    Default HAARP & bae-baeat

I found this on Face book. Trying to check validity of the said connection or contract with BAE and HAARP development

"Technical expertise and procurement services as required for the management, administration and evaluation of the program are being provided cooperatively by the Air Force (Air Force Research Laboratory), the Navy (Office of Naval Research and Naval Research Laboratory), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Since the HAARP facility consists of many individual items of scientific equipment, both large and small, there is a considerable list of commercial, academic and government organizations which are contributing to the building of the facility by developing scientific diagnostic instrumentation and by providing guidance in the specification, design and development of the IRI [HAARP]. BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT) is the prime contractor for the design and construction of the IRI. Other organizations which have contributed to the program include the University of Alaska, Stanford University, Cornell University, University of Massachusetts, UCLA, MIT, Dartmouth University, Clemson University, Penn State University, University of Tulsa, University of Maryland, SRI International, Northwest Research Associates, Inc., and Geospace, Inc."

If anyone knows what BAE does you will now the significance of the link between the two.

BAE is British Aerospace Electronics Advanced Technologies- Military weaponry.

I worked construction and had high level security clearance to work in many departments at BAE and saw things.

"BAE Systems plc is a British multinational defence, security and aerospace company headquartered in London in the United Kingdom and with operations worldwide. It is among the world's largest defence contractors; it ranked as the second-largest based on applicable 2012 revenues.[5] Its largest operations are in the United Kingdom and United States, where its BAE Systems Inc. subsidiary is one of the six largest suppliers to the US Department of Defense. Other major markets include Australia, India and Saudi Arabia. The company was formed on 30 November 1999 by the £7.7 billion merger of two British companies; Marconi Electronic Systems (MES) – the defence electronics and naval shipbuilding subsidiary of the General Electric Company plc (GEC) – and British Aerospace (BAe) – an aircraft, munitions and naval systems manufacturer. "

For a organization like this to have a contract to develop HAARP can only mean one thing.
If there was ever any doubt what HAARP does this should make things clear.

This is where the link on Face book took me and it has no mention of a link between BAE and HAARP.

Smoking Gun: The HAARP and Chemtrails Connection.

I guess the link is BAE developer of IRI which is linked to HAARP?

There is no secret alliance here and yes BAE "designed and built" HAARP as clearly stated in the Wikipedia listing for HAARP. And since we know Wikipedia is widely edited and controlled by the CIA and other government agencies, they obviously feel no need to hide the fact. Here's the Wikipedia entry:

"The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska[clarification needed], and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA),[1] designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT)."
Our destiny is in our hands. Let us visualise a world of truth, freedom and equality.

    Thanks Andre.

So there's no question the officials are lying to us about the capabilities of HAARP.
