What people decide to do individually genuinely is what the year of 2016 will be about, and not collectively but independently. Choices taken within without any type of recognition from anyone.
Its not about who to believe out there (Icke, Jones/or gurus) but what are one able to conceive - grasp- of the independent perspective above this reality and everything "touching" this reality. The pyramid is the so called matrix and not the illuminati/secret societies, its the "beast" the human reality. To be the Eye one has to learn true objectivity and analysing thru it before concluding and judging. When one is able to go beyond the drama reality one can start processing what one would consider as the truth. The eye is about the true perspective outside the human concept. Its only possible thru understanding with the essence and not possible only thru the theory and resonance. It has nothing to do with the kundalini/chakras. It's about choices.
One has to learn that the opposite of objective is sentimental, its not possible to be both at the same time. When the ego (feelings) interfere one is then incompetent of perceiving truth or being just - nor any true ethics practised. To be aware of the different ego moduses and when one is supposed to switch from ego oriented over to "service" is crucial for the analysis potential.

    illuxina,

If I seriously look at your every word....you are quite scary indeed!

We need urgently a replacement for FaceBook. I got temporarily suspended for forwarding a post exposing Obama's move to confiscate fire arms. The creator of the post also has been temporarily suspended form FB.

Only David Icke and Avalon Forum (Infowars forums are unusable because of their anti-ET bias) are the most known places where truth can be found.

    Thank you Bill,

What you say is absolutely true. This time of ours is like the most unbelievable scifi thriller one could ever live through. Trying to fit those puzzle pieces together can be incredibly addictive, particularly for those who have a passion to learn. This has been a long mind blowing road. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are and have been programmed, fed upon and manipulated in every possible way. We're wearing the dark glasses now. Whether there are Blue Avians, a flat earth, or not...there's vastly more complexity that we don't understand than what we do. The journey to greater and greater awareness is eternal. But your admonition is well received. Don't fall into yet another trap. Get out there and be a positive contributing force for the good in this tumultuous transformation that is obviously enveloping our planet.
    Thanks again,
    Andreas

Continuing with thoughts from my post 241 and 242 and your post . . .

Quote The tools of communication were different, the economy was different, culture, general attitudes - all different.... so I'm not sure where that comparison ends up.
The downside is that I think we're being manipulated now in a much more complete manner - through every possible channel, constantly, every day. At the same time, the connectivity has increased the ability of the manipulators to create and execute desired strategies. In the U.S., 9/11 initiated the national pants-****ting that continues to this day, creating a whole lotta people that don't mind the govt reading their emails and listening to their phone calls. Ok, so much for the freedom-loving rebel nation. Fare thee well. We hardly knew ye....
Agree that the control still exists and is more complete.

And basing control in FEAR obviously still works.

Communication, the economy, our patriarchal culture, even general attitudes are
still controlled by those who set the reality. How many still feel patriotic about our illegal wars of aggression? This liberal nation stands against war by very high majorities -- even higher internationally. But there still areas where people still support wars, thoughtlessly.

This is a liberal nation and most, imo, understand that we need Revolution -- even Bernie Sanders uses that word.

I was always surprised that Ralph Nader never used the word "fascism," though I think somewhere in the W
    presidency he may have?

I don't believe Bernie has used that word?

Obviously, most of us don't want a violent revolution.

I think the Youth Revolution succeeded very well in moving the minds of the public to question war more readily,
to question consumerism, and medicine and other institutions based on authority.

By now, many Americans have suffered side effects of drugs, have seen America's status in health care fall drastically - except for the very wealthy.

The concepts of freedom, equality continue to move into public minds wherever it is possible.
In the worst of impoverished areas all over the world, there is a struggle for female equality, to lift populations out of poverty, for decent shelter, food and health care.
All of the Human Rights acknowledged in the Human Rights Manifesto by the United Nations which Eleanor Roosevelt helped bring about.

Has the music died -- ?
Yes -- a long time ago.
How many of our musicians died?

Americans and the nation are under continuing economic stress --
Citizens create economies which are then manipulated by banks, financial institutions for their own profit.
There has been a "Mockingbird" response to trying to get the public to understand how the Federal Reserve unjustly manipulates our economy for their own private benefit.
Every dollar comes to us with an interest tag.
Every dollar of our debt perpetually collects interest -- all paid to this private bank.

