Who Are The Powers That Be?

I am starting this thread in hopes of identifying the Powers That Be (PTB).

They appear to be responsible for so much that it might be a good idea to at least figure out who they are. The more specific we can get the better. While we may not be able to put an actual name to these people we should at least be able to be specific about which groups they belong to.

It seems that most people have a very definite idea of who the PTB are and there seems to be a fairly wide opinion so it might be best if people respond without reading others comments first.

To me, the bankers are right up there. I'm not sure who controls them or if anyone does. They have had a long, long time and much history to perfect their craft of money manipulation.

It would seem logical that some layer of ethereal control is above them, but what that is is anybody's guess. Without money, there are still layers of control that could be inflicted through trade law and property/resource ownership, but funny money is the ticket of the day.

I only know of "the Powers That Were, those that are on their way out. Now if your talking about them and "not us" then they are the Rothchilds, Bilderbergs, MIC/CIA, USSP, Bush's NEOCONbankers who launder drug money and steal from baby boomers every twenty or so years, in the America's. Who's in the other "neck of the woods" around the world, that you can identify? WE are the ones switching their positions, so all they have is money and psychosis. Nobody can control crazy. Insane actions must be stopped by firm laws and firm mental testing before they get the job. The mental testing is the "election year" where Americans put the questions to them, that the media won't because msm, is easy to debunk.
They're gonna try and keep their mouths shut, but we'll get them to talk, or get comfortable enough around sane individual voters, who hear them behind closed doors. You know, the insider that wants to talk/whistleblower, but is afraid it will get back. Once the link or connection is made privately by interview, the searches begin, and the truth comes out about them. They can't run w/mouth closed so...I look forward to the next few months as we the people, put different "folks" in that have families that "know" about middle class and poor issues around the world. If education is so hard to obtain by price, common sense says that's what we have to fight for the most. Our future cannot be run by stupid gullible people, who are too lazy to read bills and won't say anything but what others tell them. NO MORE POLITICAL PARROTS.

I think that this is a rather good thread, because it shows the different levels of awareness and/or interpretations of members here.

In my opinion, it goes far deeper than just saying "bankers" and "politicians".

Many here still use the term "Illuminati," but that is not entirely accurate either.

The PTB are comprised mainly of thirteen bloodline families that originate all the way back to ancient Babylon and Sumer. These bloodlines have been interbreeding with one another to retain certain genetics that they feel are superior to the rest of humanity. These bloodlines have infiltrated nearly all secret societies (including the Illuminati, which was created by them) and have their hand in all power structures of this world.

Each of these secret societies are given certain responsibilities to deceit humanity and keep us under slavery conditions. The Illuminati, for example, are responsible mainly for Satanic rituals.

But it still goes far deeper.

These thirteen bloodlines, and perhaps sub-bloodlines, are genetically different for a reason. The Anunnaki came down and changed the genetics of general humans by tweaking their genetics to make them more prone to being subservient. Their genetics were also changed to make the survival-of-the-fittest genes more in use. But the Anunnaki, ruling over the thirteen "parents" of the thirteen bloodlines, have created a separate class of humans to walk among the masses of people. The genome of this class was designed to be rid all empathetic/sympathetic genes in the psyche.

This class of thirteen bloodlines was designed to house the souls of the Anunnaki, so they could more or less walk among us in this reality. Because of the advanced technology and greater awareness that this class has had, they individually can recall memories of all of their past lives. They recall memories from the Fall of the Roman Empire and other time periods, so they retain the true knowledge of the history of humanity. This allows them to take advantage of the rest of the masses, because they know how the universe works (reincarnation, astrology, Natural Law).

The rest of the masses have been subjected to spiritual technology that disallows them to remember their past lives, so they reincarnate over and over again and forget that they have been falling deeper and deeper into Totalitarian Tiptoe. These bloodlines, the PTB, have been able to take advantage of the masses because they remember past lives and the true history of humanity is handed down to them when they are born, and they are forced to understand Natural Law at an early age.

By digging their roots deep into the inner echelons of power structures, such as banking, military, and education, they can keep people into a perpetual state of anxiety and fear. Because anxiety and fear give off a low frequency, which is the frequency the PTB operate at, they can harvest it for their use.

