Default Public Prosecutor's office must prosecute top official Demmink (The Netherlands)

    Quote Arnhem -

Former highest official Joris Demmink of the Ministry of Security and Justice must still be prosecuted, the court determined Tuesday in Arnhem.

Two Turkish men demanded last October that Demmink would be prosecuted for sexually abusing three underage Turkish boys in the nineties. In a so-called Article 12 procedure they asked the court in Arnhem to command the prosecution. Arnhem court has given the green light Tuesday afternoon.

Former top official Demmink (until November 1st last year), the highest official in the Ministry of Security and Justice, has for many years been associated with child abuse. The former official has always denied and says he has not been in Turkey after 1987.

Finally some justice !! This case has been hushed up in the Netherlands and didn't make it into the mainstream media, until now.

Argusoog radio, an internet radio station on which John Waterman and Kerry Cassidy had their programs years ago,
investigated the case and got into trouble because of it.

Another investigative reporter even had to flee to Asia to secure his safety. That's what happens when officials commit crimes.
But perhaps this time another door is cracked open ... let justice be done, also to those who were supposed/trusted to maintain
    it themselves.

    I agree.

Prosecute them all if they have committed crimes.

I got a dui a year ago and then I dated the judges ex wife for a while and boy is she mad at him and had lots to say.

I am waiting to play my cards..............he is screwed and will lose his law license and be prosecuted.

    Keep your ex's happy.

    The Joris Demmink case

Largely unknown outside of the Netherlands and having his crimes well covered up by the Dutch authorities and the royal family, is the homosexual Joris Demmink, born December 11, 1947, the most powerful man of the Netherlands until he retired as highest official of the Dutch Ministry of Safety and Justice on November 1, 2012.
During Demmink’s farewell party, Micha Kat and six other journalists were arrested in order to prevent them from interviewing Demmink.

Demmink finds himself in the center of a pedophile scandal that is far more powerful, evil and far reaching than even the majority of the Dutch know.
On the Dutch website demminkdoofpot.nl (“demminkcoverup.nl”), an audio fragment says in Dutch language: “During conversations with (Dutch magazines) Panorama and Gay Krant behind closed doors last week, he (Demmink) admitted he had sex with young gay boys, and that he hadn’t always asked about their age”.

The link below gives an extensive though incomplete overview of Demmink’s carrier as a homosexual pedophile, partially taken from the overview in Dutch language which is available at demminkdoofpot.nl.

Finally the High Court Den Bosch (in Arnhem) decided to prosecute Joris Demmink for alleged sexual abuse of 2 Turkish Boys (to start with....).

It was Micha Kat that had to flee for his life when investigating this case. Allegedly there are ties to
the infamous Dutroux case ... AND there is a good reason why Dutroux operated around Brussels
where heavy weight centers of the EU and NATO are.

If this case blows up it may have far stretching consequences ...

By the way Joris Demmink's lawyer was paid for by the the Ministry of Security and Justice.
This is now revoked by the current minister Ivo Opstelten himself. I think the current minister
clearly knows very well what was/is going on but now lets go of the rope before he catches
    fire himself.

Ok, I was wrong ... apparently the current minister Ivo Opstelten likes to play with fire:

Quote Parliament reminded about a complaint filed against Opstelten
    THE HAGUE -

Six former directors of justice departments demand that the parliament pushes the Attorney General of the Supreme Council
for the prosecution of Minister Ivo Opstelten. They blame Opstelten to impede a criminal investigation against Joris Demmink, the
former top official of the Ministry of Justice who is being accused of sexual abuse.

In September this year the former directors filed a complaint against Opstelten. They also asked parliament then to pay
serious attention to the complaint. "But that has not happened so far," said Jos Poelmann, one of six former directors
on Sunday. "So we have sent a letter to the chairman of the House about this matter."
