What we hear is exactly what is in the news reports. No more, no less. However, Cuba is still a dictatorship and cubans won't speak if you ever ask them questions on politics.

Cuba is still a heavy catholic country, so this is not surprising that the Pope goes. It also signals a new territory to pluck for the Vatican lol.

Canadians have been going to Cuba all those years for cheap vacations. We do not enjoy seeing the Americans stealing our southern spot which will increase vacationing prices pretty much we fear.

Russia is not supporting Cuba anymore either. A small island with few resources, they have to get some input from outside.

wow, makes soooo much sense, in the nonsense war/control arena. How come I had not seen this. Cuga has nothing except the will to support Venezuela. Venezuela has oïl, lots of it. And also, other South American country do not car much about the USA, so it will have an impact there as well. Thinking here of Equador and Peru and Bolivia amongst others.

It's funny you specified the Sept. 24th date. Isn't that all the hoopla surrounding the July-September, 2015 date with Jade Helm and all the military training operations which will be conducted. Many conspiracy theorists out there are relating September as a time for a possible economic crash, martial law, and possible war.