Essentially, the PTB are FARMERS. Their mission is to follow orders of the Anunnaki as a whole by keeping humans in a perpetual state of anxiety and fear for the purposes of ENERGY HARVESTING. Only the Truth can give humanity enough awareness to understand how this system works and give us the courage to finally take off the shackles.

THIS is how the PTB are able to take advantage of humanity. They have the TRUTH and do whatever they can to keep the Truth away from the rest.

I'd call it an abstract label that we apply to that which seemingly exists due to various historical examples, but in general it remains vague, unknowable by it's very nature, and at best is questionable in it's motives.

this "group" or groups may or may not be actually functioning in concert or maybe are just influenced by the same entity(s) or energies.

the definition will be different for everyone, and there certainly is no "correct" answer that I know of.

there seem to be patterns that help to identify those aligned with "TPTB" mentality, or energy & this may be the only commonality that is easily identifiable.

Look for the Psycopaths, the gate keepers, the STS at the expense of others... They are attracted to power, it may be a genetics based; and if it is we are in luck (maybe a "test" can be created).

beyond that, we have a lot of good speculation; but even that is heavily tainted via dis-info/mis-info... very strange times...

Many people want to identify the key people who are controlling the world. Even if all of the members who attend the Bilderberg annual event were disposed of, there still would not be much change.

There are still 30,000,000 of these people ready to take their place...

The entire system needs to be taken down, and an overall greater awareness to the nature of our reality will be the only thing that breaks the shackles for good.

Also I understand different governments have different agreements with alien groups. US/Uk/Canada/Australia/New Zealand with say reptilian, Russia and China are different. The powers pass on via the bloodlines but no doubt the aliens have an agenda. Most U.S presidents appear to have a Royal bloodline. I did read somewhere that Aliens may have parts of Africa and Asian designated to them. Not sure how accurate this is.

In short: they are mortal puppets who are controlled by archons - some volunteerly, some unwillingly and some unconsciously. Most belong to royal bloodlines which are claimed to be genetically engineered to be more easilly controlled by the archons, which are higher density creatures and possibly soul groups.

Okay, I am replying without having read any of the other comments, so this should be the most honest reply I can come up with.

What you need to understand is that the power structure is highly layered and pyramid-shaped. At the bottom, there is the general populace. Above that, law enforcement and military. Above that, politicians. Above that, corporations, and corporations who own other corporations. Significant factor here are a number of vital industries:

• fossil fuel energy production (e.g. the oil industry, but also electricity derived from the burning of fossil fuels)
• genetically modified organisms (e.g. Monsanto)
• the pharmaceutical industry
• the military-industrial complex and the various intelligence agencies
• the music, movie and sports industries
• the corporately sponsored mainstream media

Above this, you will find the bankers, because even though there are socialist and proto-communist regimes, when it comes to international trade, the whole world obeys the laws of capitalism and corporatism. So everyone needs money, and the game is not about how much you have, but about who has it and who doesn't.

Tied in with the financial-economic system, there are also several organizations such as the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the IMF, the World Bank. Also, many people from one branch or one industry may have a role to play in other layers or other industries.

There are also power structures which operate semi-independently from all of the above, such as organized religions and the worldwide Brotherhood of Freemasonry. Semi-independently because they may have their hands in any or all of the above, and they also have a lot of behind-the-scenes operations going on.

At the top of the pyramid, you have a layer which itself carries several sub-layers. This all-encompassing layer is what we call the Illuminati. They are comprised of 13 bloodlines, one of which is spiritually not of terrestrial origin - their bodies are human, though, but they have incarnated here from elsewhere, albeit that not all of their kind have become physical. Some are still dwelling in the spiritual world only. I do not know where they come from exactly, but it is possible that they would be Velon. (I am not a follower of Chris Thomas, but I believe he suggests something of the likes.)

These people are absolutely insane and sociopathic, but also incredibly intelligent and well-groomed for their function within what they call "the Family". Most of them are indoctrinated with a Luciferian religion which also incorporates elements from Egyptian and Sumerian mythology. Those at the top - I believe they are called "the council of 33" of something of the likes - know that the Luciferian religion is nonsense (given that they created it in the first place), but it's a perfect tool for keeping their "lesser" family members under control, and like all religions, it does contain certain spiritual truths and knowledge.

