    Hi,
    see below info. TBTB seem to ignore the fact that INFLAMMATION causes heart disease, and inflammation is caused by elevated glucose and taking bad/damaged fats in our diet (eg from cooking oils), plus not enough Omega three in our diets. Elevated glucose leads to cancer but I think inflammation markers are implicated too. Hardened arteries & high blood pressure are linked to inflammation, hence glucose etc. Its like Cancer, Heart disease and Diabetes are a single complex of diseases.High cholesterol is not necessarily harmful, but is the body trying to deal with inflammation. Can anybody suggest good anti inflammatory nutrients?(with thanks to the Genesis II church)

    You got your blood test results back and you found out your cholesterol level is 300! You panic and listen fearfully to your doctor telling you how the “bad” LDL cholesterol needs to be lowered immediately! Medication?     The Cholesterol and Inflammation Connection

    Your body creates more cholesterol as a response to deal with inflammatory issues within the body. So cholesterol is not the problem, it is merely the solution your body is using to try and heal itself. Inflammation in the arterial walls is the real danger, and if left unchecked the swelling can eventually shut off blood flow to the heart or brain, which can cause a heart attack or stroke.

    What Are The Inflammation Sources In The Body?

    When there is a high level of oxidation present in the body, there also tends to be free radical activity in the tissues. LDL oxidizes in the body due to consuming artificial, partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats), vegetable oils, genetically modified food, a diet high in refined sugars, alcohol and tobacco. Damaged cholesterol is found in powdered eggs, in powdered milk (added to reduced-fat milks to give them body) and in meats and fats that have been heated to high temperatures in frying and other high-temperature processes. Elevated levels of LDL also may be caused by chemical and heavy metal toxicity, liver toxicity and stress, hypothyroidism and kidney failure.

    “Bad” and “Good” Cholesterol? No Such Thing!

    LDL (low density lipo-protein) is the “carrier” of cholesterol, sending out cholesterol to various parts of the body where needed. HDL (high density lipo protein) takes cholesterol back to the liver. LDL and HDL are neither “good” or “bad”, they are just cholesterol.

    However, once the pharmaceutical companies realized they could easily produce a drug to lower blood cholesterol (and so make huge profits) they simply bought and paid for the “science” to “prove” their theories. This way, the “good and bad” cholesterol scam was born and continuously fed with heavy marketing campaigns over the years.

    Low levels of HDL reflect a sedentary lifestyle. Doctors and others who push the misinformation about raising HDL as being a good thing, fail to address that HDL levels greater than 75 are actually correlative with autoimmune processes. This is a strong possibility especially if triglyceride levels are low (less than 40). Excess consumption of alcohol, drug use, hypothyroidism, and excess estrogen can also cause HDL levels to become too high.

    Cholesterol Numbers and Their Meaning

    High serum cholesterol says nothing about how much cholesterol is in the tissues. As people begin to heal and correct their metabolic imbalances, the blood cholesterol may go up, because it’s leaving the tissues! Most people, including doctors, feel they need to immediately take action on “righting” the “numbers”, when they look at these “snap-shots” of a moving picture in the body. It’s not enough to look at the high and low numbers of LDL and HDL. The particle size of LDL cholesterol and the C-Reactive Protein (the protein found in the blood, the levels of which rise in response to inflammation) should also be checked.

    What does the particle size of the LDL tell us? A healthy LDL particle is big and fluffy – and as a result, it naturally flows through the system and is non-problematic. However, when the particle size is small and dense it doesn’t flow so smoothly and has a tendency to get stuck in the small gaps in the arteries where nutrition flows in. When this happens, like all things that are stagnant, it creates inflammation and the beginnings of atherosclerosis.

    Different Biochemistries, Different Metabolisms, Different Cholesterol Numbers

    The “cholesterol scam” initiated by the pharmaceutical companies ingrained the idea that a total cholesterol number of 200 needs immediate “action”: either a drug or/ and no saturated fat and cholesterol rich foods.

    Not only is a total cholesterol value greater than 200 not necessarily high, for many people it is normal and very important! Protein types as defined by theHealthexcel System of Metabolic Typing often have values greater than 200 while being very healthy. These types thrive on a higher ratio of saturated fat and cholesterol containing foods.

