Default New Law Would Give Illegal Immigrants Right To Vote, Collect Government Benefits

We now have a pretty good idea as to why our southern border has been left completely unprotected

New Law Would Give Illegal Immigrants Right To Vote, Collect Government Benefits
    by Mac Slavo | SHTFplan | June 17, 2014

In recent weeks tens of thousands of illegal immigrants have flooded the southern border of the United States. So much so that border patrol agents are overwhelmed to the point where security along the Rio Grande river has become virtually non-existent. Instead of making arrests, detaining and deporting those who cross into America illegally, many immigration agents are reportedly mixing baby food and changing diapers for children left displaced by parents who’ve abandoned them in the hopes their kids would find greener pastures in the U.S.

The inaction on the part of the Federal government has left many bewildered. Some insiders at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have even gone so far as to suggest that the entire situation has been orchestrated by the Obama administration in an effort to increase their voter base ahead of the upcoming national elections this year and in 2016. That allegation may have seemed ridiculous to supporters of amnesty legislation and immigration reform, who argue that allowing immigrants into America is a humanitarian issue.

But a new legislative proposal from Democratic Senator Guestavo Rivera of New York may have just proven that opponents of lax border policies have a legitimate concern as it relates to diluting the Conservative and Libertarian voter block, as well as the burden of more government spending to accommodate the influx of people requiring assistance.

    http://dailycaller.com/2014/06/16/ne...right-to-vote/

If passed, the new law would give illegal immigrants the right to not only vote in local and state elections, but they’d also enjoy many of the taxpayer funded benefits available to American citizens.

In terms of the broad benefits available to non-citizens, this bill is the first of its kind in America.

The main objective of the New York Is Home Act, according to Rivera, is to integrate illegal immigrants, who are estranged from participation in civic, economic and political life.

The legislation not only gives illegal immigrants the right to vote, but establishes a kind of second-tiered citizenship on a state level, in which illegal immigrants can apply for tuition assistance, health insurance and driver’s and professional licenses, among other benefits.

“It’s mind-boggling,” says Michael Olivas, a professor at the University of Houston Law Center who specializes in immigration law, according to Businessweek. “I don’t believe there’s ever been a serious attempt to codify so many benefits and opportunities.”

The chances of such a law passing in the first go-around are pretty slim and even Rivera says that it’s only a first step. But the move reveals the end-game for Democrats who will no doubt push for similar legislation on a Federal level and throughout State Capitols across the country. Amid heavy criticism of President Obama’s foreign policy, continued degradation of the national economy, and the continued failure of promises to improve equality among the working class, the Democrats are quickly running out of options and run a serious risk of losing political control on every level of government.

They’ve come to the realization that their only option at this point is to offset the the losses in their voter base. And what better way to do that then to open the borders to hundreds of thousands of new voters to whom they can pander with free food, health care, and even voting rights?

While Homeland Security and domestic intelligence agencies monitor the activities of American citizens and militarize local police forces under the pretext of safety, we now have a pretty good idea as to why our southern border has been left completely unprotected.

I think it may be simpler than that; the open border may just be part of the NWO plan to merge Mexico, the US and Canada into one, more easily governed nation.
After all, at the highest levels it seems clear TPTB don't really care which party wins, as long as their global agenda succeeds.
It seems to me it would be a lot easier for them to just continue to rig elections, rather than import immigrants and give them voting rights.
But the policy is sure to stir up a whole lot of trouble, no matter what, and that creates lots and lots of Loosh.
And that is apparently their top priority, when all is said and done.

Quote Frank Salter - War on Human Nature, Replacement Level Migration in the West & Crime of Diversity (Full)

    Quote June 4, 2014
Frank Salter is an Australian academic and researcher at the former Max Planck Institute for Behavioral Physiology. He is best known for his writings on ethnicity and ethnic interests. He is a political ethologist, studying political phenomena using the methods and theories of behavioral biology in addition to conventional methods. He is the author of six books, including “On Genetic Interests: Family, Ethnicity, and Humanity in an Age of Mass Migration.” We begin by defining genetic interests and talk about kin selection and W.D. Hamilton. Frank says there is a huge misunderstanding when it comes to how media, education and modern mainstream cultural elites deal with the subject of race and ethnicity. We’ll discuss how social sciences have turned their back on nature, biology and evolution. Salter calls this the “war on human nature.” He’ll talk about the emergence of a new branch of the social sciences as a reaction to the realization that human nature was immovable and universal due to genetics. Franz Boas, an apologist for Stalin, who had an immense influence in anthropology, took the field in a new direction. Later, we discuss what Frank calls replacement level migration. For example, Whites will be a minority in America by 2040. Frank explains how diversity within a state is a positively dangerous concept that will destroy western civilization. We’ll discuss the alliance between the radical left and the ethnocentrism of minority groups. Frank says that the left suffers from “ethnic autism.” He talks about the double standards when it comes to the treatment of the western world and if applied to any other country or region, it would be unanimously denounced as atrocious. And we also discuss the misconception around claims of “superiority” in relation to White ethnicity. We end discussing what Frank calls the crime of diversity, universal nationalism and how the ethnic majority group is ignored under the multicultural concept.

