He is telling the truth here in my view, he is basically spontaneously just saying what he is thinking and it becomes funny because it is the truth. The truth is always light. This is a good example about who this president really is, he does his thing, he protects what he knows, and keeps his promises to his masters and to himself. It's a person that constantly builds his facade. And that's why it is so important that the next president is a little more serious about not being in the way of making the truth reaching the people. This talk, although put in a funny context, is sad. It's the mouth of the military industrial complex.

Always a little bit of truth revealed with a wash of humor. Anyways these talkshows always have a script of what's ok and not ok to talk about. Don't believe for a second that jimmy is simply allowed to ask the president whatever he wants.
As galaxy horse said, the compartmentalization runs so deep at this point that even if Obama did know something, his handlers would turn the situation to there advantage in the blink of an eye. Obama is not immune to psychic warfare. It truly feels as though he is making fun of truthers, subconsciously. Or maybe, just maybe soft disclosure.

Joke or no joke, Obama said alot. Will this be as close to disclosure as they'll get? Or can we expect more? The joking part is more or less to feel out people's reactions to this kind of information. If it's positive then more will be revealed. If not, then it was all just a joke....
