ATTENTION, The Sun just fired a XClass Solar Flare at Earth!

It's 2:00 am In my time zone. I was just listening to C2C and George
just said that there is breaking news that the Sun has fired an X class
flare at the Earth! I have not heard exactly how big the fare is. All I
know right now is that it is a X class flare. George said it would hit us
by tomorrow.

A solar flare that launched off the sun Wednesday afternoon could wreak havoc with communications systems and power systems on the Earth, as well as with satellites in orbit, in coming days.

Forecasters with NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center said the flare already "caused impacts to high-frequency radio communications on Earth today," according to NOAA. "A coronal mass ejection (CME) associated with this event is likely, but further analysis is necessary to determine whether it will produce geomagnetic storming on Earth."

A coronal mass ejection contains billions of tons of energetic hydrogen and helium ions as well as protons and electrons ejected from the sun's surface.

If a CME occurred, Earth's magnetosphere will likely be disturbed and a geomagnetic storm could result in the next few days, NOAA reports.

NOAA space weather forecaster Bill Murtagh said that scientists will know more about when and where the impacts will be when more data comes in later Wednesday and early Thursday.

The flare is on the high end of the solar flare scale. One nice side effect of the solar storm is an expansion of the photogenic aurora borealis, or Northern Lights, across Canada and the northern U.S.

The Northern Lights appear when atoms in the Earth's high-altitude atmosphere collide with energetic charged particles from the sun. They usually appear as shimmering green waves of light in the nighttime sky in polar latitudes. Much more rarely, they can be red and even blue.

[On Tuesday], the magnetic canopy of sunspot AR2158 erupted, producing an explosion that lasted more than 6 hours. The flare peaked on Sept. 9th at 00:30 UT with a classification of M4 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. Long-duration flares tend to produce bright CMEs, and this one was no exception. Coronagraphs onboard the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory observed a CME racing out of the blast site at nearly 1,000 km/s (2.2 million mph)

According to NOAA’s Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC), Friday’s geomagnetic storm is expected to be moderate — a G2 on the scale of intensity from G1 to G5. Storms of this magnitude typically set off voltage alarms of high-latitude power systems, and could cause transformer damage if the storm lasts long enough.

earths magnetic shield is from our liquid magnetic core, so part of the danger from the impact first starts from the shockwave hitting the shield, followed by the particles charging our plates which causes a capacitor type release as they shift...

extremely high chance of quakes and volcanoes from this type of event...

the waves come together after passing earth, but we will be getting pulled by one as the other hits...

I was thinkin about sharing how I've felt today, synchronistic. Anyway I feel like I had a definite "raised consciousness" day today. Like one of those days where everything just clicks. Doors with people were opened, thoughts from the past that can and do drag me down simply didn't stand a chance today. Kind of like a clean slate if you will. Like there is only now. It was just easier to smile. I wanted to "keep the wave going". Maybe we really are transforming with mother earth?

Individuals should be feeling many different effects, depending upon their own emotional and psychological makeup. The ways that electromagnetic energy and cosmic energy interacts with the human body's electrical field has everything to do with how we think, talk and act at the individual and collective levels. So we each are responding according to our own "self-and-group-programming" in one sense, and, in another, at a deeper level where these energetics are affecting us at the base DNA level. It is a closed-circuit of sorts that obtains input from without and then cycles within as these energetics power us up so to speak and become expressed as emotivity and actions that - if willed intent at a high enough vibration - can shift DNA memory and also arrangement.

Some are moving up, some are moving down. Like a see-saw. =)
