Probably badly paraphrased (my memory doesn't work that way), but definitely similar. I did a quick search but couldn't find it; it was a major speech of his after 9/11.

He is referring to chemtrails and HAARP, and seems to indicate that they work together as a larger system by calling them "Siamese twins"; 29:39

No doubt about it the weather that I experience here and see elsewhere is not normal earth weather at all, it is all generated by machines. We only get to see the sun twice a week now when it is no clouds? They are trying there best to cover up the sun and our exposure to it. Very good speech straight out of the alternate community and could

There are so many 'bullet' points even the mil ind complex would be
impressed. Its basically a long synopsis of events from WW11 up until,

In an interview with a secret space whistle blower, I looked through his mind for a reality check and one of his contacts shared the chemtrails create a solid field around the earth for tracking invisible ufos. harp energizes the chemtrails electronic fields which protects from sunflare plasma blasts but side effects are storm magnification.

It also allows for storm redirection heavying the field a cat5 storm can't penetrate.

It's a give take trying to help the worse of 2 situations, those creating these fields think what they are doing is helping...

In what way did he suggest we depend on Obama to dismantle the cabal? I'm afraid you have totally misunderstood what he was saying - He mentioned Obama in the context of his first arrival, and said "when i saw the advisors i thought "uh oh, the same old gang" He actually was saying Obama is yet another front man for the cabal - I think a lot of people will misunderstand this talk because it is rather long and demands we listen. Paul Hellyer was not saying we need a populist leader to dismantle the cabal, he said we must unite and strive together the avert the WWIII they are determined to foment. He spoke of the 5 million people needed to initiate change in the USA, as he outlines in his book. We need to listen to people carefully before we start making sweeping statements. All errors of thinking are errors of language.

In my opinion Obama has been disappointing ... yet still a wildcard. You also have to understand the "plea" part of his message. He indicates we haven't much time at all ...

I listened to Mr. Hellyer's entire talk very carefully. For the most part I agree with him and applaud his suggestions. I also acknowledge his admission that Obama is controlled by the cabal. As you point out, he says so explicitly, first when he explains (correctly) that all U.S. Presidents since Eisenhower and including Obama are controlled by the cabal, and then again when he alludes to Obama's gangster advisors. He seems to grasp the dynamic well enough.

So to clarify my post I'm not suggesting he has rose-colored glasses on when beholding the president of the United States. I'm speaking specifically when he talks about step 1 of his plan, (right around the 20:00 minute mark) which requires us 5 million people "...to convince President Obama that his polices benefit no one but the arms manufacturers..." I grant I may be misinterpreting him here and may be taking these words too literally, but at the same time, this is a precise quote. To me, this plea clearly implies President Obama is simply misguided and need only discover the error of his ways, namely by us 5 million activists knocking loudly on his door. However, I would submit President Obama is already fully aware that his policies benefit no one but the arms manufacturers. In fact, this dynamic is obvious to even the most daft of observers, let alone the President of the United States, who in this case has exceptional political acumen and a very keen drive for achievement, so much so that he is lauded by we unsuspecting proles as "the leader of the free world." As a representative of much more narrow interests, however, Mr. Obama's precise objective as POTUS is to advance the interests of "the arms manufactures," (to employ Hellyer's terms). I for one have absolutely no reason to believe a person with Obama's "unique qualifications" would ever change horses in mid stream and begin to bat for the other team. So my sweeping statement was in part a comment on this particular observation in response to Hellyer's implication here.

And then, around the 21:00 mark, he says, to quote, "...Hate him or love him President Obama is the only person in the world with the power to lead a penitent United States and its misled allies in the moral and spiritual revolution for a world of peace and justice where the human species has a fighting chance to survive..." This is a pretty compelling and explicit call for Obama to take some kind of action to execute the required plan to reverse course here... no?

Finally, around the the 26:00 minute mark, he uses words and phrases like, "restore power to the people that is rightfully theirs," in junction with suggestions like "President Obama can mint two trillion dollars in platinum coins," (we all know how well that idea worked out for President Kennedy) and if "Obama wants a place in history the choice is (his) to decide to work for the people or the cabal", etc. To me, this is all very suggestive of populist rhetoric with Obama being the integral actor.

I would be very pleased to have misinterpreted Mr. Hellyer's intentions for President Obama. It seems clear, however, even though Hellyer well understands Obama really works for the banksters, that he nonetheless is holding out some degree of hope that President Obama will alas follow his moral compass at the end of the day if only we people scream loud enough.

These observations take nothing away from the quality of the work here. And while I would be very pleased to be 100% wrong about all this, I'm certainly not going to hold my breath where President Obama and any moral compass is concerned....
