    Hello! ~ & *

Here is a suggestion to that regard:

'Entities, truth, what is the value of holding onto this body?'

'Truth, who are you? and who were you before that?', 'who were you before that?', 'who were you before that?', 'who were you before that?' ...
'And who will you be in the future?'

'Truth, What are you?', 'and what were you before that?', 'what were you before that?', 'what were you before that?'...
'And what will you be in the future?'

'Truth, what is all your jobs?', and what were all your jobs before that?', 'what were all your jobs before that?', 'what were all your jobs before that?'...
'And what will be all your jobs in the future?'

'Return to whence you came from, and never return back to this body, this consciousness, this creation and this planet ever again, and take all your baggage and electromagnetic imprint with you' x3

'Return to whence you came from, and never return back to this body, this consciousness, this creation and this planet ever again, and take all your baggage and electromagnetic imprint with you'

'Return to whence you came from, and never return back to this body, this consciousness, this creation and this planet ever again, and take all your baggage and electromagnetic imprint with you'

    Many Blessings ~

Sensing this may fit here as well - copying Tom Montalk's excellent reference to the entities/interdimensional/Alien manipulation of emotions siphoning energy from our emotional reservoir and the attempt to direct our reality in the dream scape arena we reside in

    Quote "Emotional managment

Have you ever gotten emotionally riled up over events which later turned out to be trivial? Do little things happen around you which “coincidentally” poke at your emotional sore spots? Does it seem like someone “behind the curtain” is pushing your buttons? In many cases, someone or something is.

This article is about emotional defense against an invisible enemy who profits from your overindulgence in negative emotions. As part of the matrix series, this text focuses upon the central issue in the matter, that of loosh economy. “Loosh” is Robert Monroe’s term for a quantifiable spiritual/emotional energy produced by physical beings such as humans, a highly-valued commodity in the eyes of nonphysical beings who feed upon this energy. Although not its only function, the matrix acts as the machinery which extracts loosh from humans by subjecting them to synchronistically arranged emotional melodramas.

Here will be given a practical discussion of the nature of emotion, who manipulates emotion via the matrix, their modes of attack, and suggested methods of defense.

..When you experience a negative emotion and do not let it out or convert it into something positive, it becomes a thoughtform parasite, an auric leak, and a spiritual burden. To have become angry in the first place is okay, but to remain so in a non-constructive way must have arisen from some illusory component in your view of the world. In other words, because your perception of a situation was not based entirely on truth, you became angry, stayed angry, and did nothing about it except ignore and repress it. Your illusory perception combined with the resulting negative emotional energy forms, by definition, a thoughtform, except it is one closely attached to your soul. In this articlesuch an entity will be called an internal thoughtform. It has a conduit leading back to the core of your soul and siphons energy from your emotional reservoir, becoming bloated in the process as long as you continue repressing it.

...While possible to observe the mistakes of others and therefore gain their learning lesson for ourselves, unexpected tests attempting to push our buttons or those which we must absolutely experience can arise at any moment. Fact of the matter is that if your level of being is insufficient to remain unaffected by the trigger, if you have yet to learn the lesson potentially provided to you by this negative experience, then you will experience negative emotions. To try and stop cold such emotions leads to repression, which is the problem that many people experience when they force themselves to be nice and happy every moment of every day. Repressed emotions resurface later in a twisted and magnified form and can lead to all kinds of psychological problems, even health problems if repression is lengthy and severe.

The solution to such a situation where negative emotions are bound to arise is not to stop or repress them, but to transform them. This is the first step, with the second step being to act in accordance with what the situation demands."

A very interesting thread Bill, thank you. It will come in very handy.

I have 3 friends that I get together with, who I can speak to about all things peculiar and paranormal. They are all healers, and I am quite sure they are all being abducted. I was wondering what you know about the level of monitoring they are likely to be under? I feel that they are all being influenced in the way they think. Any tips on preventing these experiences and to the probable level of influence and monitoring they will be having?

    Thanks
    FN.

What will NOT free any being at all is to use force, try to wrestle with it, fight it, hate it, 'banish' it, try to harm it, or lock it up in some virtual prison. That's not freedom!
THANKS BILL! I'll be back soon to try and print off the manual !!!
    Many blessings,

I would be very, very, very careful with things like entities, spirits ( of animals and human ) etc. and removing them and opening our heart, energies etc... I do recommend reading Steve Richards - Holographic Kinetics.
    Very very... VERY
Thanks for posting aniN, I never would have found this book on my own.

Additionally if anyone else has any recommended reading, please don't be shy.

    I almost missed Point #10!

This image reminds me of "Threatening the Evil" (and why not to)
I mean, seems like it might work in theory... but really not very wise.
