    Default Claims to have reversed two decades of Telomere Shortening (Human testing)

    Gene Therapy Makes BioViva CEO Elizabeth Parrish Younger, Blunter, and Resolute

    Elizabeth Parrish, Chief Executive Officer and guinea pig for Bioviva, announced today that she has become the first human “successfully rejuvenated by gene therapy.” Using two proprietary processes, Parrish claims to have reversed two decades worth of telomere shortening, the process that leads to the breakdown of cell replications in the vast majority of living things. Telomere scores — measured using white blood cells — indicate that Parrish, who was 44 years old in September, has slowed a cellular process many scientists believe to be one of the root causes of aging.

    That makes today a big day for Elizabeth Parrish. She’s publicly announcing a potential cure to the disease she feared would kill her: Time.

    Parrish has become one of the leading lights of the biohacking movement by refusing to see aging as a fundamental fact of life. She described her highly experimental gene and cellular therapies as treatment targeted against an epidemic sometimes called the “silver tsunami.” She has made it very clear that, to her, “old” is a diagnosis. What she hasn’t always made clear — and seems to actively avoid addressing — are the moral, societal, and even medical ramifications of her work. Also the science.

    Earlier this week, she spoke to Inverse about becoming her own patient zero, how human cells are like computers, and why she’s justified in evading the FDA.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I also think she's justified in evading the FDA.
    That (the FDA) is a reptilian controlled corporation unlike any other. The fascists in the US backdrop and the associated killer elite -pervade it like no other.
    It is the gateway to control of US technology involving the biosciences and the oligarchy wants the vast majority of humanity--dead dead dead!
    Gaining any form of extended lifespan is like hydrogen cars. Earlier on, Elon Musk called Hydrogen cars 'Liedrogen' as it was a lie ...and was always 20 years in the future.
    Each year, it would move to being again...20 years in the future. A carrot that was designed to NEVER arrive, at all costs.
    Which is a core point of why elon started Tesla.
    The same is said for space travel and space expansion. Always 20 years away.
    Which is why Elon started up Space X.
    Now we come to the biosciences. Where extended lifespans and the correction of disease and debilitation... is ALWAYS in the future and is NEVER supposed to arrive. Always 20 years out..the target always moves, never arriving.
    We are, the bulk of the human race... AT WAR with a hidden dark sociopathic oligarchy. It is very important, fundamental, in fact, to recognize this point.
    Then the shape of the world will begin to make sense. All of our scientific advances ended up pouring into the black programs, hidden from the bulk of humanity.
    So, She's right to hide from them.
    they want to cancel out the advances of such companies and groups, as quickly and as powerfully as possible. At any price.
    Extended lifespans and corrected bodies is a CORE point in control, as death and fear of death is a core point in the psychology of maintaining an illusion and hypnotic in the masses.
    If the world opens up to everyone, so they can do it again, and do it right, with renewed bodies, with a fundamentally altered psychology --which a new life/body would give them-- then where does parasitic oligarchy stand?
    It stands in the dock, in court, destined to be executed, wholesale. Forever.
    So, understand that the control of space, the control of energy technology and the control of bio-sciences is a war and a total war, to the death, in and of everything...for oligarchy.
    I'm sure that the FDA would want you to wait another fifty years, ie, for some test subjects to age and die, and then do some more tests. before they allow you access to it. Or declare it to false. they need time to foment a lie to get rid of it.
    Gotta be safe now, gotta be sure....you know.
    Wouldn't want anyone to get hurt. Think of the children!
    And don't look at the coming (already begun) 8 or 10 trillion dollars in the health system/oligarchy business, world wide... that would be put directly at risk!
    It's like the war game plan to create injured soldiers and tie up more resources. dead ones don't give the enemy a great loss. injured ones do. so injure, don't kill..as many as possible.
    In this case, age them and then try to save them..but never save them. and own and control all ends of it, as a businesses model.
    Grab them by their fears and emotions and have that spiral out of control in the people, for an effectual total control of the people, in all aspects. All forms of coming and going, as a feeding trough, for parasites.
    All into a dumbing down and death spiral, a wholesale elimination for the USA middle classes that were born out of the baby boom. THAT is the plan.
    Fascinating. Wonderful. Doomed. Dammit.
    I hope Ms. Parrish has a healthy understanding of the system's inherent need to wipe her off the face of the earth.
    The louder we say it and speak of it the more difficult it is to eliminate.
    readers, understand this:
    The more I investigate these things upfront and personal, the more I find that many of them are true and real.
    So don't take any mainstream media's message that this turned out to be a false hope. Note that all science involving space, energy resources, and longevity... have somehow, all come to nothing.
    Yet all other sciences are evolving rapidly. Constantly.