We live on an orb. A circle. Money/exchange is fiat. Nothing is real. Please do not be corrupted by lines drawn in the sand by the fearful ones. Abundance is key and is real. You would not slam the door in the face of one in need were that one at your front door..... your "nations" are your front doors. Be hospitable. Let them in. They are us and we are them. We are all one. Treat your fellow beings as you would treat a newborn infant. We are all newborn infants. Live compassion. The days of corruption and fear are numbered. Live and obey one law only - love.

It's simular in the uk, the government has let in way to many polish and other foreigners in the uk because of a recent law change and they say lies like "we can't stop them" or "there is nothing we can do" it's a load of bullocks. Good thing is they can't claim benefits yet but we all know it's coming soon though, they put a strain on public services like our NHS which we have to pay out of our pocket, that can't be right surely?

do unto others as you would have others do unto you ... as an American going to Mexico without proper visa ,passport ,ect you will be bludgeoned and thrown in a dungeon . up is down , wrong is right , in is out , the only reason this is happening is to end America ,to take any freedom left , it will be very difficult to learn to live and love your neighbor when they will kill you for something you have that they don't just to survive another day

I think it would be a win win to reform the immigration system currently in place that creates the very situation we profess to abhor (make something criminal, step back and watch a brand new paramilitary organization take control) (This year, 90,000 children (up from the previous estimate of 60,000) are expected to cross the border, leaving a country wracked in drug wars, drug wars created by the U.S.)

From the slide show below the Huffpost article "U.S. Struggling To Handle Surge In Children Crossing Mexican Border":
    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/0...n_5462133.html

Quote Reform Would Help Curb The Deficit.
Immigration reform would reduce the federal deficit by $2.5 trillion over the next 10 years, according to an April analysis by the American Action Forum, a conservative think tank.

    Expelling Immigrants Is Expensive
Expelling the approximately 11 million undocumented immigrants currently in the United States would cost $2.6 trillion over the next 10 years, according to CNBC. That's because it costs the government more than $8,000 to deport each person.

Reform Would Help Fix The Social Security Problem
Immigration reform would help bolster Social Security because more legal workers would mean more people contributing payroll taxes to its trust fund, according to an analysis from the Social Security administration. Undocumented workers already contribute $15 billion per year to Social Security.

    Immigrants Start Successful Businesses
More than a quarter of technology and engineering firms started between 1995 and 2005 had a foreign-born owner, according to the Washington Post. One of the founders of Yahoo!, Jerry Yang, is an immigrant from Taiwan.

Reform Would Save $410 Billion Over The Next 10 Years
The immigration reform bill proposed by the "gang of eight" senators would save $410 billion over the next decade, according to an analysis from Gordon Gray, the director of fiscal policy at the American Action Forum, a conservative think tank. The savings would come largely from a boost in GDP resulting from undocumented immigrants gaining citizenship and in turn likely making more money.

High-Tech Companies Say Reform Would Boost Their Bottom Line
Companies like Microsoft and Google have said that immigration reform would help them by allowing for more H1B visas, a special kind of visa geared toward highly-skilled immigrants. The tech giants say they can't find enough qualified people in the U.S. to fill their staffing needs. [And shame on our educational system that has made idiots out of our up and coming workforce. -Sierra]

Reform Would Boost The Wages Of Native-Born Workers
U.S.-born workers see between a 0.1 and 0.6 percent boost in wages on average with an increase in immigration, according to a January report from the Hamilton Project, an economic policy initiative of the nonpartisan Brookings Institution. That's because immigrant workers bring skills with them that complement those of native-born workers, leading to new jobs.

    Immigrants Are Entrepreneurial
Immigrants are more than twice as likely than native-born Americans to start new businesses, according to a White House report on immigration reform.

