Karen needs to be in the public eye not in protective space...she has been trying to share her story in the public eye for over 6 years. The Main stream media won't touch her as of yet.

So this is the perfect place for her to have a safe haven.

and feel I should mention that the moderation staff (all volunteer, by the way) does an impressive job of keeping the trolls away while allowing meaningful and sometimes very passionate discussion to take place - so we're not just an echo chamber or a group of nodding heads.

Further, you'll find some members here that have done quite a bit of research on at least some of the material you're covering, but beyond keyboard & mouse research, a number of people who have "walked the walk" in some of these areas as well - most notably, sovereignty issues. So you'll find more than companionship and/or an audience here, you'll find compatriots and colleagues.

Dear Karen,

First, welcome to Avalon.

If you allow me, I'd like to be objective and give you a piece of advice.

Stick to what you know, Karen. Stick to your expertise.

There's a huge amount of disinformation going on in the Alternative Media and the internet as a whole.

Since you're fairly new to this alternative media universe, you suffer a serious risk of letting yourself be dragged into very complicated and speculative issues.

Don't allow yourself to get involved in all those speculative and fantastic claims that plague the alternative media. If you do that, you're taking a very real risk of discrediting yourself.

As an example, I can mention your recent statements about comet Ison, about which you later admitted to have been duped. You've also mentioned a nuclear bomb being detonated close to South Carolina, which is not, even by far, reliable information.

People will try to dupe you, Karen. All the time. Many interviewers will try as hard as they can to get you to confirm their current convictions, either to satisfy their egos or to deliberately make you discredit yourself.

So, if someone asks you a question which you don't have the answer for, just say you don't know and refrain from making any more comments.

You have very good credentials and a good reputation. Credibility is the key here. Don't let anyone take it from you, because they'll try.

You're a public person now, so take care of yourself. They'll try to discredit you at all costs.

Don't get publicly involved on issues outside your expertise area; This is the best way to protect the integrity of your information, your credibility and reputation.

I will take exception to your blanket indictment on MSM though.
As a member of that community, who has assigned reporters to report on gold and silver manipulation within the bulge banks, broke the story on the financial collapse days after Lehman's demise, Bitcoin and have been a constant critic of the Fed's multiple QE programs, I will tell you there is a far higher threshold in MSM than your YouTube appearances.
The charges you allege must be documented, not proved by a causal effect of what happen subsequently.
Again I'm not denigrating you, I am just telling you your burden of proof is higher than what you have afforded yourself as of now to prove the allegations.
Feel free to reach out directly should you feel my thoughts on what you believe to be a coverup are warranted or if you wish to speak -- off the record -- as all these conversations are about specific actions to back up the charges.

Welcome, Karen! Avalon is a very good place indeed for whistleblowers and their supporters to hang out,
There has been a huge amount of jaw dropping information posted, absorbed, sifted, sorted, analysed, refuted and/or confirmed here over the past few years.
The only problem is finding the time to do it all justice!
One of the most important things, IMHO, is to remember to enjoy the camaraderie and have fun while we're doing it!
