    Quote oil slammers anyone ?
Sorry, I couldn't even get close to something called an "oil slammer" without at least 4 shots of

All the liver detox the law allows
    Fred

Note to Kula: Tequila won't do much to detox the liver, but it does wonders for what everyone's guitar playing sounds like.

I too am advised to stay off dairy, so I looked for good substitutes. Goat cheese is far more digestible for humans, btw. You can buy goat cream and milk, also, but I prefer almond milk, hemp milk and coconut milk, all of which are good for most bodies. I also was advised to stay away from grains (ouch! I LOVE bread) because I could no longer digest them. However, a little research later, I discover that sprouted grain breads change the nature of grains and are much more digestible. More expensive, so I use it sparingly, but satisfies my bread crave.

Fred I think your drinks may be needed afterwards, need something to get over the shock!!!

Swami, cheers for the info on Zeolites, will look into this in more detail

a drink I have been making (like to mix and make in my kitchen) is apple juice mixed with beetroot juice, a good slug of lemon, orange and milk thistle......tastes quite nice

That drink sounds lovely Morguana.. isn't it very heavy though? Probably have to take great care when lifting it...

Would be a nice idea to post that alternative link you found from curezone Morguana... give people a balanced view if they are thinking of dropping the bottom out of their bottom

I must add though, I've seen others rubbish people like Raymond Francis and Colin Campbell (The China Study) on so-called 'scientific' sites. I think we just have to accept that everybody has an editorial perspective. Of course Andreas M is only going to say good things about his writings... and scientific sites are going to equally look to doubt any claims.

It's always our decision as to what to believe in the end....

Still, proof of the pudding is in the speed at which the Epsom salts deliver it through your bowels I always say...

Thanks for porting the thread from Av1... has made me nostalgic...

This is a great book about the liver flush by Andreas Moritz :
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazing-Live.../dp/0976571501
Loads of good info in there .
I only managed to do 3 flushes though ..... The thought of olive oil/grapefruit juice then epsom salts starts my gip reflex these days .
Got a couple of hundred stones out each time though (some were quite big) so must have done some good

    Hi Morguana,

Thanks for the reminder I need to do another liver flush, it's been a few months since my last one (flush no. 10). As I had a break to do the HCG drop weight loss and life got in the way!

I've also been rebounding regularly which is an extremely good lymphatic pumper / cleanser as the change in acceleration on the bounce pumps the lymphatic fluid.

For those which dismiss the flush as just soap made from the oil and salt really need to read the part I posted about the liver flukes/parasites which came out on my 4th flush... Photos and details are on the second page of thread

Summary... these came out ~2 hours after the other green stones of flush 4 and the few green stones here must have been shutting down a section of my liver "protecting" the rest of my liver from these flukes. As the stones unblocked due to flush, these all came out. Note: At this point of the flush no food has been in you for almost 24 hours so is not food related and can't be explained by the soap made by oil/grapefruit/salt by the quackwatch nayslayers trying to steer people away from good health...

Still, those pictures are Gross!! That is some flush!!!

If you don't mind me asking, what are biggest benefits? And what are the biggest downsides? Do you feel noticeably different once doing these?

    Hi Stef,

Digestion improves massively. Getting more regular. You're immune system is in the gut so it is one of the best things for the immune system. It improves bile flow, which is what aids digestion. Most are blocked and food processes slowly and there intestines end up being acidic as the bile (alkaline) neutralises the stomach acid... I'd recommend spending the £6 on Andreas Moritz's book and reading the benefits.

Numerous guests on Patrick Timpone's www.oneradionetwork.com (amazing site) advocate the benefits of good bile flow and getting th bile inclusions out and the liver functioning correctly... David Jubb, Andreas Moritz, to name 2 guests which discuss this regularly...

Yep could clearly see the health benifits of doing this, john you radiated glowing health at Avebury
am a little anxious as have never done anything like this before, have given 100's of enemas in the past, but never diy.
But will be in the hands of someone whom has, so that makes one feel better. When I first heard about this procedure I
thought yuk! Was sent the link to your thread on av1......still thought eek....but the nosey scientist in me is wondering exactly what will be flushed out of my liver....will be interesting!

Also the health benifits far out way the discomfort from what I can see.
So fingers crossed Friday will go with a bang or at least a pop

it's not just beauty sleep one needs
good luck john on your 10th
    love

It will be no.11 For me the worst part is the Epson Salts (Tesco's Pharm. do large 2kg boxes for £5).

I also filter my water from Fluoride, eat good food and do quite a bit of Yoga/Tia Chi and try and avoid stress but I did this before flushing and people actually commented on a step change in health improvement from the flushes... People wouldn't guest I'm 39

Hi folks thought I might report back (without piccys ), well it wasn't as scary as I thought , friend arrived Wednesday and we did the enema thing (just to clear out colon) that in itself was interesting as I have done 100,s of these on patents during my nursey days but never experienced one myself. It's a strange mix of holding on and relaxing