    A Short Review Of Cholesterol’s Vital Functions In The Body

    And let’s not forget how vital cholesterol is! It was meant to exist in our bodies NOT to harm us, but to perform a wide variety of functions without which we couldn’t survive! Just a few of these are below:
    • Every single cell of our body is made from cholesterol
    • Cholesterol increases cell membrane integrity; it gives our cells necessary stiffness and stability
    • Every steroid hormone is made from cholesterol
    • The body’s ability to synthesize Vitamin D is dependent on cholesterol
    • Cholesterol is an antioxidant and free radical scavenger
    • The bile salts are made from cholesterol. Bile is vital for digestion and assimilation of fats in the diet as well as the Vitamin D absorption.
    • Our immune system needs cholesterol to repair damaged cells. (as it’s in the case of a surgery, cell damage due to toxic food and chemicals)
    • Aids the memory
    Note: Cholesterol was found to be the most important factor in the formation of synapses, the basis of our learning and memory.
    • The Brain contains 25% of the body’s cholesterol.
    Note: Cholesterol is abundant in the tissue of the brain and nervous system. Myelin, which covers nerve axons to help conduct the electrical impulses that make movement, sensation, thinking, learning, and remembering possible, is over one fifth cholesterol by weight.

    So my advice to all of you is start educating yourself about what cholesterol really means before you decide for the medication and for avoiding saturated fats and cholesterol rich foods. None of these will work. It will be like killing the messenger (cholesterol) for delivering you bad news.

    Cholesterol is a health-promoting substance. It is a critical component of cell membranes, the precursor to all steroid hormones, a precursor to vitamin D, and the limiting factor that brain cells need to make connections with one another called synapses, making it essential to learning and memory.

    Some of the most nutritious foods like egg yolks and liver are also the foods richest in cholesterol. The anti-fat, anti-cholesterol campaign has demonized these foods for decades without any evidence they cause disease. To the contrary, they promote health.

    The foods we recommend are the following but in the organic, unprocessed form. The higher temperature a food is cooked the less nutritional benefit it has as vitamins, minerals, fats, nutrients are destroyed or weakened significantly.     Most people DON'T understand the reasons... and the fact is that some of the foods I listed in the article title above can not only DESTROY your hormones and metabolism, but can also CAUSE you to get heart disease, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimers, and even cancer.
    Not only that, but as you'll see below, there's a common plant-based food that you probably eat in restaurants frequently (I bet you ate this at least ONCE in the last week), and this common plant food is proven to CAUSE heart attacks! You'll see what I mean as you read the article below.
    We'll also show you exactly what you need to understand to eat in a way that BOOSTS your metabolism, balances hormones, PREVENTS heart attacks, STOPS cancer from forming in your body, and assures that you NEVER get type 2 diabetes, regardless of your "bad genetics".

    Why Wheat is KILLING you -- Yes, even "whole wheat"
    There are 3 main reasons why wheat is a terrible food for your body and does more harm than good...

    Reason #1 -- Wheat causes blood sugar disruption, Glycation of your cells, increases AGING, weight gain, and boosts Diabetes risk
    Before I tell you why wheat can actually speed up the aging process in your body, let's clarify some simple biochemistry in your body...
    This deals with "glycation" in your body, and substances called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs). These nasty little compounds called AGEs speed up the aging process in your body including damage over time to your organs, your joints, and of course, wrinkled skin.
    So with that said, what is one of the biggest factors that increase production of AGEs inside your body? This may surprise you, but high blood sugar levels over time dramatically increase age-accelerating AGEs in your body. This is why type 2 diabetics many times appear that they have not aged well and look older than their real age. But this age-increasing effect is not just limited to diabetics.
    So, let's get back to how "whole wheat" relates to this...

    Here is a little-known fact that's often covered up by the massive marketing campaigns by giant food companies that want you to believe that "whole wheat" is healthy for you... but the fact is that wheat contains a very unusual type of carbohydrate (not found in other foods) called Amylopectin-A, which has been found in some tests to spike your blood sugar HIGHER than even pure table sugar.
    In fact, amylopectin-A (from wheat) raises your blood sugar MORE than almost any other carbohydrate source on earth based on blood sugar response testing that's documented in studies.
    This means that wheat-based foods such as breads, bagels, cereals, muffins, and other baked goods often cause MUCH higher blood sugar levels than most other carbohydrate sources. If you don't believe me, here's something you should know... I ran personal blood sugar tests on myself using a blood glucometer about 45 minutes after eating 2 slices of wheat bread vs eating a bowl of oatmeal, with equivalent grams of carbs.
    The blood sugar test results of wheat vs oatmeal:
    2 slices of whole wheat toast:
    45 minutes after consumption: Blood sugar spiked from 86 fasting level to 155.

