This is so similar to Scottish Music.
Hard to believe it is based on the Bhagavad Gita

When I stood before the majesty of nature

    At the foot of mountains

    By the side of sea

By water's edge and river bank

    This song came to me

About an unseen energy that travels through us

Through each and every successive generation

A current of energy in the earth in the universe

in every creature great and small

in the ants that team up to carry the crumb across the floor

in the lion that prepares to roar

in the pulse of each and every one of us

it is described in the Bhagavad Gita chapter 2 verse 20

"neither born nor ever dies unborn, eternal, perpetual, primeval"

Congratulations on this place and the wisdom it takes over time !

That to really be here now requires practice, like any other skill worth learning?"...what if the moment that teach you how to deepen the moment-to-moment realization of your essential nature―the unified consciousness that lives in all things, it's life in this very instant(?)

This is a mammoth thread that contains all the information about everything that search can mean in a deep sense of normal spiritual ethics.
It's like having a huge book in your hand, and you come back to it often, reading differently and understanding the passages even better.
The fact that I do not know English so well, stops me from writing, but not reading. I have subscribed on You tube to the channels you promote and I sometimes see them before you post them, but I have a decent and kind desire to enter the thread and listen to them as well.
It is a thread in which meditation goes in line with information and information overcomes any argument of moral perception when the destination of meditation becomes at such an individual level that it is so widely known that it must be shared with others.
Some run to get rid of the unknown, others run to meet him sometimes wrongly, in the middle the balance is understood as differentiated as when we should have an excuse today.
Spirituality in full creation is the sound of awakening the intelligence of the heart in full peace.
While some deny what they have when they have it, others want to have it, and when they get it, they don't want it anymore, in the middle some have the inspiration to adopt spirituality on an authentic level.

I'm young, but today I had a discussion with an old friend over coffee and all I got to believe (and this without any fear) is that the technology that builds us so called "evolution" gives us the opportunity to self-destruct.
I am nobody, I am not at all important but I have often said that somehow "spiritual technology" will save us in a common form but not as a "flock". It was just a coffee break, otherwise, in daily life,no one hears me .
Because in all this running of fear, perhaps no one sees themselves anymore and many seek information outside of them and in important events in the jubilee of a society that runs between a psychological impact and a global hysteria and in the middle stands the artificial creation.

Consciousness is from the past, it materializes in every moment of the future that the present forms.

If we look closely, we will see that thinking is not constant but there is an interval between two thoughts, although this can only be a a little fraction of a second, an interval that has a meaning such as the interval behind, in front, above and below of an "oscillating pendulum" centered, in the second of an entire ocean of knowledge.

We see that our thinking is conditioned by the past, which is projected into the future; when we admit the past, we must also admit the future, because there are no two states such as the past and the future, but a single state that includes both the conscious and the unconscious, both the collective past and the individual past.

The collective and individual past have an answer, a reaction in the present, reveals certain aspects that create the individual consciousness; therefore consciousness is from the past as it is in fact the whole background of our existence regarding the future.

At the moment when the past exists, the future is inevitable, because the future is only the modified continuity of the past through the origin of the present; So our problem is how to bring about a transformation in this process of the past related to the present without creating another conditioning of a new past, related to the future.
I usually manage to "feel" more than I can "write", but at least I try.
    Love,
    Anka
