Don't drive away from one road block without permission.

Don't try to drive around a second road block at speed without stopping (knocking one cop down, it seems on the video, though without noticeable harm.)

Don't try to run away from the cops when your vehicle stalls in the snow at the second road block.

Don't try to stick your hands in your pockets when a cop is pointing a gun at you, ordering you to put your hands in the air.

... or ... lacking that ... make sure your will is up to date.

He might as well have tried to step between a mamma grizzly bear and its baby and started knifing the baby bear. The outcome would have been about equally certain and swift.

It's truly sad that LeVoy was shot. I had a feeling the girl in the videos testimony wasn't credible, because she claimed they were hunkered down.on the floor trying to avoid being hit by gunfire .I couldn't envision them sitting back up to see the entire scenario that played out when LeVoy was shot while out of the vehicle..Just made no sense.
There is no doubt tthis country has been taken.hostage and something needs to change,But these poor salt of the earth patriots who have for generations been an intricate part of the fabric that was woven to build this great country will never stand a chance trying to fight for the return of freedom and liberty in this manner.
They will be out manned,out gunned, and just dont have the assests at their disposal to take a serious stand.
I have always thought the revolution will need to come from within factions of our military who can once and for all end this madness and return this country back to the people .
But who can we trust at this point in history. At this point, I know of no one.

After watching the video, a former USA veteran and police officer explains why he thinks LaVoy was “murdered” by the FBI and/or LEOs.

Some of the main points of this video are these ones:

The time to use lethal force is when the guy was still inside the vehicle and, therefore, could pose a threat.

But LaVoy got out of the vehicle and moved way from it immediately (Note: as Victoria Sharp said), and walked slowly in the open in deep snow, with both his hands up and in a clear surrendering manner (he did not adopt a defensive or attacking position). He was alone and isolated in the middle of the snow, and in those circumstances he was no longer a threat.

Therefore, the FBI could have handled the situation in a totally “non lethal manner.”

But they chose to quickly approach him from different directions and murder him.

However, besides this particular case, let’s put this situation in a wider perspective:

- Very few people are talking about “the many elephants in the room.”

- One of those big elephants is 911 (and there are many other ones). And the bosses of the FBI (and government, judges, police, etc.) know for sure that 911 was a controlled demolition and an inside job (a False Flag).

- Nobody in the MSM (or in the FBI, government, judges, police, etc.) is talking about 911 (inside job), nor about the long list of abuses of the Federal Government against the ranchers (which Ammon Bundy has explained so eloquently but have been censored in the MSM), nor about Agenda 21, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc… it’s a veeeeeeeeeeery long list of abuses.

So, let’s ask some important questions:

- Have the bosses of the FBI (and government, judges, police, etc.) done anything to arrest the elite who perpetrated 911? No.

- Have the bosses of the FBI (and government, judges, police, etc.) done anything to investigate the abuses Ammon Bundy and many other ranchers have denounced? No.

- All of the main bosses of the FBI (and government, judges, police, etc.) know those things for sure.

Conclusion:

The bosses of the FBI (and government, judges, police, etc.) cannot be trusted at all and it is very likely they are working as mercenaries of the elite.

The core of the problem is MUCH bigger-deeper-darker than what has happened in Oregon with the Hammonds, the ranchers, Ammon Bundy, LaVoy Finicum, etc.

The core of the problem is that the whole system is corrupt (FBI, government, judges, police, etc.)

Solution to the problem:

If somebody would arrest the corrupt bosses of the FBI (Note: along with the rest of the corrupt elite and their many minions, such as shadow government, corrupt judges, mercenaries, agents provocateurs, software personas, debunkers, disinfo agents, gatekeepers, etc.), this problem could be solved very quickly.

From the video footage it looks like the rifle man and hand gunned officers were aiming at each other.It appears the thugs nearly shot more than the target,they are so trigger happy they are shooting at each other.
Lack of leadership,lack of training,lack of love for my fellow man and lack of abundance.

What is said in this video makes a lot of sense.. . It REALLY bothered me that after shooting lavoy (I keep typing lavey.. haha) no one went to disarm him or check for vitals or anything..... reminds me of when William Cooper was shot & left for dead on his porch (no ambulance called, something similar seems to be going on here).

This is definitely worth a watch!

In light of the events that have taken place in Harney County, Oregon over the last two days, the official Pacific Patriots Network statement is as follows:

• PPN condemns the violent action taken by the Harney County Sheriff’s Department along with the FBI in the shooting death of Mr. Lavoy Finicum.

• PPN condemns the violent action taken by the Harney County Sheriff’s Department along with the FBI in the execution of arrests associated with the people at the Malhuer National Wildlife Refuge occupation.

• PPN condemns the DISHONEST tactics used to arrest Jason Patrick on January 27th. Mr. Patrick’s safety, well being and emotional state were compromised when the FBI lied not only to Mr. Patrick but to PPN representatives trying to assist with the PEACEFUL removal of people at the MNWR. The FBI stated to Mr. Patrick and the PPN that he was “free to go.” Mr. Patrick walked 7 miles in sub freezing temperatures only to be arrested at the checkpoint north of the Narrows where he was assured that he would be able to leave freely at the request of the FBI.

• PPN condemns the false statements given to the public by the FBI, Harney County Sheriff’s Department and the Harney County officials.

IN RESPONSE TO THESE EVENTS, PACIFIC PATRIOTS NETWORK IS ISSUING A CALL TO ACTION

Calling on any and all Americans to come to Burns, Oregon to come to the aid of the American people standing against these violent, malicious and deceitful tactics. Come stand together with other Americans, and express our Constitutional right to PEACEFULLY assemble and air our grievances.

