Just popped in to say to everyone who might remember me. It has been a while now since i was active here. I took a long holiday to focus on writing a book. Its done now...so while i have a bit more time i may be around a bit more. I missed Avalon. Hope everyone is well!

Thanks Paula! Next week the ebook will be available for free download gor three days. I wrote to Bill to ask if it was ok to let avalon members know ... but haven't heard back yet. I really really need some reviews. As long as i dont hear otherwise i'll keep everyone updated.

We took my mum to the hospital because the pain was getting too much. She can't walk very well anymore and because she's depressed sometimes I feel she's going into a slow self-destruct mode. There isn't much that we can say to cheer her up. Kindly send her all your smiles and feelings of joy, that she may forget her pain and remember what it is to be happy again.

I understand what you are going through Violet, it has happened to me. We just have to focus on happy times as much as possible as distractions from the negative. We spent as much 'awake' time as possible making silly jokes, looking at photos, talking about TV plots Mum loved. Even taking tasty little temptation foods for treats. Gentle hands on stroking, massage, hair brushing, scents all are calming and ascertaining. I am sending Reiki healing to your Mum, and Pozzi vibes also to yourself. Much love.