There could not have been any more important discussions that needed to take place than after WWII == an Atomic bomb had done harm to our ozone layer --
what chance the public knew that then?
The Cold War was a fake -- an opportunity to keep the MIC going -- to hide the
secret plans to keep the Third Reich going.
America was running the rat holes which saved most of them.
Project Paperclip brought tens of thousands of Nazis into the US -- and they were
used to found the CIA, funneled into the FBI, and other government agencies. What of our lost opportunities to really understand the fraud of the McCarthy Era
which very successfully moved liberals out of government -- and where they may
have been still standing in government, Hollywood, or the Arts -- they were certainly under constant threat of loss of livelihood and imprisonment.

All while the nation watched "I Love Lucy" - but let's not leave out TV Sports which occupied most males in most households -- and today ... families involved in school sports with their children shoot their weekends watching games and a good bit of their week in practices and games. Golf clubs are disappearing, however -- a good sign that family men, at least, aren't any longer able to spend the long hours required for a round of golf.

I think the internet is the best way we have right now to wake people up.
Signs that TPTB want very much to control it seem to also suggest that.

We've had a good bit of activity re conspiracies from the History/Discovery Channel ... but they may be coming under more successful intimidation now?

Imo, conspiracy has to be studied -- because it is via things like "Operation Northwoods" and "false flag" events that we begin to truly see and understand the suicidal nature of these people. And, of course, the many known and unknown CIA programs.

We're trying often to solve problems when we really can't understand them from the highest perspective because we are missing so much information -- so many pieces of the puzzle. Secrecy works for the violent.

Of course, uniting the public is always essential.
We've watched a number of very highly successful campaigns for freedom by African Americans vs Slavery and Segregation.
Same with the homosexual campaign for equal rights and same-sex marriage.

Feminism continues to succeed as a spreading concept -- but great forces continue against it.

And, liberal leadership continues to be under attack no matter the cause.
Now liberals are eliminated in one way or another even before they have a chance to rise.
I think that's why Pope Francis -- in the great variety of subjects he has addressed of necessity -- has been so welcomed by all. He is giving leadership to liberal concepts.

In reading a lot of this thread, it occurs to me that a comparison between 60s/70s and now is a bit like comparing apples to oranges. It was a different world. The tools of communication were different, the economy was different, culture, general attitudes - all different.... so I'm not sure where that comparison ends up. And I'm not sure it matters. It seems that the big difference between then and now is that now, there is the ability to instantly communicate across the planet, in real time, responding to real events. This is both the good news and the bad news.

If you add to this the manufactured "global recession" that lowered wages, threatened complete economic collapse and brought a good percentage of the country to the brink of disaster, you have a population that lives in fear: of poverty, of terrorism, of anything that is not like them. And most importantly, of new thoughts, new paradigms, new energy and new awareness. Just keep watching tv, folks... The first rule of manipulating the masses is to make sure they're fully occupied with meager survival. Check.

It seems to me that what's needed now is a better way to wake people up. A better way to communicate IN PERSON and a better way to get real information that matters - not the conspiracy du jour - to those that are already awake. But it's like a fire. If you know there's a raging inferno burning all around you, you need to find a way to tell THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW.

Very much agree with this . . .

Quote What people decide to do individually genuinely is what the year of 2016 will be about, and not collectively but independently. Choices taken within without any type of recognition from anyone.
But if we look at just one example -- i.e., what the public knows of the effects of animal-eating on Global Warming -- we continue to see disappointing results in individual choices. Especially that choosing to continue to eat animals also negatively impacts their health. And the health of their families as they are taught to eat animals and dairy.

There is still a tendency for many to believe those who are violent because they back the most preposterous of lies -- wars.
And it is very hard for the public to believe that anyone would engage in wars simply for profit or domination. Of course, this is suicidal thinking and difficult for the public to arrive at.

Anyone who continues to believe that our wars are based in an effort to spread democracy and freedom, or that we are just serial idiots as far as our economies are concerned and recessions and depressions are something natural . . .
those people are not going to question the very basis of capitalism, either.
It is these large and very important myths among some of the public still which must be shattered.

Of course, many of our choices are limited -- we are left with only very difficult choices because the easier and more sensible choices -- like affordable electric cars -- would do economic harm to the private interests who control our natural resources.

Hi -- Thank you -- Very interesting Interview with David McGowan --
I'll be looking for the book "Laurel Canyon" -- and, yes, I do feel that the conclusions reached about
the creation of counter-movements is accurate. Effected all of the movements.

Mae Brussel, btw, has also written long ago her suspicions of the Tate murders which she identified
as a military operation. There are others who think Sharon is alive, living as her own non-existent
younger sister. Again, a MIC family connection with the father.
    See: http://www.maebrussel.com

A day or so ago, there was a story on Yahoo about pedophilia happening in military with children of military
members as victims. Really resonated with readers who left comments.
    We also have the Kay Griggs video's (See YouTube) about adult sexual abuse among military members;
kind of along the lines of Skull & Bones/Yale -- which is sexual abuse of fellow members as they lay in coffins.
Pledge to appoint other members to powerful positions at every opportunity.

