Iraqi intelligence sent a dispatch saying that Islamic State (formerly ISIS/ISIL) leader Abu
Bakr al-Baghdadi had ordered an attack on coalition countries fighting against the group
in Iraq and Syria, as well as on Iran and Russia, through bombings or other attacks,
according to the message.’

“The Islamic State is an apocalyptic organization overdue for eradication,” he
ranted – ignoring his full knowledge of it being a US creation, used as proxy foot soldiers.

Netanyahu took full advantage of the Paris incident, saying “(t)he time has come
for countries to condemn terrorism against us to the same degree that they
condemn terrorism everywhere else in the world.”

“The terrorists who attack us have the same murderous intent as those in Paris” –
ignoring his all-out terror war on Palestine and possible complicity with almost
certain state-sponsored terrorism against Parisian civilians.

Israeli defense minister Moshe Ya’alon blustered: “This must be a time of
reckoning,” suggesting the worst to come against Palestinian civilians, defenseless
against Israel’s rampaging killing machine.

New York Times editors headlined “What Will Come After Paris,” saying Friday Paris
attacks “along with twin bombings in Beirut on the day before and the downing of a
Russian jetliner over the Sinai Peninsula on Oct. 31, show a new phase in the
Islamic State’s war against the West, a readiness to strike far beyond areas it
controls in Iraq, Syria, and increasingly, Libya.”

“The challenge for threatened countries is huge,” Times editors barely stopping
short of urging greater US-led war on humanity than already – never explaining
ISIS is a US creation, used to wage war on Syria, Iraq and other targeted
countries, heading for Russia if not stopped.

“France must take measures to protect its citizens, as must the United States” and
other countries, Times editors blustered, ignoring what’s most important to explain
to readers.

operations. With the Charlie Hebdo operation, they knew to immediately set the
story in stone in order to avoid any questions from the print and TV media and in
order to use the set story to take the place of an investigation.

The set story made it unnecessary to explain the mysterious “suicide” of one of the
main police investigators while engaged in the investigation of the event. The set
story also made it unnecessary to explain why it was necessary to kill rather than
capture the alleged perpetrators, or to explain how the French authorities could be
so wrong about the alleged get-away-driver but not about the two gunmen. There
has been no explanation why the authorities believed there was a get-away-driver,
and no such driver has been captured or killed. Indeed, there are many
unanswered questions of no interest to any media except the alternative Internet media.

What the US and France learned from the Charlie Hebdo skepticism on the Internet
is to keep the story flowing. Charlie Hebdo involved two scenes of violence, and the
connection between the two acts of terrorism was vague. This time there were
several scenes of violence, and they were better connected in the story.’

PM: We must do more on IS in Syria

David Cameron has said he will set out a "comprehensive strategy" for
military action against the Islamic State group in Syria as well as Iraq.

The prime minister told the Commons the Paris attacks had strengthened
the case for tackling IS on its home ground.

An "important first step" would be setting out the case in a personal
response to a recent report by the Foreign Affairs Committee, he said.

MPs rejected possible air strikes in Syria in a 2013 Commons vote.

In a vote last September, Parliament backed British participation in air
strikes against IS extremists in Iraq.

Addressing the Commons on Tuesday, Mr Cameron said that British planes
had attacked 350 targets in Iraq and offered support to allies' action over Syria.

But he said Islamic State - also known as Isis, Isil or Daesh - did not recognise
or respect the border between the two countries.

‘The US and Turkey intend to shut off Turkey’s border with Syria in a joint military
operation, US Secretary of State John Kerry said.

The entire border of northern Syria – 75 percent of it has now been shut off. And
we are entering an operation with the Turks to shut off the other remaining
98 kilometers,” Kerry said in an interview with CNN.

The northern part of Syria along the border with Turkey has long been contested
between Kurd militias and fighters of the terrorist group Islamic State (IS). The
US previously voiced its intention to train and arm a moderate Syrian force that
would take control over the area and defend it from IS, preventing the smuggling
of fighters, arms and other goods across the border.

Kerry mentioned the operation with Turkey as he described to CNN the mounting
pressure on IS in both Syria and Iraq, but wouldn’t elaborate on what it amounted
to and whether the US would send ground troops to take part in the operation.
US President Barack Obama authorized the deployment of special forces against
IS in an apparent deviation from an initial pledge not to have boots on the ground in the campaign.’

Bin Laden was, though, a product of a monumental miscalculation by western security agencies.
Throughout the 80s he was armed by the CIA and funded by the Saudis to wage jihad against
the Russian occupation of Afghanistan. Al-Qaida, literally "the database", was originally the
computer file of the thousands of mujahideen who were recruited and trained with help from
the CIA to defeat the Russians. Inexplicably, and with disastrous consequences, it never appears
to have occurred to Washington that once Russia was out of the way, Bin Laden's organisation
would turn its attention to the west.

(i.e. bombing raids) allegedly against the ISIS, formerly known as al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI).

Al Qaeda goes after Al Qaeda? The fact of the matter is that both al Nusra and the
Islamic State (ISIS) are supported by Washington and its allies.

