This is very clever especially for people who are newbies. Hope folks will print it out and use it for evaluating sources. Sometimes when I post a comment on a youtube video, I get a reply. I have hit a nerve and the reply is nothing but name calling intermingled with the "F" word. That alone is enough to tell me this person is not one I want to consider a worthwhile source. Generally they seem to be people who are looking for fame on the internet.

My current regular news sources , but I'm always open to genuine new sources...

David Ickes headline page, this is very use full because David uses his
vast experience in journalism, mainstream media, politics , ' spiritual
Awakening', alternate research, professional sport , and the school of
hard knocks, University of life and suffering from Arthritis from his late
teens , early twenties. Gives him a good eye at filtering many articles
that connect the dots to the bigger picture , and beyond into possible
other dimensions. He quotes from multiple sources , which I always
post as well , so you can see where they come from.

Next I like to look at the BBC web page as I like sports , and working
outside I check the weather daily ,also they do most of the mainstream
stories we look at but not in the same way..LOL but its use full for
'contrast' and many of there articles are accurate . Its not all 'psyop'
but we can now see much more than before when the 'Mainstream'
ruled the airways all over the world , in all its various propaganda
forms from CIA controlled CNN , Communist controlled dogma.
See North Korea they had just as well be on another planet . To
all the others , most of news comes from few sources Jewish
controlled Reuters and the oligarchical corporate controlled rest.

This takes me back to Davids site , he looks at virtually all the
sources on the web, from the corporate media, press to overseas
sources, independent blogs and magazines.Internet news sites
and many more. That does not mean he is infallible but most of
the articles are relevant to something current or part of the
bigger picture or they may just be interesting or entertaining.

Then there are whatever other news and articles and members
threads and other sources I come across , and there are more
than I can name and its certainly interesting and frustrating
at the same time ........

I think you left out a huge pervasive factor - the deliberately planted clever disinfo permeating all the levels you listed by the factions able to bring it to whatever forefront they want. it includes disinfo planted into otherwise well-meaning minds. It includes groomed/programmed agents to be alternative media 'stars'. In my opinion it includes ALL 'channelling'. It includes many foundational new agey concepts firmly planted long ago and expanded upon, reinforced and exploited for 60?+years now. I'm sure others can think of more...

A pyramid structure suggest power and strength at it's base, so it would seem like the good stuff is based on all the misinformation.

(Yeah, I am biased when I see a pyramid to appreciate the base of it more, hence I prefer the circles approach )

You know, until your post, waves, I didn't really realize I kind of already factor all that stuff in...or out...however you want to look at it.

p.s. I totally agree with you on the "channeling" thing. All channeling, just as you said...all channeling, all revealed "knowledge"...I discount all of it. I fell victim to that kind of thing with John Lash, and I'm not going to let that happen to me ever again.

I just replied to someone on another forum regarding exactly this. The majority of all news these days is bogus, and, yes, they revel in dishing out a 2+2=5 world to you. Your immediate red flags should go up upon seeing their bogus buzzwords, like "experts" "scientists" " terrorists" "new"

Over and over again these words are used to give credibility to bullsh!t.

F me, I wish I knew where the "school of experts" was when I got out of high school. Or the "school of scientists", I'd have constant employment everywhere hahahahahaha

If we look at this pyramid as 5 stepped structure, probably #1 step at the top is really narrow as others mentioned.

But again nowadays - where any info is spread with light-speed through internet - when such high-quality info appears, immediately #4 and #5 (bottom two steps) come in. In today's world reaching information is easiest but seperating wheat from the chaff is the hardest thing to do.

The problems I see with this pyramid are 1- the vulnerability of the system to disinformation agents placed near the top. 2- the tendency of people to rely on "authorities" for information rather than thinking for themselves and doing their own research.

Most people still accept the CIA, FBI, NSA, NASA, CNN, FOX, etc. as "Good, reliable, accurate information from solid, intelligent, well-informed and well connected researchers." As such, they are easily led by their respective noses into believing whatever the people who control these organizations want them to believe.

It's not until something that we know to be a lie is presented as truth by these sources that we begin to question their reliability. Once that process begins, we begin to question other information and discover other lies. At some point, some of us discover that virtually all of the alphabet agencies and main stream media have been intentionally spinning a web of lies our entire lives. We begin looking for alternate sources of reliable information, and (at least in my case) soon discover that there aren't any.

Probably the most reliable single source of information that I'm aware of was William Cooper. The reason I find his information reliable is that he always prefaced it by advising his audience that they shouldn't accept anything he says as true, it was just information he believed to be true, but do your own research and above all continue thinking for yourself. Two other reasons I find Mr. Cooper credible are the fact that he completely reversed his stand on alien visitations shortly before being assassinated and the fact that he was assassinated.

After more than 30 years of looking at the best information I have available, I still couldn't tell anyone with any degree of certainty who shot JFK or who ordered the hit. I can present credible evidence which supports any of perhaps a dozen theories. I've concluded, however, that even if I had unlimited time, money and man power to investigate the matter, I wouldn't be able to reach a definitive answer. I've also concluded that it doesn't much matter. As is the case with the events of 9/11, the official story being presented by the government and MSM is demonstrably false. As such, the government and MSM are conspiring to hide the truth and are at least accessories after the fact.

From my perspective, the most pressing problem being faced by humanity at present is the continued release of aerosols into the atmosphere, ie- chemtrails. The only source of information I need to confirm that this is in fact taking place are my own eyes. As to what is being sprayed, who is doing it and why, I compare multiple sources of information and examine it against my own perception of reality. Sources like metabunk have a high correlation with the views presented by MSM, and are therefore highly suspect. Sources like Michael Murphy and Dane Wigington both present credible and seemingly well researched information. Their information and conclusions also correlate with each other to a high degree, even though Michael Murphy has openly accused Dane of being a disinfo agent. Perhaps he is or perhaps Mr. Murphy is; maybe they both are. Don't know, don't care. I'll continue to listen to what both of them have to say and compare that to my perception of reality.

Even if both of them turn out to be disinfo agents, 95% of the information they present will have to be true in order to maintain credibility. So, they're worth listening to. One merely has to remain cautious not to accept them, or anyone else, as unquestionable authorities.
