Warrant To Be Issued For DICK CHENEY ARREST Via Interpol.

The company that Dick Cheney ran prior to becoming Vice President of the United States was atop the tongue of liberals each time his company was awarded a contract in Iraq.

Now the company’s name, Halliburton, is being spoken somewhere else: Nigeria.

According to a story filed late Wednesday, Cheney will be indicted in a Nigerian bribery case as part of an investigation into an alleged $180 million bribery scandal.



“Last week, Nigeria arrested at least 23 officials from companies including Halliburton, Saipem, Technip and a former subsidiary of Panalpina Welttransport Holding AG in connection with alleged illegal payments to Nigerian officials. Those detained were all freed on bail on Nov. 29,” Bloomberg News’ Elisha Bala-Gbogbo wrote.

"Authorities in the West African nation are probing Halliburton, Saipem and Technip for the alleged payment of $180 million in bribes to win a $6 billion liquefied natural-gas contract," Bala-Gbogbo added. "Panalpina is being investigated for illegal payments it allegedly made to Nigerian customs officials on behalf of Royal Dutch Shell Plc."

The prosecuting counsel for the country's Economic and Financial Crimes Commission said that indictments will be handed down in the next three days and that an arrest warrant for Cheney "will be issued and transmitted through Interpol."

Sadly, for the politicians who could make this happen to participate they would need to be members of neither party. You see, for every single Republican who can/should be charged, there is a Democrat equally to blame. And I mean every step of the way, beginning at least on Jan 21, 2001, and going forward from there.

Such is the 'honor among thieves'.

Somehow I think he will escape the warrant, it should apply but he has so many high ups watching his back that he will escape this. Bush, Rumsfeld, Rice need hanging but it will not happen.

It's too bad they can't just send international officers to his residence, unless he's outside of the U.S now? Imagine the uproar if he was in the U.S and they did? We'd have the freedom-lovers crying about it, though they know damn well that the man is guilty and should be made to pay for his sins.

Even If they sent officers to Cheney's home in Delaware to arrest him which is unlikely, he and his wife would play the sympathy card - he would roll into the living room in his wheelchair all skinny and everything, complaining about his fake heart and his age. Note that no one had sympathy for Saddam Hussein or his sons, photos of whose dead bodies shamefully adorned our media like archaic battle trophies..............and they say Bush II has as his treasured trophy the pistol Hussein had on him when he was arrested.

No justice for Cheney, Rove, the Bushes, Condoleeza Rice, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, I could go on and on. No justice in THIS world, but surely nature is just. There WILL be justice in the next.

Actually, I'm not interested in saying 'I hope they get him'.

I'd rather be thinking ' I'd like to get involved in taking him down.... I'd like to stick my boot up his ass', and would certainly not walk away from the challenge of getting it done.

After all, the essence of the thing is is a need for proactive mental states, and not reactionary ones. Animals react. People think, and plan ahead.

Hmm... lemme try this a simpler way.

No warrant will be issued within any US jurisdiction.
If one is issued from outside it will never be served, here.
Should some other means be found, he will receive a pardon from this, or any future administration, so long at that President gained his post with the support of Republicans OR Democrats.

NO ONE who has served in either the Administrative, or Congressional branch, for the last 20 years, will aid anyone in bringing Dick Cheney before any court of law.

Should someone find a way to circumvent all of this, rest assured, Dick Cheney is more likely to shake hands with Jimmy Hoffa than see a jail cell.

So what is wrong with this picture? Cheney & Co. are responsible for the deaths of probably hundreds of thousands of innocent people, mostly women and children, and Interpol issues a warrant and Obama & Co. work behind the scenes to prevent their interdiction - Julian Assange commits the high crime of sexual misbehavior (consensual sex between adults but OOPS the condom breaks - leading to the CRIME!) and behind the scenes the US pressures Sweden and Interpol to issue a warrant for his arrest to be extradited to Sweden for questioning concerning these horrific (gasp!) crimes!! What about justice? What about any sense of proportion let alone attention to the hierarchy of evil?

All I have got to say is that I really can't imagine a punishment in this world that would be commensurate with the sheer magnitude of the crimes committed around the world in the name of freedom and justice! I do believe justice exists and I would NOT want to be Cheney or Bush. As for Assange's horrific crimes....................perhaps someone was upset at the extinction of large numbers of spermatozoa who tragically, were not able to achieve their goals - though because of the crime maybe a few precious lives were saved!

Well, glad that’s settled! And I bet you Interpol is not going to care, or issue any arrest warrants over this either. After all, there are sexual assaults in Sweden to investigate!
