Tiny maple syrup and chocolat pies (2 bites) made by a Portuguese pastry shop in the eastern part of Montréal, divine.

Turkish Böreks (a dough similar to Philo dough filled with feta cheese mixed with dill leaves, eggs, butter). Yum

That's why Big Pharma (those controlling it, the Cabal) would like to patent everything (they're working on it).

If anyone needs an example of psychopathic behaviour, there you go.

Mmmmm....just came across this mouth-watering vegan recipe.

"This dish is a take on the Turducken—a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey, with stuffing between the layers—and is made of two sweet potatoes inside leeks inside a banana squash, with vegetarian stuffing between the layers.

As you build from the bottom up, it’s half a squash (seeds removed), stuffing, leeks, stuffing, sweet potatoes microwaved for 3-4 minutes before insertion, stuffing, leeks, stuffing, other half of squash. Bake at 350 for 2–3 hours until it’s soft throughout. Slice and serve.

Check out the instructional video and detailed recipe."

Meditated on the Parthanon, had no preconceptions. Met a kind of caretaker/guide character. He had at some point worked physically thare, in classical times. But now in a higher dimension. I asked him what he used to eat. He lived in one room, and subsisted on a mix that he bought from local shops, a kind of staple. It was a salad made from a mix of grilled and boiled veggies such as carrotts, onions, courgettes. There were white beans like berlotti, and cubes of feta. The cold ingredients were then marinated in garlic, olive oil , lemon or vinegar, and herbs. They might throw in a anchovy or bit of meat. This was then eaten with a rough bread. I think this is very nutritious and balanced, and we need to remember that bread in those days was safer if not adulterated.

Chilli prawns: Finely chop medium red chillies & garlic(lots). Use plenty of a good oil, maybe rice bran oil, or one that copes with heat well. gently fry chillies until soft & red colour released into oil. Throw in garlic and cook until it begins to brown, but no further. Then throw in the prawns with a generous amount of pink salt. If the prawns are cheap, they release alot of fluid. That's OK, take out the prawns once everything is cooked through, and simmer the liquid-reduce down until most of the water has gone. The prawn water contains flavour that is concentrated.Once you have a nice emulsion throw back the prawns, heat through & serve with fresh crusty bread to mop up.Nice fresh prawns work fine and you probably have less fluid to deal with.
    Naughty but nice?

    NUT BUTTER
for those aspiring to a ketogenic diet. Soak almonds in cold water for 24 hours. Dry off well in oven. Throw in blender with coconut oil (in liquid form) & blend until smooth. Delicious, even nicer with a bit of honey & cocoa added!

    I like:

    • burritos and re-fried pinto beans
    • a good turkey dinner with lots of sides (Boston Market)
    • French toast covered with maple syrup and a sides of scrambled eggs and bacon
    • a cheesburger from the Tailgate in Waynesboro, VA
    • spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread made by my son, or the ex-wife (I do miss her sometimes).

My food adventures have not covered much territory.

But I'm open to the idea of appreciating and finding a nearby good cook.

I need to find a way to eat more veggies that taste good. Sometimes I'll sprinkle kale powder on food where it can be hidden.
Wow Ron, thats like heaven and hell all all bunched up together!
