Internet hacktivists have fired the latest salvo in the Wikileaks infowar.

A group called Anonymous has hit sites that have refused to do business with the controversial whistle-blowing site with a series of distributed denial-of-service attacks.

It mirrors similar attacks aimed at the Wikileaks site.

Targets include the Swiss bank that froze founder Julian Assange's assets and PayPal which has stopped processing donations to Wikileaks.

Default Payback: Bank That Froze Julian Assange's Bank Account Has Now Been Taken Down By Hac

    It's war!

Earlier today we noted how the Swiss bank Switzerland Post Finance (a bank associated with the Swiss post office) had frozen Julian Assange's bank account for his defense fund.

    Well, payback.

Well it sure gets more interesting doesn't it? Especially with the news that now the credit card companies have stopped processing payments to Wikileaks due to more 'violations of service agreements.' I guess we will soon learn the true extent to which TPTB exert total, 100% control over the bubble called reality we are living in now!
