Default Wikileaks - The Trans-Pacific Partnership

Hadn't seen this posted yet and feel that it deserves all of our attention. This is basically SOPA/PIPA on steroids, as the article and PDF document reveals an attack on not just the Internet, but many aspects of life. To quote The Guardian:

"If instituted," Assange continues, "the TPP’s intellectual property regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs."

This is just one chapter of something like 28 others. In other words, this is but the tip of the iceberg. Yikes.

This is it folks. This is the corporate charter for global governance, the annulment of sovereignty. Put another way, the revocation of the Magna Carta.

I guess the magnetic generators will never make it out to the world now, this gives bankers control over free energy inventions being produced in Australia...

if three people gather they can be arrested...

cheap pharmaceuticals will now be forced to discontinue for patent infringement...

oil companies, bankers and pill pushers are taking over down under...

Explained in 1 minute: New TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership) Wikileaks Revelations

“WikiLeaks released a draft chapter of a secret international trade agreement that could create tougher laws on digital copyrights and freedom of speech. The 95-page chapter, part of a broader agreement between the Trans-Pacific Partnership member countries, outlines intellectual property (IP) rights relating to medicine, publishing, Internet, patents and civil liberties for the TPP member states, which represent more than 40 percent of the global economy....”

“...If instituted, the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons,” [article continued here @ the International Business Times]

WikiLeaks Secret TPP IP Chapter (pdf posted in OP)

    Published on Nov 13, 2013

Sources cited for David's claims & more info:

"The section entitled 'Enforcement' outlines new policy measures, including a proposal for supranational litigation tribunals to which national courts are expected to defer but which have no human rights safeguards, the press release said. The chapter states that these courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence, and replicates many of the surveillance and enforcement provisions from the shelved SOPA and ACTA treaties."

Keep an eye now on the Philippines considering they need some banker bucks now to "upgrade" .....lots of bucks to be made from disasters. Not to mention all the military hardware there now, battleships to pass out food and aircraft carriers to drop bottles of water.

Amazing how this stuff works huh?

it is the biggest report I remember him putting together

Philippines still hold all the gold treasures from WW II, 6' gold statues filled with fist sized gemstones

as the Ninjas are moving forward, weather weapons were turned on this storm to show the cabal isn't happy...

    From the infowars link: http://www.infowars.com/secret-globa...ernet-freedom/

    Well worth a read

Quote The draft text for the TPP Intellectual Property Rights Chapter spells out provisions for implementing a transnational “enforcement regime” designed to supplant national laws and sovereignty with a globalist construct. The TPP is by far the largest and most oppressive economic treaty devised thus far. It will have an impact on a staggering 40 percent of worldwide GDP. The TPP is the forerunner to the equally secret US-EU Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Both treaties combined will cover 60 percent of world GDP and exclude China.

Enforcement will be accomplished by “supranational litigation tribunals to which sovereign national courts are expected to defer.” According to the document, the globalist courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence.

In addition, aspects of the treaty resemble SOPA and ACTA treaties with draconian surveillance mechanisms. In early 2013, thousands of websites “went black” to show solidarity in opposition to SOPA, or the Stop Online Piracy Act, legislation that seriously threatened the functionality of the internet. “SOPA was an attempt to put the power of information back in the hands of an elite few who are rapidly losing the ability to control what the masses are reading, hearing and seeing,” Mac Slavo wrote in January, 2012.

Since the beginning of the TPP negotiations, the process of drafting and negotiating the treaty’s chapters has been shrouded in an unprecedented level of secrecy,” Wikileaks notes in a statement on the release of the TPP draft. “Access to drafts of the TPP chapters is shielded from the general public. Members of the US Congress are only able to view selected portions of treaty-related documents in highly restrictive conditions and under strict supervision. It has been previously revealed that only three individuals in each TPP nation have access to the full text of the agreement, while 600 ’trade advisers’ – lobbyists guarding the interests of large US corporations such as Chevron, Halliburton, Monsanto and Walmart – are granted privileged access to crucial sections of the treaty text.”