    1 Bowl of Oatmeal (equivalent grams of carbs to 2 slices wheat toast)
    45 minutes after consumption: Blood sugar increased from 86 fasting level to 112

    As you know now, the higher your average blood sugar levels are over time, the more AGEs are formed inside your body, which makes you age FASTER. Clearly, the whole wheat spiked blood sugar MUCH higher than the oatmeal, and if you don't know, 155 is a massive blood sugar reading that will certainly contribute to faster aging if you eat wheat frequently, and most people eat wheat with almost every meal...Yikes!
    Not only that, but the high blood sugar spikes caused by wheat also makes your body pump out more insulin which makes you pack on more body fat... Not fun at all!
    These massive blood sugar spikes from eating wheat daily also cause damage over time to your blood sugar regulation system, harming your pancreas, causing insulin resistance, and eventually causing type 2 Diabetes. I think we have a strong case against eating so-called "healthy" wheat!

    Reason #2 -- Gluten and other gut-damaging compounds
    The topic of gluten is on fire in the media lately... But most people are confused as to whether there's any real health risks with gluten for the average person that doesn't have Celiac disease.
    The truth is that even if you are not officially "gluten intolerant" or "gluten sensitive", there are 100's of published studies that indicate that gluten can cause inflammation in your digestive system, and even cause "permeability" in your gut, which can lead to a health condition that's on the rise lately calledLeaky Gut, as well as other digestive issues and autoimmune problems.
    Scientists theorize that the reason gluten is causing these digestive system problems is due to the excessive hybridization of wheat over the last 50 years, which has created newly modified gluten molecules that are foreign to the human digestive system compared to the ancient wheat that humans ate for several thousand years historically.

    Reason #3 -- Antinutrients and mineral blockers in wheat
    The third reason that wheat is terrible for you is that it contains what's called "antinutrients", which are naturally occurring compounds in the wheat plant. One of these antinutrients is called phytates, which blocks the absorption in your body of certain minerals like zinc, iron, manganese, and calcium if you eat wheat too often.
    Again, most people eat wheat with almost every meal (cereal in the morning, bread on sandwich at lunch, and pasta or bread at dinner), so this can cause a mineral deficiency in your body over time that leads to many health conditions.
    Wheat has other mineral blockers and antinutrients aside from phytates, such as lectins. Lectins are another constituent of wheat that causes gut irritation. Yet another reason to minimize or eliminate wheat from your diet. There's absolutely nothing "essential" about wheat in the human diet...It simply does more harm than good...period.
    Many people often ask me... "But what about the FIBER in wheat? I thought that's why it's supposed to be healthy?"
    Sorry, you can get ALL of the fiber you need from fruits, veggies, and nuts, without the digestive system damage and massive blood sugar issues that are caused by wheat.

    Why Vegetable oil is KILLING you...
    Although vegetable oil has a healthy sounding name, it's NOT made from vegetables...As you might already know, vegetable oil actually comes from any combination of corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, safflower oil, and/or cottonseed oil, all of which are absolutely terrible for your health.
    In fact, they are downright deadly, and I'm not exaggerating. Here's why:

    Reason #1 -- Vegetable oils usually contain trans fats, even if non-hydrogenated
    You already KNOW that trans fats are deadly, so I won't go into all of the science as to why trans fats kill you and DAMAGE your cell membranes in your body...leading to all sorts of scary health problems like cancer, obesity, Alzheimer's, heart disease, and more.
    Knowing these facts, you already know to stay away from foods that contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. You've heard that a million times I'm sure.
    However, what you don't know is that even non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (all vegetable oils are refined) also contain trans fats due to the extremely high heat, solvents, and pressure they are exposed to during the refining process. And yes, this includes so-called "expeller pressed" vegetable oils as well.
    All of this high heat, high pressure processing with hexane solvents actually forces some of the polyunsaturated content of vegetable oils (yes, even canola oil) to be transformed into trans fats.
    According to Dr. Mary Enig, PhD, and Nutritional Biochemist, "Although the Canadian government lists the trans fat content of canola at a minimal 0.2 percent, research at the University of Florida at Gainesville, found trans fat levels as high as 4.6 percent in commercial liquid canola oil".
    And this is the garbage that the government and giant food conglomerates are marketing to you as a "healthy oil"! Don't fall for it.

