I agree with you Bill , if that were a real Nasa document , they will kill the entire city before letting it become public ...especially with all the NSA spying and phone tapping ... they have assasinated many good people for lesser leaks ...they let phil schneider speak for a while then brought out the piano wire, and bill cooper , and to get the signature on the vietnam war they killed a president in front of everyone ...

Read the document for yourself, key words here FUTURE so this is a think tank exercise? I recognise a few excuses here for a lot of the bewildering things that are happening/have happened- especially the dumbing down of humanity and the stuff we are all aware of right now!

This looks like a lecture that has already been given probably based on known or embryonic future weaponry.

Having read this document It has many possibilities you must decide for yourselves.

I think I begin to see what the "Fema camps" could be for.

Page 49, In this document reference is made to the (presumably known )effects on humans of microwave power- targeted low frequency effects the Brain , imagine an area full of potentially armed and mentally deranged beings?

loads more paranoid ways to kill and injure people. including (biblical)swarms of nano bots.

We don't have the actual lecture notes hopefully they are on the same lines as this document 1997 discussing why certain tech is Not used, by the same gent Dennis Bushnell

Wow this was so interesting, bit hard to hear from my little PC but worth every second. With a present day /future science bias, how to save the planet talk some bad news about Earth but a way forward is possible. And Humans as we know them are redundant.

Altering the human geneom so we can tolerate a hotter climate ,
Saltwater farming, for fuel and energy
Robotics.
Terraforming of Mars in the next 120years
Population control.
Nano and bio engineering.
Fresh water conservation.
The Battle is for the future of humankind.