    Yet, somehow, all of these three.....seem to always be 20 years in the future or failing miserably. every time you check, the promise exists, never getting one iota closer.
    In all possible forms of logic, such a thing cannot be. It's statistically and historically impossible.
    Therefore.....you are being interfered with. From the shadows. By those who enforce and control shadow positions...for all that they do.
    Quote American woman gets biologically younger after gene therapies
    Elizabeth Parrish, CEO of Bioviva USA Inc. has become the first human being to be successfully rejuvenated by gene therapy, after her own company’s experimental therapies reversed 20 years of normal telomere shortening.
    Telomere score is calculated according to telomere length of white blood cells (T-lymphocytes). This result is based on the average T-lymphocyte telomere length compared to the American population at the same age range. The higher the telomere score, the “younger” the cells.
    In September 2015, then 44 year-old CEO of BioViva USA Inc. Elizabeth Parrish received two of her own company’s experimental gene therapies: one to protect against loss of muscle mass with age, another to battle stem cell depletion responsible for diverse age-related diseases and infirmities.
    The treatment was originally intended to demonstrate the safety of the latest generation of the therapies. But if early data is accurate, it is already the world’s first successful example of telomere lengthening via gene therapy in a human individual. Gene therapy has been used to lengthen telomeres before in cultured cells and in mice, but never in a human patient.
    Telomeres are short segments of DNA which cap the ends of every chromosome, acting as ‘buffers’ against wear and tear. They shorten with every cell division, eventually getting too short to protect the chromosome, causing the cell to malfunction and the body to age.
    In September 2015, telomere data taken from Parrish’s white blood cells by SpectraCell‘s specialised clinical testing laboratory in Houston, Texas, immediately before therapies were administered, revealed that Parrish’s telomeres were unusually short for her age, leaving her vulnerable to age-associated diseases earlier in life.
    In March 2016, the same tests were taken again by SpectraCell revealed that her telomeres had lengthened by approximately 20 years, from 6.71kb to 7.33kb. This implies that Parrish’s white blood cells (leukocytes) have become biologically younger. These findings were independently verified by the Brussels-based non-profit HEALES (HEalthy Life Extension Company), and the Biogerontology Research Foundation, a UK-based charity committed to combating age-related diseases.
    Parrish’s reaction: “Current therapeutics offer only marginal benefits for people suffering from diseases of aging. Additionally, lifestyle modification has limited impact for treating these diseases. Advances in biotechnology is the best solution, and if these results are anywhere near accurate, we’ve made history”, Parrish said.
    Bioviva will continue to monitor Parrish’s blood for months and years to come. Meanwhile, BioViva will be testing new gene therapies and combination gene therapies to restore age related damage. It remains to be seen whether the success in leukocytes can expanded to other tissues and organs, and repeated in future patients. For now all the answers lie in the cells of Elizabeth Parrish, ‘patient zero’ of restorative gene therapy.
    Since her first gene therapy injections BioViva has received global interest from both the scientific and investment communities. Earlier this month BioViva became a portfolio company of Deep Knowledge Life Sciences (DKLS), a London-based investment fund which aims to accelerate the development of biotechnologies for healthy longevity.
    Dmitry Kaminskiy, founding partner of DKLS, said “BioViva has the potential to create breakthroughs in human gene therapy research, while leapfrogging companies in the biotech market.”
    In another interview she stated that it is available to qualified research institutes, universities, and labs to test and corroborate her findings. I wish her well.
    With a depopulation agenda having a "workforce" with extended health and longevity predicated upon repeat therapies in an inducement for the controllers and the controlled. Not having to continually train and educate another generation to replace aging workers could be seen as very useful. Conversely restricting access to the therapy creates incentive to comply and competition.
    I.E. TA-65 a telomere lengthening product costs about $600/month add 4 more longevity treatments for about $3000/month and we can see the trap. Reminds me of the addictive spice melange in The Dune series. I am certain people would pay $1000/month just to have forever youthful skin...
    Many of us are aware how the Annunaki are purported to have specifically limited our lifespan to about 120 years...much has been written about Mana, ORMUS, white powdered gold etc as a key to life extension...never quite understood it well enough to consider using it. Same with some herbs, calorie restriction and fasting and bio-hacking. The most repugnant but I expect most "widely employed" is total organ replacement and blood transfusions from VERY young children. Vampires for real!
    I've considered gene therapy to restore Vit-C production in the liver...just need a clinician insane enough to buck the system and administer it
    I get excited with many advances that are always just a" a decade away" then marvel at how they always disappear.
