Who organised the attacks of January and November 2015 in Paris?

New information, published by the Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija, alleges that the French state was responsible for the attacks which occurred in Paris in January and November 2015. Either the French authorities had previously infiltrated the groups which perpetrated these attacks, and chose not to intervene to prevent them, or else they were directly implicated in the organisation of the attacks. In any case, it remains to be determined who made these decisions, and whether or not he was acting on behalf of the Republic.


On the 11th January 2015, 56 heads of state and government
met in Paris, in a street close the the Voltaire Métro station, to
demonstrate their opposition to terrorism. Among them were
the godfathers of Al-Qaïda and Daesh, such as Ahmet Davutoğlu.

According to the official version, the attacks of January and November 2015 in Paris were sponsored by Al-Qaïda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) —for the execution of the editors of Charlie-Hebdo— and by Daesh for all the others. The authorities have admitted that the Charlie-Hebdo attack was coordinated with the attack against the supermarket at the Porte de Vincennes, although, according to them, AQAP and Daesh are enemies. They also admitted that doubt persists concerning the claim that Amedy Coulibaly was a member of Daesh.

Reuters revealed that the weapons used in the attacks came from the factory of Crvena Zastava, situated in Kragujevac (Serbia) [1]. Both Associated Press and the Palm Beach Post believed that one of the Serbian pistols had been transported by Century International Arms, a Florida firm linked to the CIA [2], although the Press Agency – but not the Post – has since retracted the claim [3].

According to the Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija, the weapons used in the January attack against the supermarket, and others used during the attack in November, came from the Serbian manufacturer Crvena Zastava, and were moved to France by the same dealer, Claude Hermant [4].

Our readers will remember that in 1998, the Réseau Voltaire uncovered the surprising activities of the security contingent of the Front National, the Département Protection Sécurité (DPS). This unit had been compiling a list of personalities and had scouted their homes – apparently a small group of individuals within the DPS were preparing certain illicit activities. After a long period of complicated negotiations, we managed to obtain the creation of a Parliamentary Commission of Enquiry to investigate these facts [5]. The elements that we provided for the Assemblée Nationale, specifically concerning the double mission of members of the DPS - for the Front National in France and for the organisation of coups d’état in Africa - were quickly blocked by the Secret-Défense [6]. However, this information provoked a crisis and division within the Front National, so that finally, no-one was available to answer the allegations. Two years later, in 2001, one of the ex-members of the DPS, Claude Hermant, (mentioned above), admitted to the French daily Libération the existence of the « Action » structure within the DPS [7].

Here’s a reminder of our work between 1998 and 1999. We had established that in 1972, the « Front National pour l’Unité Française » had been created in secret by Jacques Foccart, then responsible for Affaires Africaines et Malgaches at the Élysée, by request of President Georges Pompidou. The FN was led from the beginning by Jean-Marie Le Pen, who had played an important rôle in Charles de Gaulle’s ascension to power in 1958, before turning against him [8], and by François Duprat, who had engaged with Bob Denard in the support of Moïse Tchombé in Katanga. Also, we had shown that in 1984, François Mitterrand and Guy Penne, Jacques Foccart’s successor at the Élysée, had used secret Republican funds to finance the electoral campaign of the Front National in the European elections. We thus arrived at the conclusion that the FN was, and had always been, not so much a political party with the desire to exercise power, but a structure necessary to the Élysée, which it used first of all to control personalities of the extreme right wing, then to introduce them into the national political landscape.

Concerning the DPS, we have shown that it was directed at the time by Bernard Courcelles, also the bodyguard for Anne Pingeot, François Mitterrand’s mistress, and by Gérard Le Vert. The DPS included a secret group of about 60 men, all of whom were linked to the secret services, and were mobilised whenever necessary to carry out secret missions, mainly in Africa. This is the group to which Claude Hermant belonged. The true directorate of the DPS was not the Front National, but the Ministry for Defence, with the DPSD, a secret service with almost the same name, whose mission was the protection of the armed forces.

Now the revelations of the Slobodna Dalmacija make sense. In January 2015, when he was jailed for « arms trafficking », Claude Hermant described himself to the committing magistrate as an « informer » for the Customs and the Gendarmerie. When asked by the magistrate for details of the weapons he had sold, he played the Secret-Défense card. The Advisory Committee for Secret-Défense, and then the Minister for the Interior, Bernard Cazeneuve, opted in his favour [9].

In summary, Mr. Hermant belonged to a structure which, under cover of the security unit for the Front National, was unofficially charged by the Élysée with secret missions overseas. Today he is paid for freelance work by the Customs and the Gendarmerie, still without any official status. According to Slobodna Dalmacija, he bought decommissioned weapons in Serbia and recommissioned them himself, and that these were the weapons used in the attacks of January and November. The Croatian daily also spoke of the results of a microscope analysis of a firearm which no-one has so far mentioned. Mr. Hermant also allegedly sold weapons to Islamists in Brussels. His trafic, despite being illegal, is covered by the Secret-Défense.