This operation will demand the following:

– Immediate detention by Oregon State Police of the FBI special agent in charge along with all agents and LEO involved in the shooting death of Lavoy Finicum. A first hand eyewitness account presents reasonable cause for arrest while the investigation takes place.

– Immediate removal of all militarized FBI personnel and equipment from Harney County. All State and County Law Enforcement officers are not included and requested to stay and assist in the process to keep the peace.

– Immediate resignation of Judge Steve Grasty, Sheriff David Ward, County commissioner Pete Runnels, and County commissioner Dan Nichols.

In order to successfully accomplish our mission, we will need any and all Americans to PEACEFULLY assemble within Burns, Oregon immediately. The success of this mission depends fully on the number of people that will come to PEACEFULLY stand and demand the items above be initiated.

A letter of intent will be legally served on the FBI special agent in charge at the time of Lavoy Finicum’s death, Judge Steven Grasty, Sheriff David Ward, Dan Nichols and Pete Runnels by January 29th, 2016. We will request to escort the FBI presence out of the State of Oregon and once complete, the attention will return to the resignation of the County elected officials.

PPN is dedicated to a PEACEFUL operation. If you have any ill intent, please do not come. We do not need you. Please come prepared with civilian attire and adhere to the policy of no long guns within the community.

According to the individuals still in the compound, who are being interviewed live right now (see previous post), the guy who asked them to sign the Talent Release Agreements is an independent reporter, name David Bryce (Brice?).

He spent all night with them in the compound because everyone was really expecting the compound to be stormed/assaulted, and when they asked him if he wanted a gun to protect himself he said 'No I'm just going to sit here with my camera'.

I did a quick cursory search for David Bryce/David Brice Independent Reporter and came up with nothing.

I also want to comment that, if this is accurate information, being asked to sign a Talent Release Agreement under these conditions is perfectly reasonable.

Brief commentary about the current LaVoy’s video footage (Jan-29-16):

The only video footage the FBI has released so far (Jan-29-16 from a helicopter or drone high in the air) of LaVoy’s incident is not conclusive because it doesn’t have good definition, you cannot clearly see the small details of what took place (hand movements, shots being fired, etc.), and also because it doesn’t have sound.

However, even from that limited video footage alone, there are many clues that strongly suggest either 1) FBI-LEOs gross incompetence (because of the way they handled the situation), 2) trigger-happy FBI-LEOs, or 3) an ambush with cold blooded murder.

Just one example (and there are more): when the car stopped in the snow, LaVoy immediately got out of the car with both his hands up, slowly walked away from it, and he ended up alone in deep snow and in the middle of nowhere, etc.

In that position, he had no place to hide, no place to go, he had his hands up from the very beginning, etc. In those circumstances he was not a threat.

So, a very easy way to solve such a situation was to JUST WAIT A PRUDENT TIME to give everybody time to calm down. Then they could have told him to walk to the road, lay down on the ground, etc., etc.

That simple measure alone (JUST WAIT A BIT) could have been enough to avoid the need for any lethal force.

But what did the FBI and/or LEOs did?

The FBI-LEOs did the complete opposite.

Several FBI-LEOs very quickly (within seconds) rushed towards LaVoy, within a few feet from him, and with their guns pointing at him from different directions. In fact, an FBI-LEO seems to shoot him from the back (Note: if that was the case, what a coward.)

Such an attitude on the part of several FBI-LEOs was unnecessary (Note: they could have waited behind the cars, as most of the others FBI-LEOs did), it surely put pressure on LaVoy, and it did not help at all towards a peaceful resolution of the incident, but the contrary.

By the way, if you look closely, you can see how after they murdered LaVoy, they started shooting at the vehicle many times (Note: you can see the smoke of the shots hitting the windshield), just as Victoria Sharp explained.

Many more things could be said from that very limited and faulty video footage.

However, there are other important things to say about this event, which are the following:

The FBI probably has A LOT MORE video footage of the incident from many other video cameras located in different cars, from different angles, perspectives, distances, etc.

Also, that extra video footage probably has SOUND to hear the shoots, the voices of LaVoy, of the FBI officers, etc.

Therefore, this is an urgent petition and demand to the FBI:

FBI-LEOs, if you have nothing to hide (which we, the people, really doubt), release immediately ALL video footage of the incident and with sound, so that we can all see what happened.

If you don’t release it immediately (and you can do it if you really want, just like you’ve done with the first video footage from the helicopter-drone), some dishonest person might have time and might be tempted to alter it (Ex: suppress certain sounds of shots, photoshop it, cover-up key details, etc.)

That way we all will be able see the details, and to learn what really happened.

Failure to do this immediately (no need to wait except for a possible cover-up) would simply be one more piece of evidence (and there are thousands more) that the FBI-LEOs cannot be trusted (Note: because in the past there is solid proof they have lied, cheated, acted with dishonesty, hidden key evidence, etc.) and, therefore, all of those are clear indications that they might not be working for “we the people” but for the corrupt elite.

Conclusion:

In case the FBI keeps having the same attitude (Note: the opposite of transparency, the opposite of willingness to talk and negotiate, etc.), the best way to solve this problem (the root cause of it) might be to arrest the elite and all its minions and collaborators (bosses of the FBI, MSM, Police, government, debunkers, infiltrators, agents provocateurs, gatekeepers, etc., etc.)

P.S.: if the FBI was really honest, the standard policy in these cases (such as LaVoy’s) would be to release immediately all video footage, just for transparency.

However, they hardly ever do that. Instead, they usually give us only faulty or limited video footage (Note: and the same thing has happened maaaaany times, with 911, JFK, etc., etc., etc.)

Therefore, in my personal opinion, the FBI and Co. cannot be trusted… at all.