Shortly before his untimely death, former British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook told
the House of Commons that “Al Qaeda” is not really a terrorist group but a
database of international mujaheddin and arms smugglers used by the CIA and
Saudis to funnel guerrillas, arms, and money into Soviet-occupied Afghanistan.

important excerpt from an Apr.-Jun. 2004 article by Pierre-Henry Bunel, a former
agent for French military intelligence.

“I first heard about Al-Qaida while I was attending the Command and Staff course
in Jordan. I was a French officer at that time and the French Armed Forces had
close contacts and cooperation with Jordan . . .

“Two of my Jordanian colleagues were experts in computers. They were air defense
officers. Using computer science slang, they introduced a series of jokes about
students’ punishment.

“For example, when one of us was late at the bus stop to leave the Staff College,
the two officers used to tell us: ‘You’ll be noted in ‘Q eidat il-Maaloomaat’ which
meant ‘You’ll be logged in the information database.’ Meaning ‘You will receive a
warning . . .’ If the case was more severe, they would used to talk about ‘Q eidat
i-Taaleemaat.’ Meaning ‘the decision database.’ It meant ‘you will be punished.’ For
the worst cases they used to speak of logging in ‘Al Qaida.’

“In the early 1980s the Islamic Bank for Development, which is located in Jeddah,
Saudi Arabia, like the Permanent Secretariat of the Islamic Conference
Organization, bought a new computerized system to cope with its accounting and
communication requirements. At the time the system was more sophisticated than
necessary for their actual needs.

“It was decided to use a part of the system’s memory to host the Islamic
Conference’s database. It was possible for the countries attending to access the
database by telephone: an Intranet, in modern language. The governments of the
member-countries as well as some of their embassies in the world were connected
to that network.

“[According to a Pakistani major] the database was divided into two parts, the
information file where the participants in the meetings could pick up and send
information they needed, and the decision file where the decisions made during the
previous sessions were recorded and stored. In Arabic, the files were called, ‘Q
eidat il-Maaloomaat’ and ‘Q eidat i-Taaleemaat.’ Those two files were kept in one
file called in Arabic ‘Q eidat ilmu’ti’aat’ which is the exact translation of the English
word database. But the Arabs commonly used the short word Al Qaida which is the
Arabic word for “base.” The military air base of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is called ‘q
eidat ‘riyadh al ‘askariya.’ Q eida means “a base” and “Al Qaida” means “the base.”

“In the mid-1980s, Al Qaida was a database located in computer and dedicated to
the communications of the Islamic Conference’s secretariat.

“In the early 1990s, I was a military intelligence officer in the Headquarters of the
French Rapid Action Force. Because of my skills in Arabic my job was also to
translate a lot of faxes and letters seized or intercepted by our intelligence
services . . . We often got intercepted material sent by Islamic networks operating
from the UK or from Belgium.

“These documents contained directions sent to Islamic armed groups in Algeria or
in France. The messages quoted the sources of statements to be exploited in the
redaction of the tracts or leaflets, or to be introduced in video or tapes to be sent to
the media. The most commonly quoted sources were the United Nations, the non-
aligned countries, the UNHCR and . . . Al Qaida.

“Al Qaida remained the data base of the Islamic Conference. Not all member
countries of the Islamic Conference are ‘rogue states’ and many Islamic groups
could pick up information from the databases. It was but natural for Osama Bin
Laden to be connected to this network. He is a member of an important family in
the banking and business world.

“Because of the presence of ‘rogue states,’ it became easy for terrorist groups to
use the email of the database. Hence, the email of Al Qaida was used, with some
interface system, providing secrecy, for the families of the mujaheddin to keep links
with their children undergoing training in Afghanistan, or in Libya or in the Beqaa
valley, Lebanon. Or in action anywhere in the battlefields where the extremists
sponsored by all the ‘rogue states’ used to fight. And the ‘rogue states’ included
Saudi Arabia. When Osama bin Laden was an American agent in Afghanistan, the Al
Qaida Intranet was a good communication system through coded or covert
messages.

Meet “Al Qaeda”

“Al Qaida was neither a terrorist group nor Osama bin Laden’s personal
property . . . The terrorist actions in Turkey in 2003 were carried out by Turks and
the motives were local and not international, unified, or joint. These crimes put the
Turkish government in a difficult position vis-a-vis the British and the Israelis. But

targets in Serbia to a Serbian agent during the Kosovo war in 1998. Bunel’s case
was transferred from a civilian court to keep the details of the case classified.
Bunel’s character witnesses and psychologists notwithstanding, the system “got
him” for telling the truth about Al Qaeda and who has actually been behind the
terrorist attacks commonly blamed on that group.

It is noteworthy that that Yugoslav government, the government with whom Bunel
was asserted by the French government to have shared information, claimed that
Albanian and Bosnian guerrillas in the Balkans were being backed by elements
of “Al Qaeda.” We now know that these guerrillas were being backed by money
provided by the Bosnian Defense Fund, an entity established as a special fund at
Bush-influenced Riggs Bank and directed by Richard Perle and Douglas Feith.