    We already have access to telomere lengthening products. Dr. Al Sears sells a new supplement that has demonstrated the ability to do it. http://www.primalforce.net/catalog/p...loEssence.html
    there is also a product called CELLMetrix that claims to lengthen telomeres. http://cellmetrix.net/
    I am wary of some of these statements. Seen cancer cells with huge telomeres. You want them intact and as Mother Nature intended. Long is not necessary better. Being happy and having a healthy diet (which varies individually) keeps telomeres intact.
    I agree about the eternally dangled carrots. Mainstream cancer cures are always '10 years' away.
    I understand she has to keep the method proprietary for commercial reasons, but I hope one of these telemoere research companies open sources their information one day. It'll be safer for them, and everyone would benefit. Telomere therapy is probably the most promising longevity aid. TA-65 comes from Astralgus. 'Astra' - herb of the stars? And then you have creosote bush, or chaparral, which can live for thousands of years.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larrea_tridentata
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astralagus
    I've heard credible stories of people in southern Chinese cities that live to over 300 years old. They just keep it quiet. Other sources say much much longer life spans are possible. There are persistent myths about Nicholas Flamel. I read the first book in this series, and felt there was a lot of truth to it:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Al...icholas_Flamel
    The book also claimed Machiavelli found the secret of longevity.
    2009 the medicine nobel price was awarded for this reaserch. They found that they can stop or reverse the shortening of the telomere. There is one plant which can do this, Astragalus Membranaceus. On this site they sell capsules with Astragalus, Moringa and Topinambur. www.moringagarden.eu/hrvatska search for MTT.
    Here is the direct link to his product, but is a kind of expensive..
    Greetings , you sound like you have alot of knowledge. I would guess that from what they say, telomere therapy enhances the functioning of certain organs, so one could expect that with better detox, oxygenation and metabolism, the therapy would be expected to reduce the incidence of cancer. But that would not necessarily make it a therapy for cancer
    I am wary of some of these statements. Seen cancer cells with huge telomeres. You want them intact and as Mother Nature intended. Long is not necessary better. Being happy and having a healthy diet (which varies individually) keeps telomeres intact.
    Greetings , you sound like you have alot of knowledge. I would guess that from what they say, telomere therapy enhances the functioning of certain organs, so one could expect that with better detox, oxygenation and metabolism, the therapy would be expected to reduce the incidence of cancer. But that would not necessarily make it a therapy for cancer
    In cancer all the DNA can be damaged including telomeres. Telomeres are needed for DNA replication and cell division and immune functions. Abnormal cell replication will cause cancer. Rodents DNA is not like human DNA nor are their telomeres the same. There's are huge compared to ours. To use them as a model test subject probably is a mistake, maybe quick prototype is ok. Thought to be why rodents resist radiation and certain diseases better. However, research lead to not thinking that way, it is not about the length or code but the DNAs behavior. Worked with cancer research and mouse/human hybrids cell lines. I could tell human from mouse DNA by how it behaved in tissue culture. Technique used for identifying location of a gene. Specifically, I was searching for a gene causing rare disease Xerodermapigmentosa (who are prone to skin cancer) which turned out to be a DNA repair gene and located on the 13th chromosome.
    Had they said 'restores' telomeres would have been better and that the products contain telomerase (needed for telomere repair) would have perked my interest and be less sounding like advertising or the next new fad which lots of 'gene therapies' claims seem to be. An actual scientific publication or research data would be more helpful. I would be more inclined to listen to those. Do you know stress shortens your telomeres. Being in the country, fresh air, good diet, exercise and being happy is the key. Why the Okanawan people live so long. They actually studied their telomeres. Not sure if I can find the publication.
    When the Avalon forum went through a change in the moderation, many years back, just after the Charles saga..there was a moment in one thread where one person spoke of having a group of 12 scientists who were involved in underground bases and human hybrid experiments, who wanted to possibly come on board and speak on what they knew..in some fashion or another.
    Most members wanted nothing to do with it..being afraid of more scams, more loss of credibility and whatnot, tired of the whole thing.
    I noted that some of their wording (about the scientists) indicated to me that there was possibility that they were 'for real'. Some of that wording was about things that only the informed would know or understand. But, like telling people how to spot fake UFO videos or photos, can spur an onslaught of it's opposite..which is fake UFO photos and videos that are far more difficult to debunk. I could not logically say what I thought was real as I could have damaged the extant ability to tell the fakers from the real, from that point forward. I talked about letting them become members and letting them talk, but I was all on my own on that one.
    This is not the first time, but here we go again, in cell regeneration and tissue regeneration and even organ regeneration.
    In mainstream science no less.
    the hair raising part is that this new technique and data lends credence to the whole idea of creating human hybrids in deep underground facilities, as one of the 'impossible' steps just became real.
