There is good evidence for the three main suggestions ie nukes, thermite and directed energy weapons. Firstly with regard to thermite the following image seems conclusive. This shows the classic cutting charge angle complete with black iron sulphide slurry that runs down the side and solidifies.
Secondly with regard to Nukes, I am not convinced by Dimitri Khalezov's assertion that nukes went off below the buildings, dustifying the lower part to facilitate a collapse (https://youtube.com/watch?v=Lec9giab90I).This is because the bottom appeared to remain solid as the top collapsed, and this impression is essential to support the nonsensical narrative that the top collapse 'did work' on the solid underlying structure to destroy it, this is anyway junk physics. I find the eye witness accounts of a blast in the basement with people coming up with skin hanging off interesting, together with the accounts of rivers of molten steel. Therefore mini nukes progressively detonating as the towers collapse seems to be the idea.
With regard to directed energy weapons, there is evidence of solid falling members turning to dust as they fall. The sheer amount of fine dust supports this explanation (https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZWjktDuIhR8)
I think the answer is ALL THREE SIMULTANEOUSLY is the only idea that actually accounts for all the hard evidence.

It's proof of cutting but not necessarily of a charge. The pooling/waves on the side cuts is just like a torch. IMO, if it were one large cut it would have drag marks of melted steel going downward of the cut and not side-to-side. You see a lot of these while working in the shipyard.

Wow excellent info! But if they were just trimming a girder as they clear the site would they cut at that classic angle?

So they can control the fall, otherwise it just topples in any direction.
