Default 37 nuclear missile launch officers involved in drug, cheating scandal, Air Force Secretary says...

    Quote (ASSOCIATED PRESS)

WASHINGTON — US Air Force Secretary: 37 nuclear missile launch officers involved in drug, cheating scandal.

    Previous story:

A drug investigation of officers at six Air Force bases, including two that operate nuclear missiles, has been widened to include allegations of cheating on certification tests, defense officials said Wednesday.

The officials said the cheating probe involves missile launch control officers at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. One official said it includes about 37 people. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak about the expansion of the probe on the record before it was announced.

They said the cheating allegations revolve around routine tests the service members have to take to insure their job proficiency. They said information about the possible cheating emerged from the ongoing probe into drug use at several bases.

The Pentagon said the Air Force’s top civilian, Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James, and its top uniformed officer, Gen. Mark Welsh, planned a news conference Wednesday to update the status of the investigation.

Last week the Pentagon disclosed the original drug probe of a total of 10 officers — nine lieutenants and one captain — at six bases. It provided few other details beyond saying the officers were suspected of possessing “recreational drugs.”

The matter is being probed by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.

The original disclosure of a drug investigation said the officers alleged to be involved were at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.; Schriever Air Force Base, Colo.; Royal Air Force base Lakenheath in England; Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., and two bases that operate intercontinental ballistic missiles — F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., and Malmstrom.

First word of the investigation came last Thursday moments before Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel appeared at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming to deliver a pep talk to members of the 90th Missile Wing, which operates 150 ICBMs. Hagel did not mention the drug probe but praised the missile force for its dedication and professionalism.

Last week an Air Force spokesman, Lt. Col. Brett Ashworth, said the probe began with an investigation of two officers at Edwards and quickly widened to other bases because of the officers’ contacts with others about drug possession.

It super weird that the Air Force is being shaken down.

Could it be that the Army was fed up with the AF holding the lion's share of the power?

The whole advent of CIA/Air Force in 1947 wasn't exactly the best thing for the Army, was it?

Didn't it take some of their power away?

My TI in AF BMT was former Army and seemed more mature than the Air Force TIs.
    Just a thought.

p.s. the whole point of CIA was peacetime operations which is bad stuff.
and the whole point of the Air Force was compartmentalizing Hitler's lost research, imo. I can't think of another reason to separate the forces like that.

everyone was kind of talking about Roswell recently

    check out this kid's name:

    Quote ROSWELL, N.M.—
A 12-year-old boy accused of opening fire with a shotgun at a New Mexico middle school and seriously wounding two students, has been charged with three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, authorities said on Thursday.

The boy, Mason Campbell, will be tried as a juvenile in connection with the shooting at Berrendo Middle School in Roswell, said New Mexico State Police Lieutenant Emmanuel Gutierrez.

    Made me smile Korgh, thanks

Yesterday Infowars talked about this topic here.

Last week a PAVE HAWK helicopter came down near RAF Lakenheath in Norfolk, England, killing four personnel. The helicopter looked like it had near to no damage and an eye witness suggested that he heard no explosions and believed it had just landed. Also, the very next day another helicopter came down, this time in Norfolk, Virginia. This might seem a bit off-topic, but RAF Lakenheath is mentioned in the original post by the Huffington post.

Earlier on in 2013 another similiar incident, Air Force Strips 17 Officers Of Nuclear Launch Authority.

Not sure if you have looked into the Dr. Jim Garrow claims of last year (first he suggested that officers were being presented with a "litmus test", then secondly further on in the year suggested the US had been spared a nuke going off thanks to a couple of nuclear launch officers refusing to follow orders). This was also mentioned by Karen Hudes, and also another source whom I forget (sorry).

Second-in-command of the country's nuclear arsenal is suspended as he is investigated for GAMBLING

Incidently, Dr, Jim Garrow was on the Pete Santili show the other day (about 1 hour in) and he suggested he had been the victim of an assination attempt.

    _______________

Last year, with all the drills that were planned for October and all the gossip flying around about training being completed by various government departments it seemed to me something big was on the horizon. This was around about Thanksgiving time, and the "expected time" of the magnetic flip of the sun. Then it seemed NOTHING happened.

Did they intend on an EMP false flag and were stopped in thier tracks?

It seems picking and choosing officers that will obey must be a hard thing

Did the drum beat just get a bit louder? I sure hope so.

Sorry, but I have the urge to sign off Suspicous0bservers stylie

With today's news that 92 total officers have been caught up in this investigation, I figured there would be WAY more discussion of this topic. Curious to learn more.