Obama is poised to fast-track the secret agreement. “The US administration is aggressively pushing the TPP through the US legislative process on the sly,” said Wikileaks editor Julian Assange.

“If instituted, the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs,” Assange added.

Wikileaks has published part of the draft of a U.S.-brokered international trade deal - whose exact wording has been kept secret for years. The Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, or TPP, is expected to encompass 11 nations, representing about 40 percent of the world's GDP.

"A Corporate Trojan Horse": Obama Pushes Secretive TPP Trade Pact, Would Rewrite Swath of U.S. Laws, October 4, 2013

    Source: democracynow.org

As the federal government shutdown continues, Secretary of State John Kerry heads to Asia for secret talks on a sweeping new trade deal, the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The TPP is often referred to by critics as "NAFTA on steroids," and would establishing a free-trade zone that would stretch from Vietnam to Chile, encompass 800 million people -- about a third of world trade and nearly 40 percent of the global economy. While the text of the treaty has been largely negotiated behind closed doors and until June, kept secret from Congress, more than 600 corporate advisors reportedly have access to the measure, including employees of Halliburton, and Monsanto.

"This is not mainly about trade," says Lori Wallach, director of Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch. "It is a corporate trojan horse. The agreement has 29 chapters, and only five of them have to do with trade. The other 24 chapters either handcuff our domestic governments -- limiting food safety, environmental standards, financial regulation, energy and climate policy -- or establishing new powers for corporations." -democracynow.org

TPP: Corporate Charter for the New World Order, September 14, 2013

    Source: wolfspiritradio.com, drowninginabsurdity.wordpress.com, emvsinfo.blogspot.com

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a monstrosity akin to being the corporate charter of the New World Order, effectively providing the framework for corporate global dominance. The details of the agreement are being written and negotiated in secret by 600 corporate advisors (including Walmart, Pfizer, Monsanto & Halliburton) while both Congress and the press have been barred from accessing the text. Sections of the text leaked to the public indicate a massive corporate conglomerate is working behind the scenes, through the TPP trade agreement as well as global consolidation (too big to fail) tactics, to upgrade transnational corporate rights and power from 'personhood' status to 'nationhood' status with a bent towards global resource management and control.

This inflated status enables corporations to sue sovereign nations having strict health, safety and/or environmental laws with the claim that such laws "violate their corporate rights to make money" via exploitive activities such as drilling, mining and fracking. Hundreds of similar lawsuits, costing nearly three hundred billion dollars in taxpayer funds globally, have reportedly already been filed. The latest, and perhaps most disturbing, is Bayer/Syngenta suing the European Commission to overturn the ban on their pesticides---the same pesticides proven to be responsible for killing millions of bees.

While TPP negotiations are expected to be finalized by Oct 1st 2013—a deadline that may also be related to upcoming disaster preparedness requirements centered around FEMA Region 3—the TPP deadline can, through a dedicated public focused on freedom and right-living, be stalled and pushed back for a third time (and perhaps final) time. To learn more about the Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement (TPP), as well as the Trans-Atlantic Free Trade Agreement (TAFTA), and find out what you can do to personally get involved, please visit the Public Citizen Global Trade Watch website as well as http://www.exposethetpp.org/

2011 - 20 years into WTO, China could not contain her rampant intellectual copy right problem (China in turn takes advantage of WTO to rise to power). This is extremely unfair for those that pour million/billions of dollars into research to be later on having had their products stolen. http://www.economist.com/node/21541408

And we want to make known of FREE ENERGY? Good Grief!

TPP was to be introduced for this purpose: http://www.politicapress.com/2011/12...china/?lang=en. In simplicity, this is all I could see.

I do not subscribe to the NWO for I do not know all what it will do except speculations from others who in turn do not have the whole picture. What I see is an attempt to tame China without having to blow up this whole little planet. BTW, China wouldn't care that the whole Earth burns if she will come out on top. Look at the state of her land today. Anyone remember "THE GREAT LEAP FORWARD" by chairman Mao?

