Is there any evidence of HAARP affecting the weather world wide. Is any group really keeping tabs on their purposes in trying to control weather. If they are experimenting they are not doing anything for the better.

Are the ptb connected with HAARP in any way?

Anyone know about their plans for weather wars or if this is connected with population control.

Many things come to mind, like tunnel boring on a large scale and fracking interfering with the natural earth's processes.

Piers Corbyn thinks there is no connection between weather and HAARP.
Try some geo-engineering sites since HAARP comes under that heading.
There are statistics showing Mount Shastra's greatly increased infestation of pollution from Chemtrails measured in a laboratory.
There seems to be a connection between fracking and earthquakes.
