    Do you mean imagined pressure with your mind or your actual finger?
    Real [physical] pressure... but it really doesn't take all that much. It's certainly not 'using force'.

    Well you can go on doubting all your life...because all I am doing is giving Bill a link to where he can become a millionaire...then we won't have to donate anymore

    Got it!

    I didn't realize you can use a bit of pressure. I see now that it doesn't take much. I was envisioning the Matrix way. "There is no spoon."

    My spoon bent and then bent back with a slight bump.

    To create the reality we want, maybe it is better to spend more time thinking about what we want, what feels good, instead of thinking so much about "what is" and feeling bad.

    What I wanted was the spoon bent back again. Here's bent back with a slight bump. I figured I better not try 'perfect return' cuz then I'd have no Ben & Jerry's spoon.

    My spoon bent back with a slight bump.

    After the spoon gets warm one does not have much time to bend the spoon before the "magic" (not understood process) dissipates, according to the instructor who taught my class.

    Wait too long (I don't know how long) then force is required and the spoon will not bend using only slight pressure.

    To straighten the spoon, maybe one can go through the process again, get the spoon warm and straighten it. I don't know. When I tried to straighten my spoon, it broke. This may be a future experiment.

    Paula,

    Did you notice the spoon getting warm where you intended it to bend?

    Did you intuitively know when the spoon could be bent?

    See?

    Because "POWER" of thought... implies an enforcing upon a reality whereas the spoon, in Bill's description, AGREES to modify its metallic structure... or something agrees... or ... someone?

    I returned it back in 3 stages with an ever so gentle pressure and continued warmth from rubbing. With each bend, I payed attention to the body signal. When I got a "Yup" and a slight sensation from the dan tien (belly button region), I'd bend.

    UPDATE: I also "merged/talked" with the spoon. By the third bend, no talk was needed.

    Hi Ron,

    Thanks....

    Also, you added the above part of your post after I read it. For clarification, I'd add that the focus was on body signals rather than the spoon.

    And this part you’ve read:

    I returned it back in 3 stages with an ever so gentle pressure and continued warmth from rubbing. With each bend, I payed attention to the body signal. When I got a "Yup" and a slight sensation from the dan tien (belly button region), I'd bend. I also "merged/talked" with the spoon. By the third bend, no talk was needed.

    Given that the method is now public there is zero chance of becoming a milliionaire, and every chance of gettting locked up. If as they the first sign of madness is talking to an inanimate object, the second sign ias the joke goes is getting an answer! Much worse than that though, it would be a third sign if that answer were Let's do it!, a fourth to respond to that signal, and a sixth sign of madness to get the job done together with a suicidal spoon.

    Edit: the fifth sign being an inability to count to six

    I'll try this when I have spoons to spare. In the meantime, this man seems to have it wired. Something to aspire to:

    That's what I'm going to do to my spoon , when it stops chasing me !!

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    I'm thinking about hiring some muscle..........." some one said this kid can lick spoons " !!

    Though I'm doubting this technique and how serious the 'mob' are taking this job....

    ====================================================

    I may have to call The " Spoon Father "....though this could be a dangerous move !!

    He is known for his 'Hatchet jobs'.....

    Failing that I may have to switch to a more spiritual approach
    and call the " Spoon Doctor " ....

    Witch Doctor - Ooh Eeh Ooh Ah Aah Ting Tang Walla Walla Bing

    ===================================================
    ===================================================

    Or maybe Cousin Joe ?

    .............................NAH'hhhh He's a bl---- idiot !!

    ===================================================

    This could be the 'MAN' ? " The Spoon Hunter ".......

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
