Me and my room mate both described this. Like we were smacked with some technology in bed, like a tornado of sound drilling into our ears in a crescendo. I don't think aliens would do this, they would just use their psychic dominance to make you paralyzed or sleep.

Flashing bars at certain speeds is done on TV screens to hypnotize people. Today I found a video on the moon where you see a 'wave-beam' go across the moon. I bet that it's a holographic cover to hide what's going on there.

Lysaur, I have noticed sounds as well. For me, they are usually penetrating deep pulsating noises and I can feel them inside of me. Sometimes one ear will go completely deaf except for deep pulsations [seems like it is coming from inside my head, not from outside environment] - and then it is followed by bouts of tinnitus. could be a health issue..... i really do not know. pulsating lights bother me because they stay with my brain for a long time. long after they are seen by my eyes. very annoying.

I didn't realize that the experiences described in post #272 were someone else's experiences. Do you have any more knowledge about the golden membrane described in the Carla Fox blog and how we can develop the "escape velocity"? The TMI class sessions that this person describes took place in 2011. IS there any further information you can share about this "Event" that was not known in 2011?

More information came in. The event that is heading our way will shift the energy of the earth, but not the gathering at Focus 34/35. Yes, 100%, Absolutely... These were definite topics during the time when I was active and I personally heard discussions on the matter and saw documentation. I posted a link from an older article below.

Yes, though these changes are being attempted to be mitigated or buffered by both "Off World Groups" and "Elements Within Some Of The Earth Governments".

Yes, "Some" of "Them" are very serious about preventing us from advancing further (Than the 7-10% we have in the last 3K-5K Years) while "Others" want to allow things to occur "Naturally". There are MAJOR Disagreements between these groups on how to proceed, or whether to proceed...

That remains to be seen. There are "New Players" in the Game. It appears these negative ET's may not a say when all is said and done. The "New Players" may just be here to "Observe" or to "Intervene" in what has been going on here on Earth and some other Planets for a long time.

The "Ancient Breakaway Earth Civilizations" seem to have a part to play. There were laboratory experiments of using "Vibration" and "Light/Photons" to activate Additional DNA Strands in the programs that there was documentation on.

I do not know how all of the above tie in as a grand plan other than what I have read on the Internet (Including David Wilcocks Work) post serving in these "Programs".

I have to be careful answering some of these questions because of the timing of when and where I received some of this information. ALL Will help raise your "Vibration".

Your "Body" acts as an Antennae to all Waves and Vibrations around you and your DNA are also acting like little Antennae's. They will receive these "Incoming Vibrations" and then "React"...

A suggestion I have is to listen to music that is 432 Hz, rather than the 440 Hz standard. Over-the-ear headphones may be the preferred way of doing this for maximum effect.

There is lots of information on the Internet about the virtues of 432 Hz, which is more harmonious to our minds and bodies (stated very simply in my own words).

There are also DNA repair sounds that one can listen to.

I can't vouch for the benefits of any of this, though, because I have just started playing with it and just got some headphones today to help with this. Perhaps GoodETxSG has some input on this.


Edit to add:

There are also "binaural beats" and "isochronic tones" to listen to for stress relief, healing meditation, etc. The binaural beats definitely require headphones because different tones are sent to each ear.

Reminds me of Fore's story. He is on theOutpostForum now...

He was trained since birth by a Nordic ET, but she [Nordic] also had to work with Grey ETs who were not nice like her, basically. Like 2 divorced parents struggling with legalities and differing agendas. Fore was trained to have extremely advanced psychic abilities and was watched very closely. I think he is one of the exceptional experiments as I've not come across any contactee like him. He also spoke of 'The Children' who were raised in rural areas and trained like him. I don't think he was a hybrid but it might be somewhat possible him and / or 'the children' are. Good thing is though, he seeded a lot of new concepts and information on exopolitics, reality of higher density phenomena (you could say), psychic techniques and abilities, and ET perspectives on things.