Cheney/Rove repeat the right wing boats frequently that "we control reality."

Quote my take on "politically correct" is that "politically correct" finds the truth offensive.

    I find "politically correct" offensive.
Actually, "politically correct" -- like "climate change" to replace the easily understood Global Warming --
is a bit of right wing propaganda intended to make objections to what is rightly called HATE speech sound foolish.

Historically, females have been sexually harassed on our streets, in their jobs -- and as they began to enter
the nation's colleges. So have minority students been harassed.

This harassment included hate speech --
Females walking on campus at private colleges should have the right to proceed without having sexual
comments shouted at them. That's just one example.

And -- minority students were thought to have the same right to proceed across a college campus without
racist comments being hurled at them ... or any other racist based harassment.

And -- correct -- you cooperate or not according to your own conscience or beliefs.

I totally get what you saying. One half of the world consists of people who believe that they can create peace by only looking at the man in the mirror, whilst the other half are only interested in power, money and control. People need to wake up to the fact that yes, the man in the mirror is a very good place to start, but dont stop there. One cant think evil away, one cant ignore poverty and war away. Those new age thinkers who sit on their behinds meditating all day believing they doing their part, should realize that they did not only get visualizing skills, they where also blessed with hands, feet, a mouth, a brain ( preferably a thinking one) and they should wake the hell up. I feel a lot of them are just misguided and read the wrong end of the self hep manual.
I wont go as far as to say that we are rerunning the sixties, for the simple fact that people are much more awake now than they were in the sixties, they have more info to their disposal, government (in my opinion) are more corrupt now than ever, I swear, they pay people to think up ways to be even more corrupt than the previous one.
I do believe that we will be able to do it this time around. I believe we will get the world to wake up. But it will be a joined effort in teaching, rehabilitating, exposing ( a lot of that) and listening to one another, the earth, and yes, even the mystical blood moon.

Whatever the actual details of where we are up to at this particular moment, the fact remains that this is where we are heading. The 80:20 Pareto principle, as it is called, when applied to itself over and over, leads inevitably to the 99:1 ratio and beyond. See this post: https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...l=1#post874226

    Edit: sorry, wrong thread

Default Re: Is the counterculture today doing a better job than the counterculture in the 60s and 70s?

Bill, sorry I've been away so long (3 years?! really??) but I first had to help my family through the loss of our father, then our mother in 2014, and last year had to put down my best friend Sasha (my ChowChow)!! All the while I've been recovering from congestive heart failure (too much fast/processed foods) and trying to get my bachelor of science. So, not like I've been sitting on my hands.

Anyway, I wanted to thank you for sharing your thoughts. I certainly miss the days of your interviews with whistle blowers and trying to get more people involved in freeing us from the tyranny of the secret/black government.

So, here are my humble thoughts on what you've said here: you are completely right, but let's not completely right off Corey Goode or any other whistle blower just yet. I think it's important to remain aware of the latest happenings and revelations - all taken with a grain of salt, to be sure. We shouldn't be burrying our heads in the sand - watch the national news every night, keep up with the latest in science, but yes we also need to get out there and do something. I think our numbers are large enough that the time has come to show our strength to those in power!!

I propose that we set a date in the spring or summer of this year (2016) to meet up, en-mass, in Washington D.C. !! I would say a million person march on the capital to demand that the advanced science and knowledge within black projects be released to the public !! This is the sort of action that cannot be ignored. It will be on the news and it will get people talking, get them reading, get them watching, and open their eyes. After that it is up to us to have meetings in our own hometowns to get the message across that we need more people to understand what is at stake. We are closer than we've ever been to the public being made aware that there is much more going on than we've been told or allowed to know.

Don't believe me? The fact that science has now verified that there is a stable element 115 (as Bob Lazar has said for decades), NASA is finally "announcing" there is water on Mars and various moons in the solar system (as many "conspiracy theorists" like John Leer have said for decades), and now they are saying that there is a real 9th planet with 10X the mass of Earth with a 15-20,000 year orbit (as Zachariah Sitchen and others have said for decades) proves that it is time to go forth into the public and talk about all of the other things we are aware of. Perhaps now people are ready to hear and believe that there are bases on the Moon and Mars, there is a break away civilization - actually several, black projects have very advanced technology including FTL craft, jump rooms, and zero point energy devices. At the same time we must make people understand the truth behind WWII, 9/11 and much more, so that they begin to understand HOW we have all been fooled, so that it never happens again.

