I have always felt a them and us situation here on earth do not know why an inbuilt thing i guess, i have tried to awaken many but they have ignored me or looked at me as if i am mad, i really believe that there are some who are just not meant to awaken that sounds harsh i know but i have felt i have been banging my head against a brick wall for ages, as i have said before it hurts!
It breaks my heart when i look at people in their little world and want for them so much more.
But i know this is something we can only do ourselves and no amount of giving information is going to make any difference not now.
I will be continuing to work on myself but will be sending out love to those who need it.

It is our perception of separateness that causes all the woes we have in this world. What we do to one, we do to ourselves. There is NO separateness, only ONE-NESS.

    Hi sjkted,

It must be even harder for our parents generation to question some of these issues and of course it is pointless trying wake people who do not want to be woken, but I think we have a responsibility to show some people the light.
You are absolutely correct sunnydaze, We do have a responsibility to those who are dear to us to show them the light. I talk to my parents and my adult kids all the time about my new found enlightenment. In the beginning they sort of shrugged it off as just one of my eccentricities. But more and more everyday as they see how fast our world is changing they pay more attention when I talk about our power as human spirits or the manipulations of the PTB. If each person can just awaken their immediate family and or friends, it will be enough.
    Blessings,
    Yiola

I dont think the ground crew is cancelled... I just think it is moving a lot slower than we expected it would...

    I mean- look at the time line... this same kind of stuff was available when my folks were just married (50 years ago) , they taught me and my sisters as well as held a 'study group' to wake people up with this info (about 30 years ago) , the ground crew books came out (about 10 years ago);

so we are looking at a generational cycle of around 20 years... maybe our job is to pass this info on to the next generation... THE KIDS... and when you hear about the indigo children, the crystal children, the star children... all of whom are more awake than their parents...

maybe we just need to concentrate on this graduating class... the underclassmen are probably not ready to graduate yet...

I do not believe there are just two options From that post I won't like that 'wingmakers' world at all, sure, but that doesn't mean we can't stir the sleeping people up a bit. It is still up to them to choose their paths. I believe most people is on the light side but sleeping, and by pushing them a bit they will hopefully wake up.

I am sure most people won't listen if you fill them with lots of long, complex and unproven names of shy ETs around us but they will surely listen about not worrying to pay bills, about living in a beautiful, clean world where nobody starves to death, about no more wars, about how bankers steal our wealth, etc. Change is possible.
Yes, change is possible, but first people must be 'willing' to change. Those that are not willing to change will never change, and those that are not willing to wake up - wont. So we must live our lives according to the level of truth we know - we must walk our talk - and if we apply the laws of intention, attraction, allowance and balance we will be where we need to be, and we can allow others to be where they want to be. For you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

But I will add -- It does not matter so much if we see a grand awaking, it does matter where our intent is. The energy we put out with intent will return to us in like manner, and this is what is important.

After reading and re-reading Cliff article, I think that it is no longer the duty of the "map makers" to show the way. The way has been shown many times, how many truly feel they can live in a Class 1 civilization, how many truly feel they have achieved self responsibility and found the treasure within that can tell them the complex physics that can bring them on slide from a Class 0 civilization to a Class 1 civilization. How many know what a class 1 civilization is...

At the bottom of his article Cliff says

The newest of the budo arts, woo-woo-do has yet to define its core, though there is no need as, during the transition of the planet into the ‘new order of the age’, the woo-woo-do-ka (those persons pursuing woo-woo-do) are busily employed mapping the Path. Care to explore with us?

    Welcome to the mat.
    Make it yours.
    Demonstrate your arts.

For me this says that mapping and showing are not compatible for both require time and effort. The ones that are ready to make the quantum leap know already which way the "mat" is

    Love you all

Thank you sjkted. I think that this thread is very important and should be explored in depth.

