I watched a 3hr hearing on it on C-span from 4am-7 and the Houses sound like they are going to end this program as it's really not needed with all the other laws, and ways for law enforcement to track people. Credit card trails and purchase receipts and hotel records and all that the corporations store anyway. A court order with reason for the info will now be the norm as it was before this PRISM crap, and other surveylance. We owe Snowden a debt of gratitude, regardless, because although we felt it in our bones back in Bush years, we didn't have the hard core evidence and or whistleblower to back it up. Now, we do. Just saying the Congressional houses are up to the tea bags about this, and they mean to trim the fat on the deficit, as they remove this spy on US citizens program, to the shelf forever. Defunding came up frequently and both sides of the isle were pissed, with Liberal, Libertarian, Conservative, Progressive, and Independents putting in on record, that the program that "nobody can talk to them about, that nobody knows is running it at the top, and nobody but a few select senators, can know, will end. The American people aren't paying for what they don't know about.

violation of constitution and they seemed real peeved about the fact that, out of the 11 Fisa judges, 10 were picked by Republican Presidents, and the balance of power and judgement and representation of all parties or at least, "the VOICE OF THE PEOPLE" is NOT being considered, in the decisions for unreasonable search and seizure and 4th Amendment of the Constitution.

Wonderful questions on both sides, and they weren't playing with those witnesses on testimony. Public people were also present, and the PRISM program has no standing to override the rights of privacy of citizens. Even camera's posted watching private property is NOT allowed. SCOTUS ruled 9-0 in favor of the 4th amendment.

Perhaps all that disclosure about a tax funded secret contractor conglomerate working for elites with bunkers, is finally the straw that broke the American Camel's back. All five sides of the star! All Five American nationalities, and all five EU nations All 5 Asian star. All 5 of the Latino stars Stars that meet, and unite to remove the boils of tyranny and place them in a secure prison or banishment to some sinking island.
Just kidding about the sinking island stuff, but they do have to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of OUR laws for treason perjury, bribery, and espionage on the citizens of the US.

I've never seen anything but lip service handed out in any of this in the prior 2000-3000-10000 years of human history, going right back the first male-female partner agreement and discussion.

So don't expect it now. don't expect it to be stopped. Expect it to get worse and more hidden.

It will only be ended when it is forcefully ended, with all loopholes and doorways blocked and locked.

Promises, words and hand slapping will always be a joke.


Knowing what we now know about 'project paperclip' even the Nuremberg trials was 50% lip service and the other 50% was a bit of a joke. Never mind that the war itself was a set-up and originally financed by the Federal Reserve Bank's list of owners. getting uglier yet, that banking consortium was run by Prescott Bush, who's one son and grandson each ended up being president, the presidents who just happened to be involved in the genesis of these situations...
