Very true. Most of the large corporates cheat and lie because they can. Reptilian nature

I have watched this happen to my broadband over the last year or so.

Yes it is very true, My BT internet was fine, I was getting an adequate download speed of 4.75mb which was fine for me, I could watch vids on the tube and no problems. Then we upgraded to BT infinity getting download speed of 38mb well its not adequate, vids start buffering, many minor problems and disconnects, currently in conversation with tech and its going nowhere.

So what does it all mean? As orwell said, chocolate rations have gone up.

How does the algorythm work which tells you your download speed is 38 and yet the facts on the ground are this, it is considerably worse. Ping speed dreadful, going via Liverpool, but they seem to not be able to discuss this aspect.....



Negotiations ongoing....... but I am not holding my breath.

What the guy is saying about the tv package is incorrect because we have got the tv package and it is still happening. My husband is a programmer and can cut through the BS, the complaint ticket has been escalated to third level so far, we were with Talk Talk and will likely go back to them, he is right about them, they do have their own equipment in the stations and BT most definitly are lying unethically.