As I read Cliff's message, I was filled with sadness, actually, because I, too, think that the time of conversion or “awakening” is near it's end. As it was, when I found Project Avalon (just a few months before it went subscription), I was in a state of total anxiety caused by an overwhelming sensation of urgency- but I did not know what it was exactly that the universe would have me “do”. I had passed about 7 years of “sheepish slumber” because of my separation and new role as “sole bread winner” for two young boys. I had not studied nor applied what my life experiences had taught me during those 7 years, and I had fallen out of contact with the growing information. Having stumbled onto my new awakening in 2006-7 and having found Avalon threw me into a wild frenzy of catching up.

I, too, have had the honor to have a mother who was very aware and vigilant of the mysteries and incongruities with our actual “reality” even back in the '70's ( I will never forget when she took me with her to see “Chariots of the Gods” at the movie theater...I guess I was about 11 years old). Our home was full of books on prophecy, antique and modern, ufo phenom, self-help, religious studies.
My mom is very connected to the earth and taught me to stop, look and listen, to recognise it's flora and fauna, to be a part, an observer. She wasn't freaked out when I would see “shadow people” and when I could feel good and bad “vibes” as well as see auras. We were accomplices, teaching one another, and together explored many theories and alternative realities. I feel that I am blessed to have her.

I have had many encounters and experiences down my road to enlightenment (I'm still on the path, btw. Don't think it ever ends). In the '90's I took courses in Ortho-bionomy. A Reiki Master was one of the organizers. I talked to him about my life story and told him how I had always felt like a “Cassandra” when speaking to people about my perceptions, my studies and my signs, and how I truely desired to “warn” everyone of the future we would be facing. He told me, “There will come a day, soon, when the people will no longer listen.” That has truly, nearly, come about! I, too feel that I have lost my “energy-urgency-will(?)” to awaken others, and it makes me so sad. I also feel that a new urgency (though not quite as nerve-wrecking, more tranquil and constant like a heartbeat) to prepare for what is to come with like-minded, awake people, although I do still have it in me to share with the half-awake.

So , you see, I know that I have been prepared for my “mission” just by glancing at a list of my life experiences. I can pin point almost every step on the ladder. And I also realize that many of the rungs on the ladder, I , myself, have chosen; for example, the many times I have chosen to go “against the current”, giving up the well trodden way for the “road less traveled”. I absolutely love that poem by Robert Frost! It has meant so much for me ever since I was a pre-teen. It's like I recognized myself in it and it became my mascot! Thanks for posting it!

So let's go back and look at this question: What do we do now? I know what I'd like to do, to see done. Yet I have no real “ground crew” to work with at this time except my youngest son who is quite “awake” but not motivated due to his(our) economical situation at this time (it all goes back to money, somehow). Lots of “wanna dos” and not enough “done it's.

The Avalon Ground Crew had a responsibility and a function... did it take that responsibility seriously? For some people it did... What's that responsibility now? How can we, who are spread out all over the world, continue this legacy? We need to find out.

Good thread Sjkted and also in my life very much to the point!

I recently left the idea of telling the world what's going on [what's going on, tell me what's going on... Marvin Gaye], although I get flashes of wanting to do it again. They're just shorter now, like the thoughts and emotions that are being observed and pass by in a meditation.

When I think about the people that I have to 'leave behind', I get a little sad, but at the same time I realise in part it's also their decision.

The only thing we can do is stick together, live our thruths, increase our light. I use humor a lot which has the power to open doors. While laughing together sometimes the doubting crowd has the chance to ask questions. For example: in the store where I worked I used a small orgone device to counterbalance the wi-fi frequencies. Some people asked me what it was for and then I replied it's to scare away the 'peecee & wifi monsters'. Most of the time they looked puzzled, but when they really wanted to know I started explaining about the science behind it. It happened once in awhile that people asked me for more information.

Sleepyheads also have cracks in their dark bedroom walls. I don't believe in the division between the lightworkers and the people in a lower vibrational state... I mean, in a way I do, but by shining your brightness unconditionally, eventually the light could get in as well. If you hold on to that division you're caught in another mind trap.

I do admit that it's a bit sometimes: everything is funked up, but very much owkay as well!