How dare the Secret Service allow Prince William attend - but of course, if something "happened" it will "confirm" the threat. Just imagine - an event leaving UK without a prime minister and a royal (and loved) heir. That would surely spark the start of the war. France has invoked an EU treaty collective defense article requesting military help from its European partners in response to the terror attacks in Paris. EU officials say the mutual defense article is being used for the first time.

The assistance would come from 28 European partners under Article 42.7 of the EU’s Lisbon Treaty, which outlines mutual defense among the EU members. Called the ‘mutual defense clause’, the Article reads that if any EU country “is the victim of armed aggression on its territory, the other Member States shall have towards it an obligation of aid and assistance by all the means in their power, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.”

‘France is at war’: Hollande urges more security spending & stripping of citizenship after attacks

Speaking at a press conference in Brussels on Tuesday, French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said all 28 EU member states unanimously accepted France's formal call for “aid and assistance” under the EU treaty and he expected all to help quickly in various regions, Reuters reports.

I know this member personally, and what I can say, without breaking confidentiality, is that they're both well-connected and well-informed.

In a time when we're sometimes inundated with every kind of source of information, including many good ones which are also posted here, we should maybe pay close attention to this.

It strongly suggests the US is planned to be next, and that the terrorist infrastructure is already in place. These are 'real' terrorists, not classical false flag events with actors and the like — which have been allowed to run free with the agencies looking the other way.

This means that the agencies may not actually know for sure what will happen, when and where. This adds much plausibility/believability to the 'real terrorists' scenario, which suits the NWO just fine. It powerfully fuels the entire Problem-Reaction-Solution engine.

An advanced energy research colleague attended a local HAM radio event 2-1/2 months ago. Someone there was also a member of the Cherokee County NC interagency drug task force. One of the task force members located an odd muslim center of sorts and the task force elected to initiate an unauthorized monitoring of the location. ~3 months ago, a plated van showed up to this location and dropped off some crates. The video feed must have picked up the opening of the crates, because the person who attended the HAM radio meeting said that they identified the delivery as AR-15s and ammo, so they traced the plates...back to Homeland Security. It's Fast-n-Furious II if in fact the van originated from assets either assigned to or aligned with Homeland Security. At a following HAM radio event, our colleague mentioned to this person who told him about this that he brought it to the attention of us here in D.C. After that, our colleague became persona non grata and was no longer welcome at the HAM radio meetings (UPDATE: our research colleague returned to the HAM radio meetings after those associated with the task force were no longer attending the meetings). Please consider mentioning this as an event that should be investigated. We considered reporting this directly to DHS SOC, but believed that such a report would hit a dead end and would not result in intervention as needed to prevent the use of these weapons on Americans as early as this fall (UPDATE: personnel affiliated with the CIA and FBI were made aware of this situation months ago). Therefore, this needs to be investigated, as this one incident is unlikely to be an isolated event.

you can break into our armories, but the weapons themselves are locked up in "bank vault" rooms; which are then locked into storage racks (lots of locks involved...) I'd bet no weapons were stolen. If any were "stolen" I'd be very suspicious that it wasn't an "inside job".

I have received a report from European security that there was a massive cyber attack on French systems 48 hours prior to and during the Paris attacks.

Amongst other things, the attack took down the French mobile data network and blinded police surveillance. The attack was not a straightforward DDOS attack but a sophisticated attack that targeted a weakness in infrastructure hardware.

Such an attack is beyond the capability of most organizations and requires capability that is unlikely to be in ISIL’s arsenal. An attack on this scale is difficult to pull off without authorities getting wind of it. The coordination required suggests state involvement.

Remember the reports that during 9/11, a simulation of the actual events that were occurring was being conducted, thus confusing responsible parties about the reality.

I was just reading that Anonymous threatened to hack and destroy ISIS to which ISIS responded. As the Anonymous people are often trained in the West in computers and are good at it, which the arab trained kids aren't, having only access to quite dated technologies, it could be thought that ISIS would not be able to counteract Anonymous attacks - unless ISIS is supported by some developed states (Israel, European nations, America, Russia are all potentials) knowledge and know-how. This could be a proof of states sponsoring of ISIS (efficient counteraction of Anonymous).

As we see here, it may just be the case.

But Laurelli said that by identifying social media accounts that were sympathetic to ISIS led to their closure, in turn preventing police from gaining crucial intelligence.

He told AFP: "Young people identify with it and feel they can act but it is counter-productive. It is more embarrassing for the police than anything else.

"To close those accounts is to leave police deaf and blind around some matters.

"It is important to know that one account is in France, another in Syria or in Iraq," he said.

"If you see that someone who is connected to the attacks has a link to someone else, it's important for police.

"Twitter has been quick to close down a large number of accounts but I don't know if it's a good idea."

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Friday night attacks .

The death toll in Paris currently stands at 129 people while another 415 people were admitted to hospital of which 42 are in a critical condition.
