    thanks for your help.

I agree with the Keto diet, it does work. However, it seems to trigger the body as well for keeping up the weight through reducing energy spending (reducing basal metabolism), therefore being always hungry, and gaining weight back while eating less.
This is one of the reasons weight loss has to be very slow, not to trigger the body. Keto diet allows to keep it off in the long run, if the weight loss was very slow.

Adressing the lower metabolism changes and the hunger seem to me to be absolutely necessary.

One thing I told my doctor, once taking semaglutide, is "the biggest change is psychological: I am not hungry anymore. I always felt hunger and was not even aware of it, but it had gone in my unconscious and was always there. Now it is not. I do not feel hunger. I am satisfied with a small portion and do not want to eat more."

then I told her what a relief it was, it felt like freedom. And I was not even conscious to be in food jail. Yet, now I know.

Then I asked her if slim people are always like this: they eat, the hunger stop, they can do whatever without the body constant signaling for food. She said yes, this is how slim people are. I answered "holy sh it, I am truly jealous"

How to adress the bottom line damages already done to the body is the main point based on my experience.

DUring weight loss and afterwards, keto diet really seem to be a lifelong change to be made. As long as constant unconscious hunger is adressed.

I have had multiple diets trhoughout life, and truly, I was never really aware of my body reactions which were pushed in the unconscious (being hungry is very unpleasant and stops you from having a full life). I became aware when the hunger stopped.
My point being that most overweight and obese people are not aware they are hungry, but the body pushes the needs on a constant basis without conscious awareness. We know when it stops what we were living.

Diabetis and high blood pressure is mainly caused by wrong eating....There is a doctor (dentist) in Germany who did creat eating rules, certain things to eat..which does heal diabetis und high blood pressure fast. No meats, no sugar products no milk allowed. Mainly eat veggies raw or cooked only short. He says by cooking all the vitamins and minerals only get destroyed.
This is not about a diet...you have to change your eating habbits.
You don*t need any medications to heal a diabetis or high blood pressure.

His patients who follow his advices get healed fast. He has a homepage, you can read about all this :

Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer , Deutschland (Germany)

This is one of the older doctors...who still try to heal people.
Not like the new ones - who mainly only think about makeing profit....

He writes cook books too about healthy cooking and eating. A very amazing man....

by the way..he says..humans teeth are not meat eater teeth....our teeth are like the monkey*s teeth....which means we should be eating the same the monkey*s eat... We all are pretty far away from eating, what nature wants us to eat...or what our body actually needs. And because of our wrong eating habbits certain illnesses appear... This is something to think about more closely.....

I've always had problems with keeping my weight down and I exhibited "diabetic" symptoms. That all changed when I read "Live Right For Your [blood] Type" by Dr Peter D'Adamo. After I modified my diet to fit my blood type the pounds just started coming off naturally and I felt so much better! The "diabetic" symptoms disappeared.

I then did "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz and that was incredible! I just finished my fourth liver/gallbladder flush and every time I do it I flush out more stones and each time my level of health goes up a notch. The liver flushes are combined with Colema board style colon cleanses which are essential.

Anti-biotics are given to cattle mainly to pack on weight. Fighting infection is secondary. Nobody understands the mechanisms behind the rapid weight gain in cattle, other than it changes their microbiome somehow.

I am unsure what agents are causing this in humans but antibiotics effect on cattle serve to illustrate that altering the micro-biome could easily cause weight gain in people.

Flash, have you looked into 'blue zones'? Neat stuff.

In one of the blue zones the folks living there smoke and have high blood pressure, yet they consistently live over 100.

Obesity thing is interesting. Some people just wont lose it. Roy Nelson and Butterbean both good examples. Those guys have cardio for days and would outlast everyone on this forum in a physical competition (generally speaking) yet they're chubby.

Both diabetes and obesity have little to do with diet as we all know two people can eat the same diet and one will stay slim and fit and the other get fat and unhealthy. The fact is that both conditions (and all other conditions) are caused emotionally as a result of the stress resulting from constantly leaking emotional energy.

This results in a weakened immune system, digestion problems and subsequent illness seemingly from a lack of vitamins and minerals - causing people to blame the diet. Some changes can be made by increasing the intake of the missing 'foods' but this is not addressing the root cause. So certainly it's not a lack of will power. People become obese as a physical reflection of their emotional state and desire to insulate themselves from an outside world that is seen as hostile.

Given that breatharians are 100% healthy without eating isn't it a little 'primitive' to blame diet for sickness? On one level of course it is true but on a deeper level the root cause is always emotional and stems from childhood (so often seen as genetic).

Anyone who really wants to understand how all physical conditions are emotionally caused should watch this interesting video. rather long but the first 30 minutes will hopefully convince you of the basics. Here we have the amazing Evette Rose who carries on the work of Dr Mona Lisa Schultz a medical intuitive who wrote 'Awakening Intuition' about 30 years ago and gave the first medical description of how all illness was caused by the emotions (yes, even a broken leg).

I am diabetic type II. In the last four years I have been in the hospital several times because of different diseases but every time I got new medication my blood sugar returned to normal between 70-120 on my question why this is so the doctors replied that they did not knowledge. I talked to a specialist in diabetes who explained to me that the medicine can change the blood sugar and the values are almost normal. A friend of mine also had diabetes and his doctor advised him not to take insulin, he was supposed to eat a lot of artichokes and do a lot of sports. After a year, his diabetes was cured. I tried the same thing, the values have normalized but the diabetes has not been cured.

But now I have another problem that I have not been able to eat anything other than peanut flips for almost three years and something sweet in the evenings, I can not smell normal food like salad or meat any more, I feel sick and I have to vomit, me hope that the researchers soon find something against diabetes, as I hope that the forum can give me tips or advice.

Sorry, my English is very terribel