You often hear that the Rothschilds and the Rockfellers are in control, but they belong to the 12 terrestrial bloodlines. The real Illuminati core - those of extraterrestrial origin - don't enter into the spotlights by any means. You might walk past them in the street and you'd never know. They remain as anonymous as possible.

The ones really running the show however - at least, when we're talking of society as a whole - are the non-incarnated beings related to the non-terrestrial Illuminati bloodline.

Now, I'm painting a very simplistic picture here, because it's all intertwined and compartmentalized, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For instance, various intelligence agencies and various factions of the military-industrial complex are allied with factions of (incarnate) extraterrestrials, and some (albeit not all) of those also have their own agendas going. The whole thing is incredibly convoluted, and I'm not even sure I worded it all correctly.

Fact of the matter is that the rulers of this world are but a minority, an elite, controlling the great unwashed masses, and so it is in that elite's best interest that the great unwashed masses remain unwashed, if you know what I mean.

What needs to happen first and foremost, is what David Icke wrote as the title for one of his books: "Humanity, get off your knees!"

I am going to change tack on this, and look at this from a different perspective. We could rattle off 100 names of all the poeple that are involved with directing society in a certain direction which will benefit them in some way, shape or form.

But within this there is a blatant glaring fact. They all worship the same master. That master we all know, we all are well acustomed to, and live with it every day, we are all slaves to it, and we all are fearfukl of the power it wields.

The Power that is, was, and will continue to be, is : Money.
While we live worshipping this master, any person will be on its knees kneeling before it asking for their share...

it is society that needs to change perspective... we need to run a society based on the recourses we have. not the printing press.

Wow. Where to start. I would characterize the PTB as a shadowy by very concrete veneer manipulated and/or controlled (by methods and means we don't fully understand) by less concrete, more elusive, and perhaps even ethereal forces about which we can only critically speculate.

But to be more specific, there are seven mega-cartels that basically control the geo/exopolitics of the world; they are:

1. The Banking Cartel
2. The Intelligence Cartel
3. The Military Industrial Complex
4. The Energy Cartel
5. The Food Industrial Complex (Monsanto et. al)
6. Big Pharma
7. Madison Avenue/Mediated Experience Cartel

I wouldn't necessarily put these cartels--some of which overlap and are not mutually exclusive--in the order of influence enumerated above (save for the Banking Cartel); the entire conglomerate seems to me to be an organic structure ever morphing, growing, and vying for power share. The Banking Cartel clearly wields the most power and is the dominate player, to which the other six are subservient for the simple reason that the Banking Cartel maintains a monopoly on the currency the others employ and require to wield their power share. In other words, there is a hierarchy of power. There may come a day when every human on the planet requires a patented pill to breath the planet's atmosphere, at which time Big Pharma might assume the role of Alpha, but until that day, the Banking Cartel is clearly the power center of the aforementioned conglomerate. The governments (and militaries) of the world are the CEOs, executive managers, are the lapdogs for this conglomerate.

The Bilderberg meetings, CFR, Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome, and all the other elitist think tanks are basically summits of these cartels, where the power brokers convene to discuss and formulate policy to advance the overall interests of the conglomerate and assign specific directives to their lapdogs.

All this is fairly elementary; many many commentators have laid out this power structure in greater detail. Where it gets fuzzy is attempting to hone in on the power structure above the banking cartel (which, in a classic pyramidical structure manipulates the structure beneath it). This layer is much more elusive to our understanding. But we can speculate and connect the dots critically. There are possibly (and likely) inter-dimensional or extra-terrestrial entities that have infiltrated the Banking Cartel, e.g. specific families like the Rothchilds and Rockefellers, and perhaps even some lower strata of the power structure for good measure. A few strategic possessions could reek havoc on the world operating via a hierarchal power structure. In any event, there is definitely a universe of controllers well above the pay grade of our species' current banking nemesis.

This is a very blunt analysis, and somewhat over simplified, but nonetheless a fairly good abridged description of TPTB in my estimation.

I can imagine a cashless society... and I am certan there are millions if not billions who also could... unfortunately for the majority, there are a minority (or those we call TPTB) who do not want this, as they want to worship money, as it works for them.
