    Default What can we do?

The stories we tell of the wars, hate and manipulation certainly bring more needed attention to world problems, but the question remains “What can we do?”.

How does frustration and anger influence the negativity we want to change? Anger can be a powerful motivator for change, but does anger improve the situation or make it worse? That may depend on what action, focus and emotion is born from the anger.

I feel that group energy, used with intent and visualization, focused in the current moment can be used in a very powerful way.

The many ways to apply this influence are beyond the scope of any one defined procedure. Here is but one example we used, years ago, to begin our Monday night meditation group. Perhaps someone would enjoy editing the Visualization to include using the powerful intent of the Avalon Crystal Grid.

It feels like a good idea for me to resume this Visualization, along with programming some crystals purchased today.

    A Visualization For Planetary Cleansing

Let us now pull our white lights from God down through our crown chakras. Then bring this light down and push it out through our heart chakras investing it with all the pink light of Love that we have to give. We now combine this pink white energy from this group and this place to send out a powerful ray of pink white light to cover our planet. And everywhere it touches, all negativity is dissolved and replaced with the positive cleansing energy of Love.

We now send this pink white light to the heart chakras of all beings on earth. And within those heart chakras, all negativity is dissolved and there is left a small ball of pink white light so that each one, if they so choose, may use this energy to expand their awareness and learn to live in unconditional Love.

We now send this pink white light below the surface of the earth, all the way to the very center of our planet. We now see this core start to glow with pink light and as it glows brighter and brighter it starts to expand, moving outward in all directions toward the surface of the earth. As this energy moves up through the layers of rock and dirt and liquid, we know that all negativity is being dissolved and replaced with the positive energy of Love.

This pink white light now reaches our earth's surface and as it expands we now see all the waters, and the plants, and the animals, all the land, glowing with this pink white light, cleansed of all negativity, and filled with Love. This light now moves up through the atmosphere of our planet, dissolving all the negative energy in our air and it also is now glowing with pink light. This pink white light now reaches the edges of space the moves beyond. As we look back at our Mother Earth, we see that she has transformed into a beautiful star, glowing with the pink white energy of God's Love and that this star now radiates this energy, sending it to all parts of the Universe, illuminating those areas of darkness.

I believe your statement is correct, meditating with positive intent and with the mindset that
it is already done can have great effect. Maybe there is a tipping point or with enough numbers
a catalyst effect may take place, possibly with beneficial effect that at this point is unknown.

IMO worry and angst is part of the problem, not an answer and at least does nothing positive.
Has there ever been any good that came from worry?

There is an upcoming event and as of 7/22/14 there are 16 day left.

I agree, if worry is a state where one spends a lot of time. It may be useful to see worry and anger as temporary states on the climb up the emotional scale and are, to some degree, subject to one's control.

We all go up and down the emotional scale, ideally more up than down.

I like the Abraham-Hicks description of the Emotional Scale.

Anger and revenge are *much* better than fear and powerlessness. Optimism and positive expectation are even better states. Since we have *some* control of our thoughts and emotions, we have the power to climb the ladder. I doubt anyone can leap all the way from the bottom to the top and stay for long.

If we influence life experience by our thoughts and emotions (as I strongly suspect), it is best not to feel guilty when fear and anger raise their ugly head. Having patience and perseverance are valuable assets on the climb.

I believe your'e right, you said......"I doubt anyone can leap all the way from the bottom to the top and stay for long."

But IMO and we all know what an opinion is worth but i believe there is a dividing line somewhere on the chart,
    between
5 Optimism, 6 Hopefulness, 7 Contentment or 8 Boredom, don't know exactly where that line begins but everything
below that line is attached to fear and everything above is attached to Love.

Is it possible to do a 180 and just choose between fear or Love????

ACIM say that it can't teach us Loves meaning but it can help with the removal
of blocks to our awareness of Loves presence (paraphrased)

We can spend more time deciphering fear porn and enlightening our friends and family with details/information they can grasp and thoroughly research/examine for themselves. Smile and say “have a bless day” to random strangers. When you see someone down on their luck, or appears emotional distraught…show concern, offer assistance, say something like “Times are rough but we are built to overcome anything if we stay focus and recognize the opportunities, residing in misery with a defeated attitude blinds the mind’s eye”…or say “I’m praying for you” as you smile and walk by.

Never relay/spread inconsistent information you got from strangers or an indefinable source. Keep that to yourself until you can personally examine and confirm it for yourself. Any information that is deem important will always come with verifiable facts, information that causes you fear or unease is often saturated with lies, the story/tale remains vague and is told over and over in hopes of getting the lie to stick, you have to feed a lie, you don’t have to do this with the truth. Truth only needs to be mentioned once…as its presence will be made present almost immediately.

Everything we see is a manifestation of thought. Your chair, computer, toothbrush, rules, and society, everything…. that you see before you came from focused intent/thoughts. If your mind is on negativity you will bring that into your existence. Media devices were created to train the masses; they are great tools for creating mind sets. The internet was designed by DARPA, ever wonder why they made it free and available to everyone? It’s there to monitor and program your mind. Turn off the Teli/computer/ cell phone and get to know yourself instead of letting others define who you are. Mind control exists but only through ignorance. Strengthen your mind by knowing who and what you are, if you don’t…you’ll remain confused and controlled.

Be vigilant, remove the fears, it’s such a weak emotion, it doesn’t even exist…fear is nothing but the unknown. Know what you’re dealing with and the fear subsides and becomes extinct. If fear lingers…it’s because you are feeding it by taking/believing in unobtainable knowledge, we have access to all knowledge, but knowledge is also power… and with power you have to be responsible with it.

Nothing can happen to you unless you allow it to happen, there are sly and wicket entities everywhere preying on your energy, making you disempowered to the point that you don’t know what to do…this leaves you open to anything, leaves you susceptible to programming/brainwashing…as you’ll be regurgitating what you heard/read from others without proper analysis…only because it SOUNDS credible.
Get out in the world and use your divine gifts, don’t waste them away because of uncertainty. Doubt of your own uniqueness and powers is the plan against you…deny it. Leave all fear mongering material alone, don’t even give it your power…in doing so, you’ll just be feeding the beast. Do to others what you want them to do to you. Would you place someone in fear without offering them something inspiring? I know I could never do that...there's no point in doing that. If I don't have the remedy why should I share the problem, a problem that can't even be verified. After you find yourself stay focus and trust yourself ...great things will soon follow.

    Peace

Baghdadi was arrested by U.S. forces and placed in an American-run detention facility in Iraq, Camp Bucca. The military did not consider him particularly dangerous, and it let him go when the camp closed in 2009.

As he left, he reportedly told guards, “I’ll see you guys in New York.”

For me, I doubt it possible to do a 180 degree turn without spending a little time in the intermediate steps, but I might be able to skip a few.

Some other travelers can probably switch direction faster than I can.

Ron, Here is a Scientology tone scale chart, takes some time to learn to use it
but it's worth the effort. Pay special attention to # 11 (subject handling of
communication). When you find yourself on the chart, everything on that same horizontal
    line are generally your attributes.

I think while meditation can be extremely beneficial, to answer the question 'what can we do'? we need to understand that none of this would be so easily possible without money. if we redirect the money that fgoes into these operations we can spark change in the physical world.

These people don't understand compassion, but they nderstand power. when their power basee is taken from them, it exposes them.
I am the underdog, I am one of many faces,
