Default Loud Boom And Strange Noise Trigger Ambulance and Firefighters - Frost Quakes?

I have always been curious about the loud booms, cracking noises, strange sounds and buzzing which have been heard around the world for several years now. These sounds have been heard not just in winter but on a year round basis. Here is one plausible explanation for these sounds during months with extremely cold weather.

Mysterious booms and cracking noises startled people across Middle Tennessee during a deep freeze Wednesday night, leading many to learn a new scientific term.

Cryoseismic booms — which occur when frozen water expands and explodes underground — were reported widely.

Before word got around on social media and news websites, the sounds caused quite a bit of alarm, including in the Spring Hill area, where dozens made reports to dispatchers.

Spring Hill 911 Director Brandi Smith said reports began coming in before 10 p.m., mostly through the Facebook page for Spring Hill Dispatch, initially triggering an ambulance and firefighters to visit the Spring Hill Villages Apartments, where several tenants heard the sound.

Then Smith heard it herself, tracked down the scientific explanation and began to share it online.

"The first one sounded like a tree or something like that falling, and the second one sounded like firecrackers," she said. "People were trying to figure out what it was. And some were scared."

On social media, the sounds were described as booms or similar to firecrackers or falling ice. Reports came in across Spring Hill, and ultimately from across the region, including Murfreesboro, Franklin, Belle Meade and the Sylvan Park neighborhood.

Some said they'd heard similar sounds on prior nights.

"It was a deep boom, like it was under the ground," said Keith Mohr of Spring Hill. "It sounded like when they were blasting on Reserve Boulevard."

The mystery also spread to the National Weather Service, which made social media postings asking for reports about what was being heard — although the service would not officially investigate.

Kristin Carson, in Belle Meade, said she heard six in a two-hour span before midnight.

"Spent a little time with flashlights outside until we read about it online," Carson said. "The sounds were definitely distinctive but not as loud as some have reported. More like a very loud thud.

The ET's say Earth slowly collapses in on herself from all the drilling and extracting of oil and natural gas , where as they never mine on a planet they live on ... that is only done on bodies with no sentient life ... Earth is a living thing of Creation , we have pushed her too far ... Earthquakes , Seaquakes , Spacequakes , and now frost quakes ... we've cut her hair (trees) drained her blood ( oil) and they wonder why she goes boom ...
