Loads of Vitamin C, gargle and swallow colloidal silver solution every 3 hours (10ppm) about 50ml each time. Loads of fresh garlic in food. Symptoms (and possibly 'perpetrators' ;-) ) should have been 'terrified away' by next morning! If not - try again, but usually this works.
Don't share towels or hygeine stuff whilst the bug is in its throes. Wash hands frequently.

lots of interesting suggestions, i know a lot of them work. but since i started useing MMS seven years back, my one and only cureall is it.

colds and flu are a piece of cake, i can knock one on the head within hours.

sorry to be repetitive to anybody who sees MMS written as the cureall of just about anything. sorry but ITS TRUE, give it a go ... kev

Never ever ever say to yourself "I guess I have a cold". Or flu, or anything else. If you do, you are telling your body that it's OK to be sick. Instead, tell (out loud) your body to get your immune system working on the new infection right away.
