period allotted for public comment went completely unnoticed — even area elected officials, residents, and Native American tribes remained in the dark, by design.

Though the Navy maintains the public isn’t at risk during this training, Navy contractor Gerald (Jerry) Sodano told Peninsula Daily News it would take just fifteen minutes for electromagnetic radiation from one emitter truck to damage the “liquid tissue of the eye.” Dangers like these are what has caused enormous public contention for the proposed war games. But the fact that the testing has been happening for years without public knowledge puts the Navy and Forest Service potentially in violation of the law.

Public statements by both Navy and Forest Service officials obfuscated facts to the point of deception, especially in light of documentation showing such testing has been taking place since 2010. And as Truthout noted, the “Navy and federal government were plainly denying Washingtonians access to the facts about what was really taking place in their state.”

State government officials had also been left out of the loop concerning the Navy’s electromagnetic warfare tests. Sullivan contacted the Washington State Dept. of Transportation in March 2015, Truthout reported, inquiring about records for any permits issued to, or requested by, the Navy for its use of public roads during testing. According to WSDOT official Joni Higgins, who was shocked to hear about such activity, “no such permit category even existed.”

As Dr. Martin Pall, professor emeritus of Washington State University, who has extensively studied, lectured, and written on the subject of the effects of electromagnetic radiation, told Truthout, the Navy’s claims of safety are “untrue.”

“What the Navy is doing we have no idea because they won’t tell us,” he said. “But from what little they have told us, they are using a lot of pulse fields in wavelengths that are damaging to us, to biological organisms. They give us not one iota of evidence of what biological effects are produced by those fields, and don’t even tell us what fields they are using. You only find empty statements of ‘don’t worry about these things.’”

Truthout has reported extensively on the Navy’s proposed electromagnetic warfare testing and its possible effects — and its controversial plans to forge ahead without concern for possible public harm. These latest revelations that the military branch has already engaged in such war games without public knowledge do nothing to quell the justifiable fear about its intentions.
