Limor, thank you for this thread. By happenstance, I've been digging into Donna Eden's work recently. My old blue copy of Energy Medicine is dog-eared and beloved.

She also has a generous resource on her website, innersource.net ... a handout bank where you can download/print energy exercises and articles.

This is great information, thank you for the link. With certain trauma cases, EFT appears as a gentle caress
I am going to read it now, and adopt whatever methods I am not yet familiar with

The understanding of energy, it's flow, it's healing/diminishing effects is the most important to our times, it's a science in it's own right and everything revolve around that.

If we could only view things via the two glasses of the soul and the energy movements in every situation and with people we meet in our lifes, than we could have been rich and healthy indeed. It feels like Donna Eden has beautifully integrated this knowledge in her life, and is most capable to show others the way
