Propolis for me has been a sort heal-all. Over two and a half years I have come back from Glasgow-Coma-Scale level three. At that level even the pupils don't dilate. Your are expected to die by the medics. Happened to me six times. At a seventh time I sort of woke up from "no where and no when" (As Bill said, talking to Inelia.)
There has been lots science across the (now) two and half years of my healing. Homoeopathy has been perfect. But big-pharma's drugs which was given to me, by the mistake of a doctor, who put me on antidepressant, when I was actually in bliss! That also needs to be known my Health people.
The biggest thing of all was that thousands of friends sent "Waves of Love" for me. 40 millions Ahadiyya Muslims prayed for me at the behest of their Khalif, because as a designer I had made a fired-printed mirror of the 99 Names of God mentioned in the Koran. The Ahadiyya Muslims are always peaceful. Their Aid Agency is called "Humanity First". And they mean it. I'd like to say more ... Love to everyone on this Project. mrmalco

The propolis I have used is consistent with the color in the picture. I have used it for bacterial throat infections both to treat and to prevent spread of infection.

In particular, I find that placing a small (1/2 pea) size piece at the back of the tongue at the onset of symptoms to be hugely effective at diminishing the duration of infection, as well as generally diminishing the overall symptoms. I am told it makes for a good wound treatment since, unlike honey, it is more solid and less likely to goo on stuff.

Great stuff IMO. It can be kind of hard, so it often helps to hold a candle/lighter to the container to warm it and make it more pliable.

Our resin here is a bit darker. I hope you know that it is first dissolved in alcohol and than used as drops in some liquid for oral consumption I mean?

Does any one have any experieced with it ,because of many different colors of propolis . They most have different properties vs their color?
type is probly less relevant when it comes to propolis and almost always is of a dark brownish nature.they gather the basic properties of propolis from surrounding tree sap and buds.so..that would bee a good place to start.pollen maybe more relevant per loction if treating of allergy symptons from say like hay fever.

I was just thinking this wonderful bee product would do well in a long term food cabinet. Like raw honey, wouldn't it last a very, very long time? And the nutritional aspects are beyond question.