Reform Would Boost GDP By More Than $1 Trillion Over 10 Years
Immigration reform would boost GDP by $1.5 trillion -- or about 1 percent -- over 10 years, according to an estimate from UCLA professor Raul Hinojosa-Ojeda cited by CNBC.

    Immigrants Create Jobs
Businesses owned by immigrants created 4.7 million jobs in the U.S. in 2007, according to a White House report on immigration reform.

Reform Would Bring In More Money Than It Costs In Benefits
Though many critics of immigration reform argue against the cost of providing increased public benefits, analysts say higher spending is not a likely consequence. A Congressional Budget Analysis of George W. Bush's 2007 immigration reform proposal found that it would cost the government $23 billion in more public services, but bring in $48 billion in revenue, according to the Washington Post.
Why *are* we being encouraged to forget our history, to forget that most of us were immigrants too at some point in time, to suddenly believe scarcity is the fault of those poorer than us rather than the machinations of the 1%?

How we treat each other is where the rubber hits the road. To emulate the 1%, is a bad idea. It is a bad idea that comes with our regularly scheduled depressions built into the banking system to allow the 1% to make bonuses, in this case, off the bodies of children on the run. There is your enemy, not some immigrant seeking refuge from war.

We're next, you know. The implementation of unending private debtor's prison (and corresponding private corporation slave labor) has begun, and as usual, silence on the subject is implied consent.

I agree with onawah post #2. This is just another factor of the NWO implementation.

This new law will further blur the borders between Central America (Mexico) and will rapidly exhaust the funding in all government agencies trying to take care of and integrating the masses that are coming into the US.

It is always interesting and disconcerting to me that in threads such as these that there is a ‘general attitude’ that somehow the government agencies and businesses are somehow magically or obligated to take care of all people and specifically the poor. That money or funding they are using to take care of them comes from MY taxes. There seems to be a massive disconnect on who is actually footing the bill.

Can you see the process here?

More money needed to take care of the masses immigrating . . . . my taxes and new taxes will be thrust upon us . . . . . depleting my and other tax payers ability to take care of ourselves and those in our immediate care.

Programs such as Social Security, Welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, certain pensions and savings etc. will be exhausted causing all who live by these means and funding helpless and hopeless.

I look at it another way too. What if all the sudden I was required (under threat of jail or other) to take in my home . . . . let’s say 20 people . . . . and I was required to use all my resources, finances, knowledge and ability to care for these people’s every need and desire and what they feel ENTITLED.

I would lose everything and rapidly and most importantly my ability to be responsible for myself and family.

There is no difference. This is happening. This (helplessness and hopelessness) is where the majority will be in the next few years.

Caveat . . . . . Acknowledge these truths and prepare. Hunker down until this chaos passes and be prepared for the time after this implementation of the New World Government.

Isn't it funny, I don't think I've ever seen a Loosh thinker respond to reason, to the data... Just a fear based response of hopelessness and helplessness, where they predict with great certainty they (personally koff koff) will lose everything.

Sierra . . . . . I apologize and I am truly apologizing here because I truly do not understand you.

Are you saying that you believe this data? The data that you quoted from Huffington Post? Do you feel that if we accept this new law regarding this massive influx of immigrants that this (data) could be the benefit?

I’m not attacking you . . . . . . I am truly trying to understand where you are coming from.

I was only using as example in my above post that if I was required to accept a huge amount of people into my home that I would not be able to take care of them and my resources would be quickly depleted . . . . (I feel) the same will quickly happen with our government agencies in trying to care for and integrate such a rapid amount of immigrants coming in

Not sure what you mean by a "Loosh thinker", Sierra.
I'm not taking sides here, but could you explain please?
It's a relatively new term for me, though the concept isn't new, but I have to admit, the theory makes sense to me that the most Reptilian of TPTB like to foment crisis for the masses as it gives them a sense of power and they feed on the fear and misery of others.
I'm pretty sure there are a whole lot of Avalonians who think that is a reasonable theory.
I can see the sense of the data you posted, but the question remains, will the government allow for reform, or will they just make it impossible because they would like to wipe out the old, sick and disabled Americans, the "useless eaters" and replace them with a bunch of young, uneducated workers who will be easily exploitable...

Sierra . . . .

I was only using as example in my above post that if I was required to accept a huge amount of people into my home that I would not be able to take care of them and my resources would be quickly depleted . . . . (I feel) the same will quickly happen with our government agencies in trying to care for and integrate such a rapid amount of immigrants coming in
    Silly question.