So my fellow Avalon members, I say it is time to come out of the shadows and into the full light to spread the knowledge we have and get everyone searching for the rest. Bill is right, if we continue to sit back and observe we are doomed to be part of a dying movement that will once again allow the bankers, energy conglomerates, and military industrial complex to white wash all that's been revealed and take us back to a place worse than square one!! Whether you can feel it or not, we have nothing to lose at this point. The financial system is struggling again, and there are bound to be cutbacks, lay-offs, downsizing and more dumbing down coming. If you're like me and find yourself with a little spare time, because your hours have been cut, you've been laid off, or are only able to find part-time work, then spend some of this time working to do the things I've discussed. Even if it only involves talking to people you already know or are related to, you will still help move things along.

It is up to us to help give people comfort and some guidance as more revelations come about over the next few years. We will be looked to for leadership, companionship, and as teachers of what we know. It's important that we don't start cults, or go believing everything blindly, yet we must act, organize and facilitate the coming of a new, better future. The time has come to show the world that we are not crazy, but we can explain why the rest of the population views us this way - we have been manipulated into believing a false history, and it has been reinforced through repetition in school, the media, and in social life for far too long. We must help the world wake up the rest of the way and we are nearly there people !! Let's make 2016 the year that the world sees itself and the history of the Earth and solar system in the light of the truth!!

God bless you all. Let's do this together! How about it Bill and crew? Let's meet in Washington D.C. or any place that you all feel would be suitable (Area 51, the front steps of the Skunk Works, or whatever) and make our voices heard !! The rest of the population needs to see how many of us there are that know the truth and want to create a better, brighter future!

    What a great thread.
I think that it is a continuing evolution......revolution. We are in "those interesting" times, the times of prophecy spoken of by the indigenous cultures, Edgar cayce, Nostradamus, George Orwell ......
Although many people are distracted by the Internet, and many people continue to live their lives participating in dominant culture, I also see more and more sharing of light energy. I see more people exposing the lies of the political industrial complex, and I see more and more people seeking a more conscious, honest and just way of life.
I believe that we are truly on the cusp of great transformation. I have experienced in my own life the power of prayers being sent through Facebook.
I personally don't think any changes will occur through the political machine. The revolution of the 60's was a political revolution. There were great changes that occurred. We are now in a Re-evolution. One of great spiritual change. The statis quo will not lie down.....it is and will be a painful transition. But one thing we can count on, change happens.

Here is a new video from Kimberly Gamble (Thrive) which speaks very well to this topic

How are we doing? The amount of (dis)information including misinformation, opinions, politics, breaking down of moral, abusing of moral and brainwashing(be it to indoctrinate a person to whatever religion or culture) seem to be doing very well.
Dishonest "refugees"(at best migrants, at worst militant killers) running amok in Europe, local politicians either in bed with the ones pulling the strings of orchestrated sacking of Europe or just plain ignorant - which ever way, it don't look good imho.

Looking only at what is presented in Avalon as fact, fiction or opinion, even that covers Basically any and every scenario possible - compare that to all of information available! There seems to be no way whatsoever to know anything to sufficiently base ones opinions on, re what is going on for example in Syria. At times, it makes me wonder if we humans actually are worth any fight? We are so easy to manipulate, we jump at the chance to be set against eachother, perhaps we just should finish each other off and that would be a decent outcome.

No matter how we try (and we do try hard and get get far with our attempts many times) we are always knocked back by THEM making WARS.
    They start up WAR's:

Edwin Starr - 'War' he knew the answer to that:
"WAR what is it good for, absolutely nothing"

A better visual version showing our BROTHERS/SISTERS and WAR!

THEM use/make wars to get us reduced, to get us as AWAKE population split and defused, overwhelmed by the 'MIND-CONTROLLED' 'SHEEPLE' population, who are good citizens and always whiling to run off, join-up and kill their brothers/sisters because of THEM!

We are in continual WAR because of THEM.
Know though they are planning other replacement to the old WAR's,
things like 'TERRORISM' which a 'Fear-Tool' used as a 'Pausing-Tool' while THEM work out the next levels: Earth-Disasters' and the 'Flash-Alien-Invasion' (Which might well be a True-Alien-Invasion if THEM treat our ET brothers/sisters the same as THEM treat us here on Earth

Sorry Bill for this rant, and sorry if it has diminished your OP in any way.
Just had to get it off my chest.

I know, now more than ever before on a GLOBAL-SCALE we have made great advances.
More now today than every before on a global scale are more people AWAKE and communicating together.

People like you and sites like Avalon are doing such an incredible service to Mankind and Earth, thank you Bill and all.

    PEACE and LOVE