    Reason #2 -- Vegetable oils contain oxidized "mutated fats" that are worse than trans fat & CAUSE heart attacks
    All vegetable oils contain oxidized fats due to the refining process and reactions with the polyunsaturated fat content of vegetable oils. Expert Nutrition author, Catherine Shanahan, MD, calls the fats in vegetable oils "MegaTrans", because they are similar in chemistry to trans fats, but even WORSE.
    And MegaTrans from vegetable oils are found in almost ALL processed packaged foods, as well as virtually ALL restaurant fryers.
    French Fries proven to immediately harm your arteries after eating them:
    Free radicals formed during the refining of vegetable oils create these "mutant" fats, which damage your cell membranes & chromosomes, and create massive inflammation in your body.
    The free radicals in vegetable oils also damage your arteries, which can directly lead to a heart attack. Please be aware that this isn't just a long-term risk of eating vegetable oils daily. There are also studies that show immediate dysfunction in your arteries, also called endothelial function.
    Catherine Shanahan, MD, cites in her book Deep Nutrition a study from New Zealand that showed that subjects who ate french fries from a restaurant fryer displayed immediate harm to their endothelial function of their arteries, going from a normal 7% dilation before eating the french fries to almost no dilation at all (only 1%) after eating the french fries. This is one thing that can cause a heart attack.
    If you think we're exaggerating, think again... Dr Shanahan also surveyed hundreds of patients that were admitted to the hospital for a heart attack, anddiscovered that every single patient that just had a heart attack had eaten vegetable oils with their last meal before the heart attack...Scary huh!
    Think about THAT next time you order the fries with that sandwich on the menu! It really is THAT serious. Always ask to replace french fries that come with most meals with side veggies, fruit, or a salad instead. That may very well be the difference between dying tomorrow or enjoying many more years on this beautiful planet.

    Reason #3 -- Vegetable oils cause massive imbalances with your Omega-6 to Omega-3 fats ratio
    One of the other MAJOR reasons that vegetable oils are killing you is they are mostly made up of inflammatory omega-6 fats, while having very little anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats.
    The healthiest ratio from the literature appears to be a ratio of 2:1 or even 1:1 for your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. However, most vegetable oils skew your ratio as high as 20:1 or even 30:1 in favor of harmful omega-6 fats. And worse yet, these omega-6 fats are NOT the innocent type found in nuts, they are the "mutant" damaged MegaTrans type that harm the tissues of your body.
    This Omega fat imbalance can be YET another reason why vegetable oils lead to heart disease, cancer, obesity, and many other degenerative diseases that WILL shorten your life significantly if you don't cut out the vegetable oils.
    As a quick note, the solution to all of these major problems with vegetable oils is to use healthy oils like coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, and grass-fed butter, all of which are MUCH healthier than vegetable oils and don't cause any of the problems we've described in this section of the article.

