Dad compares TV host to family dog in live interview

The host of a morning television show in the US may regret ever convincing her father, a former National Security Advisor, to be interviewed after he unceremoniously insulted her live on air.

Mere seconds into the interview that she had waited so long to conduct, Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski was left fighting to compose herself after a blindside jibe from her dad, Zbigniew Brzezinski.

Dr Brzezinski, a former advisor to President Jimmy Carter, was introduced to the show with a reel of light-hearted footage of his daughter complaining on multiple occasions of her inability to "book him" for a political spot on the show.

When the cameras cut back for the interview, it began with some light-hearted banter to find out whether Dr Brzezinski's daughter was "impatient as a child".

His response caught everyone off guard.

"Totally," Dr Brzezinski replied.

"You remind me in terms of personality of someone that we nowadays in our household call Daisy," he said, referring to the family dog.

There was a short gasp from the host before she denied it, saying "ohh, no, that dog's bad".

Her father tried quickly to cover his tracks, followed only by uncomfortable forced laughter by Brzezinski, who insisted they move on to talk about the Ukraine, the topic he was there to discuss.

"Thanks Dad, I'm sort of diminished now, but I'll try and do this," she concluded.

But then Dr. Brzezinski continues on to say that he finds Daisy (and his daughter) "very cute, very charming and a bit unpredictable."

I really don't see the big deal in all this.

at first it seems quite tactless, but in all fairness, we all say sillly things about our family members sometimes. Truthfully, I think he was just jabbing a little fun at her.

Pretty sure as the former "security adviser", the DAD is a "dog of the state".
His daughter is perhaps a "dog of the media", but wow, he really shouldn't have said something like that on TV.

Maybe we should stop quoting/mentioning that man. He doesn't seem to deserve to be remembered by humans anymore.

However 'Zbigniew Brzezinski' deserves (Every Single) bit of negative press & opinion because HE-IS a walking talking ticking (Time Bomb)..!

He (IS) personally responsible along with his PTW mates for one of the Biggest (CRIMINAL FRAUD) operations ever witnessed along with the (MURDER) of millions of innocent civilians throughout Human History...
