Biography:

David Jacobs, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of History at Temple University specializing in twentieth century American history and culture. He began researching the controversy over unidentified flying objects in America in the mid 1960s, and has amassed over 35 years of primary research data and analytical hypotheses on the subject. Dr. Jacobs has written and delivered many articles, papers, and addresses on the subject of UFO abduction, and has been a consultant to the major UFO organizations. In recent years he has concentrated on ascertaining the proper methodological techniques for the hypnosis and therapy of abductees.

I've not listened to this yet, but just as a [probable!] recommendation, Dr David Jacobs is one of the handful of researchers in the UFO community I very highly respect.

He's cautious, evidence-based, methodical, and meticulous, but is (cautiously) willing to think way, way out of the box. He has a great deal of intellectual rigor and also courage, which is quite a rare combination. He shares that with Dr Karla Turner, who preceded him as a specialist in the same field.

A great interview. I bowed out at the 2 hour mark.
Jacobs starts off stating that he doesn't believe and or think much of the early space brother stories of the early fifties, such as George Adamski, he mentioned like five but George was the only one I rememberd.
Jacobs states that it was these stories that made it difficult for folks to process what he considered the better stories of Betty and Barney Hill and Antonio Villas Boas.

Jacobs states that through regression therapy he noticed a shift in abductions.
He states that where as it was always Greys back in the 70's and 80's he states that a human hybrid began to be added to the equation in the 90's to present.
So this continues to morph to the point where most of the beings perpetuating the abduction are for the most part humans but because they use telepathy Jacobs thinks they must be hybrids.

So what we have is a situation where people are being abducted, and as the population grows, so to does the population of physiologically abduction worthy specimens. And as the population continues to grow, this hybrid program goes into an accelerated growth spurt, to the point where some abductions are now being reported as being perpetuated by an entire hybrid group.

The question now is what is the purpose for these hybrids?
Are they here to assist mankind? Are they here to take over mankind? Are they here to repopulate the planet after mankind is wiped out?

I listened to this yesterday. It's first rate.

There are a number of good interviews with David Jacobs out there, but this is as good as any of them, and of course is completely up to date in terms of presenting his latest thoughts (and deep suspicions) about abductions. He's highly intelligent, is an excellent researcher, and is a meticulous, cautious scientist, driven entirely by the data he's collected from over 1000 abductions he's studied in detail.

And he's been around since the very early days of ufology, and understands it very well. To my surprise, he revealed he was born in 1942, making him now 74, or nearly so. I got to be impressed. He has the energy, attitude, open-mindedness and humor of a far younger man.

At about 1:20:00, he really caught my attention (and I'd like to go into this in more detail later). Jimmy Church asks him what the strategic objective of the hubrid (='human-looking hybrid') program might be.

David Jacobs' serious answer: Earth Acquisition.

Planetary acquisition... that's really "Atlantis all over again" with what Cayce describes as the "things" or the slaves which, according to Peniel, were the "First wavers" with the Belials and Law of Ones being a split of the "Second Wavers" themselves being refugees from a planet they managed to blow up and that's now circling in this solar system as an asteroid belt according to some other accounts.

Well, maybe this time, the invaders/immigrants are going to "go native"?

You know I've never heard your opinion on the Lacerta interview. There is no way I can vet this work, but I will state that the information is quite amazing and I'm left with the impression of genius in so far as someone correlating vast areas of study or it possibly being genuine.

I mention it, because the being "Lacerta" states that mankind is an engineered species. And that we have had seven prior human forms on this planet, only to have a "new" human form introduced and when that happens the older race is then eradicated through a genocidal cleansing.
Lacerta hints that we should be concerned about this because these "engineers" will probably be coming back.
There are so many strange correlating pings of data in this interview I would really be curious as to hear your take.
One of the more intriguing pieces of data that strangely lines up is this Reptilian Attack in the Supersition Mountains. This is a story about a woman in the Superstition Mountains who was regressed to remember a physical attack that took place in the Superstition Mountains. What was so stunning to me was the similiarities in describing a "room" this woman stumbled into and a description Lacerta gives to a above ground entry point station to a underground city. There are also similarities between emblems described by Lacerta and the woman in the attack in the Superstition Mountains story.

You know Bill I've never heard your opinion on the Lacerta interview.

I was curious enough about this to do a search. I don't know if your opinion has changed on this since 2010, but I thought it worth while learning your one time take on this matter.

Hi! Yes, I have read it many years ago. I believe it is quite famous - Personally I feel it is a hoax, nevertheless it is worth reading, but as usual there is no hard evidence that this interview is true. Check the following page (2nd paragraph, 1st is Italian) - the author elaborates why he is convinced that the whole story is a fake. His argumentation lines are plausible for me.
