Releasing stress, traumas and tension from the body is very important. If they are not released, they slumber in the body. They will influence your thoughts, emotions and form muscle knots and tensions all over the body. These musculair restrictions block the energy channels of the body, preventing a free flow of energy in the body and restrict breathing. These blocked energy is stored in the body and can be used as an energy sources for internal negative emotions like anger, aggressiveness, jealousy, fear, guilt and anxiety. These negative emotions feed past live traumas. These are integral blocks which cover every aspect of the person: Mind, body and emotions.