I do think that Chinese are as imperialists as Americans, if not more, and can be really ruthless. However, I am not sure that they do not care about earth. They have to manage over 1 billion poor people, poor to a point we can't imagine out west. Poor that push savage development because they want it fast. I have seen this attitude in poor countries, again and again (I mean I have seen it face to face, not in books).

I met a Chinese university chairman once, in fact, he dined at my house, and we were talking about these development and the 1 child policy. His answer was "we are over one billion, what do you want? Us continuing making lots of children and then making war with all our Neighbours to have land to put our children on, or us restraining in making too many people and keeping the planet quieter?" Then he emphasized how difficult it was to keep a lid on people who did savage development, when you deal with 1.5 billion people.

Thanks so much for posting this. We are all guilty of savage development against our neighbors, apart from so called uncivilized or free humans living deep in the wilds. As long as we have a global economy based on the extraction of mineral wealth from other countries, followed by the global production and refinement and finally assembly and delivery to so called wealthier countries to be sold and later dumped all under the pretext of economic development and societal growth.. Even a child can see how this will impact our mineral wealth over time and rises in demands.

The freedoms offered to a corporation are not offered to any other group in our society, from government through to the individual, us. Is it any wonder they rule over halph the planet's economy? Ultimately their design is flawed, as a species we need a better model, perhaps simply outlawing profit, that alone would make business owners more spendy towards the high cost of staffing, perhaps more imaginative in philanthropy too... Collectively we need to scratch our heads for a better way, ideally a transitional way... N

    1989 - Tiannanmen square massacre.
1991 - China was invited into WTO with the hope she will let her people gain more freedom.

This is where I th...ink we are heading.

Communism was introduced. One standard for all. Cultural diversity had no importance. Ethnicities were divided but that is being reverted. The people's identity must be recognised and protected http://www.globalresearch.ca/plans-f...ddle-east/3882

China is not homogenous in term of ethnicity. She's made up by multiple groups who want to be governed by themselves. But the Chinese Hans - a minority - do not like that, never did throughout China's history. China has seen what recently happened to the former Yugoslavia.

The Hans have tried to assimilate all other groups into Hans culture. It is ethnicity cleansing in silence mode. Watch what's happening to the Tibetans, the Mongols in Inner Mongolia, the Ughurs in XinJiang, the Manchurians in Upper Northeast, the Yuehs in Yunan. Chinese workers are fifth column army. Chinese cultural exchange is a propaganda - Confucius recorded the Yueh (Vietnamese) culture and now has become the Middle Kingdom's cultural backbone, and in turn want to teach that to the Vietnamese. How ironic! Bejing's very own Forbidden City was designed by a Vietnamese architect, lol.

The Chinese agenda to take over the world is much, much deeper than it appears. It is in their play book, since forever.

Do I sound bitter. Maybe. I am only concerned for everyone's right to existence.

while you have them on the phone, tell them thanks for helping the oil men by passing a bill, creating a $5000 fine for protesting fracking which destroys our water supplies and causing quakes destroying the communities they are stealing from...

This is just one chapter of something like 28 others. In other words, this is but the tip of the iceberg. Yikes.

This is it folks. This is the corporate charter for global governance, the annulment of sovereignty. Put another way, the revocation of the Magna Carta.
This is actually a (Good Thing), because they're far too LATE...

They keep forgetting, their entire (House of Cards) relies on Secrecy & FEAR...

Ya see the PTW, have to go for jugular right now. Because their Way behind schedule...

The Lion sleeps no more, and that means a fair percentage the cubs are being forced to Awaken..!

...and the problem for the PTW is that the people know where to find them, regardless of how many lapdogs they employ to protect them!!!

Rockefeller & Bush Snr/s are Pissing & $hitting through Colostomy Bags, and the rest of there ilk aren't far behind..!

(GREED) is their weakness & (GREED) will be their Downfall...