Let us mention that according to the US Press agency McClatchy, the Kouachi brothers, the killers of Charlie-Hebdo, were linked to the French secret services [10]. Finally, let us also note that Claude Hermant was imprisoned on the decision of judges from Lille, Stanislas Sandraps and Richard Foltzer, who were investigating his arms trafficking, and not by the Parisian judges who were investigating the attacks, Christophe Tessier, Nathalie Poux et Laurence Le Vert. Madame Le Vert is incidentally the cousin of Gérard Le Vert, mentioned above, Claude Hermant’s ex-boss in the DPS.

In conclusion, either Mr. Hermant was working on infiltrating the terrorist cells who perpetrated the attacks, without their action having been prevented, or else – and this is less probable – his current superiors, probably in the Élysée, themselves participated in the organisation of the attacks. But it still has to be determined why, and in whose name, Claude Hernant’s superiors acted as they did.

Belgian police arrest prime suspect in Paris attacks: Report

Belgian police have reportedly arrested Salah Abdeslam, the prime suspect in the November 13, 2015 attacks in France.

The website of the Belgian paper Het Laatste Nieuws (HLN) said Friday that the fugitive Belgian national was arrested after a shootout south of the capital, Brussels.

The daily said Abdeslam was wounded in the leg after police fired shots during the search operation that started in the suspect’s apartment earlier in the day in the Molenbeek neighborhood of Brussels.

It said Abdeslam was taken to the hospital, adding that peace has returned to Molenbeek but police will continue its search.

The RTBF, a French-language TV, reported earlier that two people had been wounded. It said Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel left a European Union summit to follow the very sensitive issue.

French President Francois Hollande had said an important operation is underway in a Brussels neighborhood in connection with the November attacks in Paris which killed 130 people.

The search operation comes three days after Belgian and French security forces carried out a raid in the Forest neighborhood of Brussels, claiming to have neutralized a suspect of Paris attacks.

Belgian prosecutors said Friday the man shot dead in the raid was believed to have been an accomplice to Abdeslam as fingerprints found inside indicate Abdeslam himself was there at some point too.

Belgium has tried to play a significant role over the past four months in finding nationals who were the key figures behind the Paris attacks. Abdeslam’s brother Brahim was one of the main attackers in Paris.

Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the suspected ringleader of the attacks, was also a Brussels resident while another attacker, Bilal Hadfi, was said to have lived for a time in Forest.

The repeated raids in Brussels and elsewhere in Belgium, which have led to 19 arrests in connection to the Paris carnage, are meant to prevent attacks in the small Western European country as it has been prime recruiting ground in Europe for Daesh, a Takfiri group based in Iraq and Syria.

An advanced energy research colleague attended a local HAM radio event 2-1/2 months ago. Someone there was also a member of the Cherokee County NC interagency drug task force. One of the task force members located an odd muslim center of sorts and the task force elected to initiate an unauthorized monitoring of the location. ~3 months ago, a plated van showed up to this location and dropped off some crates. The video feed must have picked up the opening of the crates, because the person who attended the HAM radio meeting said that they identified the delivery as AR-15s and ammo, so they traced the plates...back to Homeland Security. It's Fast-n-Furious II if in fact the van originated from assets either assigned to or aligned with Homeland Security. At a following HAM radio event, our colleague mentioned to this person who told him about this that he brought it to the attention of us here in D.C. After that, our colleague became persona non grata and was no longer welcome at the HAM radio meetings (UPDATE: our research colleague returned to the HAM radio meetings after those associated with the task force were no longer attending the meetings). Please consider mentioning this as an event that should be investigated. We considered reporting this directly to DHS SOC, but believed that such a report would hit a dead end and would not result in intervention as needed to prevent the use of these weapons on Americans as early as this fall (UPDATE: personnel affiliated with the CIA and FBI were made aware of this situation months ago). Therefore, this needs to be investigated, as this one incident is unlikely to be an isolated event.

were at the entry of the concert hall.

They did not intervene because the circumstances [pertaining to the
Bataclan attacks] did not meet their “rules of engagement”, according

Exposed: French Military Caught Planning ISIS False Flag Attack

Reports from France indicate that the French military have been caught red-handed in the act of preparing an ISIS false flag terror attack on it’s own citizens – and none of their excuses are making any sense.

ISIS flags, video equipment, Arabic newspapers and a generator were discovered by gardeners in a cave outside the town of Saumur – causing panic among local citizens who called the local and national police, as well as anti-terrorist units.

With scores of police and emergency personnel on the scene, a senior military figure intervened, announcing that the contents of the cave belonged to the military and were part of a mysterious, as yet unexplained “exercise.”

The scandal has added weight to the argument that most terrorist attacks are actually false flags perpetrated by security forces against their ow people, as a means of controlling and manipulating the public.

LOCAL RESIDENTS PANIC
French website Union Populaire Republicaine (UPR) reports that as one of the gardeners approached the cave, he “saw three men get into a white van and leave quickly. Approaching the cave, his surprise was great since he discovered video equipment, a generator, Arabic newspapers and ISIS flags.

Thinking he had discovered a hideout used by terrorists preparing attacks, the employee immediately informed the police, who in turn alerted the state services and anti-terrorist forces.