FYI: That research is bipartisan, so dinging Huffington Post as a source doesn't really work here.

Historically speaking, the last time Americans were forced to put up strangers (British soldiers, German mercenaries hired by the British) in their homes, was during the Revolutionary War. You won't be housing these immigrant children, they will be used as slave labor by the private companies running our prison system.

But perhaps there will be an outsourcing system, where one can "hire" oneself some cheap labor supply, as was done by grateful farmers suffering from a severe shortage of manpower, during WWII (using German, Japanese, and Italian POWS).

If you read the article (link above), you will note the initial fear and hate based response, was not borne out by the the eventual reality. (Check out the map and statistics, and the lack of any serious crime, this was a HUGE influx of a foreign population, most excellently managed.)

But... Given the looshness and lies today, the tightening of the NWO agenda, we are not the people we once were. What a shame.

This would be a very nice way to look at things but I think it is a bit unrealistic. There is no question that the power brokers of this planet would like to see one world government, one world currency and one world bank. This provides a level of control over the population that would limit creativity, freedom of choice, love, hope, individual spirit, pride and self love.

Look at this way, we know that Monsanto (and others) wants to genetically modify the food supply on the planet. Doing this takes all the nutrients and minerals out of the crops on planet earth, ultimately making our food supply bland, unhealthy and dangerous for mankind. What is happening on the border of the USA is basically the same except this time the genetically modified organism (GMO) is mankind.

Also one other point about immigration and border control......................why are we always talking about immigration when the real solution is fixing government corruption and crime in some of the Central and South American Countries. Most of these countries are blessed with some of the worlds best natural resources, climate and hard working people so the fix could happen if everyone's energy and focus was put there instead of immigration.

There will be a time in when it will be beneficial for this planet to unite as one, but lets do it for the right reasons and not the wrong reasons.

Regarding the new meme of Scarcity vs Abundance.

I have a real life example going on right now that addresses this current meme/belief.

When I moved back to Appalachia 3 years ago the farm I bought has 30 acres, 12 acres is ‘flat ground’ and has prime pasture/hay. Flat acreage in this area is a premium and there is very little of it.

I have a neighbor that owns 200 acres that borders the large majority of my 12 flat acres. He runs cattle on his property and the previous owners of my farm let him use (free of any charge or compensation) this 12 acres to graze his cattle and bale the hay.

I have had numerous conversations with this neighbor that he could no longer use these 12 acres because I would be utilizing it for my own cows and farming

It has become an all out war.

He refuses to stay off my land because in his mind he has used it for the last 20 years and he feels ENTITLED to continue to use it.

I have resurveyed the land to prove it is part of my farm . . . . he says it is a lie and has moved the survey markers.

I had the surveyors come back out and remark the boundary lines and then had them drive bolts deep in the ground to mark the lines and put up cameras to document him moving the markers again.

I have had fencing put up on my boundary lines . . . he has cut the fencing.

He keeps telling me he has used this land for 20+ years and has to have it because he doesn’t have enough flat ground to feed his own cattle . . . . remember he has a 200 acre farm I have a 30 acre farm . . . the difference being I have more flat ground with high quality pasture.

So flat ground around these parts is scarce . . . it is a true scarcity.

So I and my neighbor are at odds because we both want to be abundant farmers and benefit from this scarce (flat land) resource.

I am at the place where I will have to file a lawsuit against him because my 12 acres of scarce flat ground is very close to becoming a badly damaged resource because he keeps cutting the fence and over grazing the land.

I can’t create flat ground here in Appalachia and it is a resource that is a true scarcity. So how do both I and my neighbor live ‘abundantly’ without being at odds and utilizing or destroying this scarce resource?

He truly believes it is his right to use this land because he has for 20+ years . . . in his mind it has become his resource to create more ‘abundance’ for his family. In his mind I am taking away his ability to continue to maintain this same abundance he has had for so many years and all I am trying to do is feed my dairy cows and keep my farm sustainable.

By law and perceived ‘ownership, this 12 acres is mine, by 20 years of benefiting from this scarce resource my neighbor feels he should continue to use it and continue to live in abundance as he has the past 20 years (more cattle, more grazing land, more hay)

We, as a country, only have so many resources, just like there is only so much flat land here in these mountains . . . . so who shall benefit? How can we create abundance out of already scarce resources? How do I resolve this issue with my neighbor and how shall we resolve it with our neighboring countries?