It is funny though, most people will get *interference* when they get into his material. I think mainly from readers accidentally psychically connecting with some beings written in the material, who later check up on the reader, and sometimes give some 'attention' to.

He thinks much more skeptically than I do and couldn't believe there were planet size spaceships as described in "The Gathering" by Robert Monroe. So I showed him a Nasseim Harramin video and other videos that appear to show planet size space ships around the sun. I was surprised to see that the video was dated 2004. So it seems to show that if these are space ships that are observing us that they have been watching for a long time now. Who knows how long they have been there! Nassim also made the point of saying that many or most of the cameras watching the sun were from the Vatican. . . . .

Another bit of technology that I came across when researching ET symbols, namely the caduceus, which was a symbol of the Annunaki "gods" Thoth, Hermes, Mercury, Quetzalcoatl, et al. This "god" was sometimes associated with science and technology. His symbol was two snakes wound around a staff that were 180 degrees out of phase with each other.

About twenty years ago I met a scientist who was working on a device using the caduceus coil around a metal rod and pulsing it with microwave frequencies. I've read various accounts that if done properly can produce time shifts and levitation. Do you have any familiarity with this technology?

Laura Eisenhower has also been recently speaking about how the divine feminine has been supressed for thousands of years and is connected to the idea of spiritual alchemy. She teaches that Christ consciousness is birthed in each of us when our divine feminine and divine masculine aspects within us are in balance: something magical happens. She and others claim that this is the origin of creativity in humans that other species lack.

Do you think he is correct about the pyramids not being built by humans? Or maybe they were built by the people we are descended from 10,000 years of more ago?

To tell the truth I had forgotten about the stargate video by Nassim. I watched it years ago. But when my husband said that there must be video or pictures of these large spacecraft and we looked on youtube, I recognized Nassim. I think a lot of people have heard his voice describing the true orbits of the planets in our solar system. It's more like they are following the sun in a cork screw fashion.

6. Do you know of specific measures we can individually or collectively take to encourage the upgrade of the DNA within ourselves? For example are there specific meditation practices, mantras, or other protective actions (like cleansing ourselves from chemtrails, fluoride GMO's) that we can take to promote these upgrades?

A suggestion I have is to listen to music that is 432 Hz, rather than the 440 Hz standard. Over-the-ear headphones may be the preferred way of doing this for maximum effect.

There is lots of information on the Internet about the virtues of 432 Hz, which is more harmonious to our minds and bodies (stated very simply in my own words).

There are also DNA repair sounds that one can listen to.

I can't vouch for the benefits of any of this, though, because I have just started playing with it and just got some headphones today to help with this. Perhaps GoodETxSG has some input on this.

There are also "binaural beats" and "isochronic tones" to listen to for stress relief, healing meditation, etc. The binaural beats definitely require headphones because different tones are sent to each ear.

There are signs that "A Few Groups" already have us segmented into "Control Groups" and "Test Groups" for this part of the "Experiment".

Reminds me of Fore's story. He is on theOutpostForum now...

He was trained since birth by a Nordic ET, but she [Nordic] also had to work with Grey ETs who were not nice like her, basically. Like 2 divorced parents struggling with legalities and differing agendas. Fore was trained to have extremely advanced psychic abilities and was watched very closely. I think he is one of the exceptional experiments as I've not come across any contactee like him. He also spoke of 'The Children' who were raised in rural areas and trained like him. I don't think he was a hybrid but it might be somewhat possible him and / or 'the children' are. Good thing is though, he seeded a lot of new concepts and information on exopolitics, reality of higher density phenomena (you could say), psychic techniques and abilities, and ET perspectives on things.

It is funny though, most people will get *interference* when they get into his material. I think mainly from readers accidentally psychically connecting with some beings written in the material, who later check up on the reader, and sometimes give some 'attention' to.
