Default Weird, mysterious red dots appearing on skin

This morning I woke up with these weird marks on my skin, they look red and there in rows of two close together in a straight line. I didn't notice it until 2nd period today at approximately 8:35am. I thought it was really weird looking but it doesn't hurt at all? It's like it's just there like a tatto, and so far I still have them. Here are some pictures if anyone knows what this is? Could be something medical or there could be a bigger picture I don't know, but all opinions and answers would be greatly appreciated! Thank you here are the pictures.

I think your socks/boots were too tight or on too long. Should fade in a day or so. If it persists, that would be interesting. Report back if that is the case.

My first thought was prickly heat or hives were you wearing a watch or something around your wrist? if you had it since this morning I would have thought it would have gone away by now.

That wasn't my leg, it was my arm. And I haven't worn any thing on my wrist at all. I just woke up and it was there. IT does not even hurt or bother me at all it's just unusual! I will be providing clearer images of it soon!

EDIT: Added photo from when I applied soap and water, it seemed to just get more red. It still does not itch at all, so that rules out bedbugs as I never even thought it would be anyway, it may be a reaction but not an allergic reaction. If it was i'd be breaking out everywhere. My mom is going to take me to the hospital tomorrow to get a diagnosis. I'm just mainly going because I want to see if they can provide a reasonable explanation, even if they did I would quickly question it as i don't really really believe in their methods of what they do because it is part of this system. I will most likely search for the answer myself as eventually someone will know what this is or have seen something similar.

Looks like a fairly typical body reaction to "something" -- what that is ... ? Definitely give us updates.

Try washing a small area with soap and water not that it will wash off but if you are in contact with something that might help. If its something like a pressure mark that might help as well. Get blood circulating to that area. You might also try a little rubbing alcohol just to see if that might help too or if anything makes it worse. Rubbing alcohol can dry out the skin and it may make it worse if its like prickly heat. It doesn't look like dry skin.

Bedbugs suck blood in lines like those. Don't know if that is what it is.

Haha i'm starting to think maybe something came into my room! I'm not sure if this has anything to do with aliens yet, but I am not ruling it out yet!

I would have it looked at also if by morning it doesn't look like it's made any improvements. It might be an allergic reaction to something even a bug bite.
it does seem more like a contact reaction. Do you have any other marks on your body? Is it just the one arm?

could be nanotechnology. Try taking some natures way coconut oil and rub into the rash and see if any materials emerge. If it's nanotechnology the materials will emerge if you put coconut oils on the area.

My sister had a condition a few years ago that can be serious but hers cleared up with a few platelet transfusions.

I get something similar to that, but not in neat lines like those.

Small patches or bumps will appear, itchy as hell, i scratch because i have no self control and then they turn into small scabs that heal over time. Generally in the same spots. I have Eczema - and it's something I've had all my life and have never just woken up one day too all of a sudden o_O

It's not bedbugs. Looks like tentacle marks to me. What have you been doing at night? And with whom?

Take a bath in vinegar and put an infrared camera above your bed. Maybe a wreath of garlic up there too.

Take a hair come and comb across them to stimulate the circulation to see if they go away the next day. Gently comb over them with an afro or big tooth comb. Sometimes circulatory restriction marks take a while to dissolve, depending upon the tightness. If it's not from a article of clothing, then a clinic or just ask a nurse or doctor going by to have a look right quick to be sure. Sometimes they'll look at it to save time in ER.

By chance did you go by a sumac tree. Poison sumac runs along the arm and if you didn't notice as you walked past it, a couple of free flying vines could have touched in 3 places and left it's mark. If it's found to be poison sumac, like poison ivy it won't itch for a few days if the juice has penetrated muscle tissue. Either way you'll need to get that pink drying lotion, to prevent scratching. Sumac runs in lines up the extremity it touches.
Whenever a hickey or sock from sports made in another country by smaller people shut off my circulation, I used a comb to stimulate the capillary veins just under the skins surface.

However the pattern is rather uniform.

It's very strange, Im sure its nothing to do with this but last night I asked for the aliens to do a tattoo for me, as I think I am being abducted in my sleep after talking to Mary Rodwell and filling out her questionnaire. Now I see this I'm like wow. Could be something else maybe try and make a diagram of its pattern and cross reference with crop circle websites?

most likely nanotechnology implants. The tiny dots may be bucky balls. People who have morgellons have this type of patters on their skin since the nano forms patterns. And usually lines.

When I look at your pic's I can see a sort of weave pattern with in the lines of dots!
Do these lines go al the way around your arm? or just the sort of area where a restraint might have been pressed down on your arm?

I Haven't been near any sumac trees but if it starts itching but if it starts itching I'll gladly let you know, it is now day two these.marks are still here. i am beginning to think that it is nanotechnology, but how did it get there?? I'm in 5th period of my high-school class health. When I get home I will try out your guys advice. Especially putting coconut oil on it to see if any nano things emerge. Could anyone provide any channeled information about this?

There's a possibility you may be right, I've been doing a research about this. Take a look at this site!!
