If that's CGI then why would someone change the entire face of the building instead of just adding the guy climbing down over the real building face? It looks extremely realistic, with guards walking across in front, and enough of the buildings being alike to show that this isn't just any building being shown in the video.

I'd be interested in seeing more photos of that part of the palace, maybe if someone lives nearby in London. Have they done renovations since the Google streetview car passed?

Maybe the real intention of the video (if there is any "big agenda") is to activate a general psychopathic response... laugh about a naked man who seems to be fighting for his live and who falls fatally... whatever, videos without real named authors shouldn't be allowed in Avalon... a waste of time and comunity effort, CGI can do anything these days.