    Why Sugar is KILLING you...
    You've heard a million times from health experts, bloggers, and on the news that sugar is terrible for you, but most people don't truly understand WHY it's so bad...
    In fact, most people falsely think that if they eat sugar, they can just exercise a little bit harder that day or the next day so they can "burn it off"... unfortunately, that kind of thinking will lead you to an early grave.
    It's not about "burning off sugar" -- it's about what sugar does internally to the cells of your body, and how sugar gums up your internal workings, causing disease.
    Once again, I'm not exaggerating here, so pay close attention...
    If you knew exactly why sugar is so bad for you and exactly what it does to your cells in your body, I promise that you would think twice about eating that piece of cake, candy, sugary soft drink, fruit juice, or ice cream, or feeding them to your children.
    Here are just a few of the reasons that sugar is killing you...
    • Just like we talked about above with wheat, sugar also causes extreme fluctuations in your blood sugar, and excess blood sugar causes Glycation inside your body, which accelerates the rate of aging of your organs, skin, arteries, and joints.
    • Sugar also raises your triglycerides to dangerous levels, which can lead you to heart disease.
    • If that weren't bad enough, eating sugar too frequently also causes type 2 diabetes in the long run because you wear out your pancreas and insulin sensitivity.
    • And if you need even MORE reasons why sugar will kill you, sugar also slows down your white blood cells, making infection more likely, and even allowing CANCER cells a better chance to form in your body.
    Scary stuff huh!
    Of course, you already know that sugar makes you fat, and gives you excess calories without any beneficial nutrients whatsoever.
    To clarify, when we talk about how much damage sugar does to your body, we're NOT talking about tiny amounts such as having 5 grams of sugar from a teaspoon of honey in your tea... Small amounts of natural sugar like that are not a problem.
    The REAL damage occurs when you eat that piece of cake and ingest 40-50 grams of sugar in one sitting, or that bag of candy with 35+ grams of sugar, or that soft drink with 45 grams of sugar or more... Or even that so-called "healthy" smoothie at the local smoothie shop that contains a whopping 80 grams of sugar because of all of the fruit syrups they use in them.
    Now that you know why sugar, wheat, and vegetable oils are killing you and your family, maybe you'll think twice about eating cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, candy, and processed foods or fried foods from restaurants that are cooked in vegetable oil.
    Here are some examples of foods below that you might be eating and didn't even realize they are making you fatter, and causing diabetes, heart disease, and cancer...

    So-Called "Health Foods" That Are Causing You to Gain More Body Fat?

    I can't tell you how many times I've walked into the kitchen of a client of mine that has hired me for nutritional counseling, and I'm shocked by what I see...
    Almost every time, I see their kitchen cabinets and fridge LOADED with foods that they think are "healthy" (or have been deceived by clever food labels into believing are healthy), but in reality are fat-storing traps in disguise.
    It's not uncommon to see foods such as:
    • whole grain breads
    • whole grain cereals
    • whole grain crackers
    • soy milk
    • tofu or "veggie burgers" (non-fermented soy can be harmful to your hormones)
    • orange juice
    • apple juice
    • skim milk or homogenized milk

    • margarine
    • pre-packaged "diet" dinners
    • gator-ade or other sport drinks
    • protein bars (most are candy bars in disguise!)
    • overly processed meal replacements (with more junk than healthy ingredients)
    • rice cakes
    • pasta
    • diet ice cream or diet desserts
    • so-called "energy" drinks
    • low-fat foods
    • low-carb processed foods
    • soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil
    • etc, etc

    Forgot to say-Humans have only been capable of digesting carbohydrates for 40,000 years, so the suggestion that ketosis and eating fat is unhealthy seems wrong. I liked the China Study book, but its portrayal of a fatty diet as unhealthy is on weaker ground than its assertion that there is a link between a high protein diet and cancer.
    PS a recent New Zealand study found that every heart attack victim they interviewed had recently had a restaurant meal including deep fried foods!(personally I think deep frying in fats that are less damaged by heat such as beef dripping may be less harmful than the usual veg oils)

    One fact not mentioned in the above article: autopsies on Alzheimer's patients show little to none cholesterol in their brain. The brain must have it to function. Low cholesterol diets help bring about Alzheimer's. As far as I can see, Alzheimer's is the worst fate facing a human today - the loss of one's self. And the whole Alzheimer's epidemic (1 out of 8 expected in the now 40's generation) has been created by the food and pharm industries.

    Thank you HugoJudd for your insightful thread and welcome to PA. I am so glad you addressed inflammation as a source problem. As a nurse, I have seen very few MDs that even contemplate the issue of inflammation, rather, as you indicated they are looking at the HDL and LDL lab numbers when they decide if a patient "needs" a cholesterol medication. As you indicated here, it is just not that simple. I think that there are really very few people on the planet that truly benefit from the statins or other cholesterol drugs.

    The fact that we as humans are arrogant enough to assume that the body doesn't know what the heck its doing and that we should always intervene with pharmaceuticals is really sad. As if some profit driven corporations' say so carries more credence than the physiology of this incredible masterpiece, the human body. The human body is always trying to return to balance. Having said that, it is possible when it becomes so burdened with toxins, disease, and medications that it can't pull back. I believe that diet is the ultimate "cure" for any imbalance in the body. It may not be as easy or quick as taking a pill but if one wants to return to balance this is the way.

