    Haha.

Next step: follow the drones back to their controllers.

Somebody needs to invent a "Drone Death Ray", that will disrupt a drone in flight, and bring it down

If only the population had access to some SAM's, we'd really light the sky up on the 4th of July.

It was very likely just some average Joe chronicling a sports event with his quadcopter and a go pro camera, who possibly just lost $600 to $800 worth of equipment... not particularly exciting imo.

First of all... whoever the ignorant pilot was...should have NEVER been flying directly over people with 4 sets of blades that can give a persons face a 'brand new look'...slicing skin like hot butter before hitting bone and finally breaking (times 4)....stupid IMO..

...a responsible hobbyist would think of what damage would have been caused ....and never gotten close to a crowd like that. My guess is he had more money than sense....so the grand that he lost probably wasnt even noticed (typical wealthy collage brats). and people throwig things ... equally had no idea of the dangers....looks like a well 'lit' crowd...and someone now has a 'treasure' and braggin rights. ...I can hear it now " I downed a drone"....lol

Idiots like this makes it bad for the responsible hobbyist which outweigh retarded pilots like this a millions to one....but the news hounds or...'wanna be s' jump on this kind of thing like a duck on a June bug.....too bad... Its a nice fullfilling hobby ...but some have no 'sense' ....in anything they do..and will stop at nothing to draw the eye of the public toward them.

If these type of quad copters work on 5.728 GHz-5.85 GHz, wouldnt bombarding it with a slightly off frequency knock out the controllers ability to search within that frequency range and keep control over it??##Something like a frequency jammer??
Love. peace and Blessings to you all.
