At the one hour mark, Fitts highlights the generational demographic which is shifting the consciousness from the lone ranger warrior demographic to the BRIC co-operate demographic and this is where many of the fissures are coming from. These two management styles are clashing, and thus the aging warrior factions are taking out management level bankers to send a message and try to hold the old paradigm together.

There is an old saying which goes something like this: Old paradigms die one funeral at a time. As the aging baby boomers hand over the baton to the millennials, so too will the consciousness change, provided the covert nature of global economics unravels in the transition, and free energy enters the marketplace.

I've always been a student of demographic trends, and I hope the millennials do a better job than we did regardless of the message that a banker can kill himself with 6 shots of a nail-gun to the head and torso.