The national police, municipal police and gendarmerie were quickly on site, followed by the sub-prefect of Saumur, the prosecutor, forensic identification, and the Departmental Directorate of Public Security. Local residents were obviously worried about this deployment of forces, and the local press, mainly the Courrier de L’Ouest, was quickly on the scene.

Gardeners employed by the town of Saumur were working at this church when they found the ‘stash of Daesh’ hidden a cave.

After two hours of investigation, the sub-prefect of Saumur announced that this was a false alarm: he had been told by a spokesman from the Joint Centre Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical that the existence of the generator and ISIS paraphernalia in the cave was part of a ‘training exercise’.”

FRENCH MILITARY ISSUED ISIS FLAGS AND ISIS PROPAGANDA
That at least is the “official version” that was served to the media. Curiously, the press was satisfied with this explanation.

It is also curious that the vast majority of the media ignored a story that caused alarm for thousands of local residents and involved all of the nation’s emergency services. The story was reported by Courrier de L’Ouest, the local newspaper previously mentioned, and another local outlet Saumur Kiosque.

However only two national publications reported the story. Le Figaro thought it warranted a “brief” and BHM-TV published an article – spectacularly missing the point – suggesting the military should have forewarned the police about the operation.

Only three articles from national media appear in the Google news search about this case. The almost complete silence from major French media on this incredible case, which raised strong emotions in Saumur, is extremely strange.

The incredible fact that almost all major French media outlets chose not to relay information and refrained from sending investigative journalists to cover the story makes this whole affair even stranger.

BOTCHED FALSE FLAG COVER UP
Online commentators in France have suggested the government might be choosing to cover up the discovery of a real terror plot in order not to panic the population. However that is not President Hollande’s style – quite the opposite, in fact.

Need we recall the French President announcing, on July 19 at the National Assembly: “Although these words are hard to pronounce, it is my duty to do so: there will be more attacks and there will be other innocents killed. We must not get used – never – but learn to live with this threat.”

Union Populaire Republicaine, the only outlet asking the right questions about this incident, isn’t buying the idea that the government is covering up an exposed terrorist threat to calm the jangled nerves of the French population. They report:

“The fact is that the government would probably have been delighted to discover a ‘stash of Daesh.’ It could have served to show the validity of the nation’s State of Emergency on one hand, and shown that the government and the security services fight effectively against terrorism, on the other.“

But why would the Joint Center for Defense Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical (NRBC CIA) need to possess ISIS flags and propaganda? Is this a necessary element in the conduct of a technical exercise involving nuclear or chemical substances?

PARLIAMENTARY ENQUIRY
In fact, UPR are demanding a

“parliamentary inquiry to clarify the serious shortcomings revealed by the case of Saumur.

Whether vis-à-vis political parties or the government, a significant number of our countrymen believe that he was not told the whole truth about their attacks occurred in Paris, November 13, 2015 and Nice, July 14, 2016.

In this heavy context, the least we can say is that this strange case of Saumur falls particularly badly.

Is it necessary to emphasize that the mere possession of flags of Daesh by a French military school is a shocking fact.

Sadly, the possession of flags of Daesh by a military school, unexpectedly discovered in a cache located near a church with video material, obviously opens the door to the worst suspicions about preparing operations – or ‘false flags’ by the state.”

Police in Nice did not stop the truck in the attack in July that killed 86 people, as the vehicle appears to have stalled, according to a French TV program, which also claims the killer actually drove on for four minutes – not 45 seconds, as the authorities had stated.

The previously known official version was undermined by new revelations by the ‘Quotidien’ program, aired on France’s TMC channel on Thursday night. In the program, journalist Azzeddine Ahmed-Chaouch uncovered the minutes of a police probe into the attack that happened on Bastille Day, July 14, and claimed the lives of 86 people, leaving a further 434 injured.

The police didn’t stop the truck, the journalist said, claiming that the vehicle had instead braked.

This is at odds with the version of the events presented by French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve, who said at the end of July, “the available security allowed national police to intercept the truck and put an end to its deadly drive.”

In contrast, the minutes of the meeting cited by Quotidien say: “at 22 hours 35 minutes and 46 seconds, we state that the truck pulled the brakes. It didn’t continue driving.”

Another contradiction reported by Quotidien was the duration of the drive. Hours after the attack, the president of the Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Christian Estrosi, stated, “Between the moment when the terrorist penetrated into the forbidden zone, and the moment when he was killed, 45 seconds passed.”

However, according to Quotidien, police using surveillance footage established that the driver continued for 4 minutes 17 seconds.

The footage also reportedly showed that there was only one police vehicle that evening on the Promenade des Anglais, thus confirming earlier revelations by the French newspaper Liberation.

The Quotidien report has prompted outrage online, with some calling on certain officials to step down.

“Following the revelations, Estrosi and Cazeneuve should resign, and fast,” one Twitter user wrote.

“We are used to the lies by Estrosi and Cazeneuve. But bravo guys, you’ve made a strong case,” another user posted, praising the journalists who revealed the new details.