    My brother is a GP doc. He looked at Statin research and concluded that they were of marginal and questionable overall benefit. To say nothing of research database fiddling. He wants to complain to his Medical Association as the guidelines-blanket prescription-are not compatible with the research. But he does not want to get into trouble!

    Its really too bad that someone who does some objective analysis of data has to be afraid to speak out. I guess it has always been this way. In the US, those that do not go along with the standard protocol of drug pushing become pariahs as well. We have insurance companies that mandate what treatments will be provided. If the MD wants payment for the treatment he must prescribe within the "guidelines" provided by the insurance companies". Most insurance companies want nothing to do with correcting a condition, such as inflammation, they want to block a symptom as cheaply as possible.

    Excellent OP, HugoJudd!!

    In addition to high blood sugar, oxidized fats, and low omega 3s.... inflammation can also be caused by food sensitivities, environmental sensitivities, exposure to toxins, and lack of sleep. It can help to try an elimination diet and slowly add back single foods to see if the body has a sensitivity to each.

    Statin drugs are very effective at lowering cholesterol-- but the statistics show, even though statins lower cholesterol, they don't actually reduce the incidence of heart attack! Given the severe neurological symptoms frequenty associated with statin use, and even higher risk of diabetes, are statins worth the risks?

    If you're interested in lowering a very high LDL, try researching niacin. A daily megadose of niacin can dramatically lower LDL, without the side effects of a statin drug. But only do this under the care of a physician who monitors your blood work.... It's not recommended to megadose yourself with niacin, without a practitioner making sure you're safe.

    I, personally, have lost 145 lbs by following a diet similar to the one suggested in the OP. Every aspect of my health has improved, and I feel much better.

    My husband recently dropped his LDL by 100 points, by using niacin under the care of his doctor. Such a large dose does cause the sensation of "flushing," but he's gotten used to it pretty well.

    Avoiding poor fats (including seed oils and vegetable oils, and of course trans fats) and including more traditional, non-inflammatory fats (such as butter, lard, full-fat dairy from pastured cows, coconut oil, and olive oil) can make a world of difference for health.

    Your family member should ingest 4 tbsp of quality coconut oil daily. Also, niacinamide has been proven to ameliorate dementia in several lab studies. Niacinamide has many good benefits to us and should be consumed daily by everyone. Helps greatly with inflammation too.

    HugoJudd, I meant to also mention Phosphatidylserine for memory loss. 500 mg per day has been shown to provide a marked improvement in thinking ability and even reverse Alzheimer's as well as depression. It is relatively inexpensive at most vitamin shops. It takes a few months to work, so don't give up too soon. If it were me or my family member I would take it for life.

    Just came across this read, a good place to add in this info, if i may.

    Nutrient Depletion a Serious Side Effect of Statins How Statins decrease COQ10 levels and attribute to other negative side effects.



    If you and your doctor have determined that you are someone who will benefit from being on a statin drug, you should be prepared to do everything you can to minimize the many negative side effects of statins.

    Most of the negative side effects of statins are due to the way these drugs deplete the body of the potent antioxidant CoQ10.

    You see, statins work in the liver by blocking an enzyme pathway that leads to the creation of cholesterol. Unfortunately, that same enzyme pathway is the one your body uses to create CoQ10. So statin takers need to be especially aware of the fact that they’re not producing CoQ10 at the levels they would be if they were taking no medication. When your body lacks CoQ10, energy production will lag and cell function will suffer.

    Supplements to Counteract the Side Effects of Statins

    Here’s a list of nutrients I recommend to all statin users. Because of the CoQ10 connection, it’s at the top of the list. But because CoQ10 is so intimately involved in cellular energy production, I also recommend including complementary nutrients in your daily regimen to offset the side effects of statins.     There are also a lot of findings in the TBI (traumatic brain injury) research communities that hormone regulation and hormones have a big part in how well the body reduces inflammation. People are replacing pain medication with hormone therapies and having amazing results.

    TBI has also been redefined, small incidents like a 20mph auto collision can cause it, our even very loud music from loud speakers for long durations, bicycle accidents a well.