    When we add in the trillions of dollars and extreme IQ mental effort going into underground bases and what is going on in them, when we add in the fact (a real noted statistic with a functional history in the books!) that the USA was 50 years ahead in deep/ark research projects, for every year of public known sciences..in the year 1946....and that this ratio softened but never really dropped below a 'suspected' minimum of 30 years faster than public science..well...we rapidly get to 'human hybrids being created' in vessel and stews, electrified stews" and so on --we arrive at them being considerably more real in possibility and probability.
    Now we are mere INCHES away from this crazy idea being verified by real and extant science that is emergent in public sciences.
    Breakthrough device heals organs with a single touch
    Researchers demonstrate a process known as tissue nanotransfection at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In laboratory tests, this process was able to heal the badly injured legs of mice in just three weeks with a single touch of this chip. The technology works by converting normal skin cells into vascular cells, which helped heal the wounds. Credit: The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
    Researchers at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Ohio State's College of Engineering have developed a new technology, Tissue Nanotransfection (TNT), that can generate any cell type of interest for treatment within the patient's own body. This technology may be used to repair injured tissue or restore function of aging tissue, including organs, blood vessels and nerve cells.
    Results of the regenerative medicine study published in the journal Nature Nanotechnology.
    "By using our novel nanochip technology, injured or compromised organs can be replaced. We have shown that skin is a fertile land where we can grow the elements of any organ that is declining," said Dr. Chandan Sen, director of Ohio State's Center for Regenerative Medicine & Cell Based Therapies, who co-led the study with L. James Lee, professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering with Ohio State's College of Engineering in collaboration with Ohio State's Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center.
    Researchers studied mice and pigs in these experiments. In the study, researchers were able to reprogram skin cells to become vascular cells in badly injured legs that lacked blood flow. Within one week, active blood vessels appeared in the injured leg, and by the second week, the leg was saved. In lab tests, this technology was also shown to reprogram skin cells in the live body into nerve cells that were injected into brain-injured mice to help them recover from stroke.
    Device instantly delivers new DNA or RNA into living skin cells to change their function. Credit: The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
    "This is difficult to imagine, but it is achievable, successfully working about 98 percent of the time. With this technology, we can convert skin cells into elements of any organ with just one touch. This process only takes less than a second and is non-invasive, and then you're off. The chip does not stay with you, and the reprogramming of the cell starts. Our technology keeps the cells in the body under immune surveillance, so immune suppression is not necessary," said Sen, who also is executive director of Ohio State's Comprehensive Wound Center.
    TNT technology has two major components: First is a nanotechnology-based chip designed to deliver cargo to adult cells in the live body. Second is the design of specific biological cargo for cell conversion. This cargo, when delivered using the chip, converts an adult cell from one type to another, said first author Daniel Gallego-Perez, an assistant professor of biomedical engineering and general surgery who also was a postdoctoral researcher in both Sen's and Lee's laboratories.
    TNT doesn't require any laboratory-based procedures and may be implemented at the point of care. The procedure is also non-invasive. The cargo is delivered by zapping the device with a small electrical charge that's barely felt by the patient.
    "The concept is very simple," Lee said. "As a matter of fact, we were even surprised how it worked so well. In my lab, we have ongoing research trying to understand the mechanism and do even better. So, this is the beginning, more to come."
    Researchers plan to start clinical trials next year to test this technology in humans, Sen said.
    So yeah, human hybrids in underground bases just gained some substantiating data, some potential in real proofs. That an essential part of the story, a part that tripped it up into being as fakery, tall stories, total crap, etc... just became startlingly real.
    That really is pretty amazing, not only the technology, but that it's mainstream news.
    It looks like this technique is a lot simpler than stem cell therapy.
    But anything involving a chip also could have more sinister implications...and applications....especially in that it can be used to make chips seem more beneficial and safe.
    Perhaps that has something to do with why this news has gone public.
    'Breakthrough' penny-sized nanochip pad stimulates healing in injuries and stroke damage in mice trials
    What was once the stuff of science fiction is now becoming a reality: entire organs may soon be "healed" by simply touching a small chip.
    A team of researchers from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Ohio State's College of Engineering, both in Columbus, developed a groundbreaking technology that could soon restore almost any organ.
    The device changes cell function in a non-invasive way. It relies on a type of nanotechnology called tissue nanotransfection, which can reprogram living adult cells into any other type of cell.
    The new study was published in the journal Nature Nanotechnology, and the research was jointly led by Dr. Chandan Sen, who is director of Ohio State's Center for Regenerative Medicine and Cell-Based Therapies, and L. James Lee, a professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at Ohio State's College of Engineering.
    How the technology works
    The breakthrough technology relies on two main elements, and the first one is the chip itself. Using nanotechnology, the scientists designed the device so that it could inject a so-called genetic load into the body's cells.
    The second element is the genetic load itself: the chip carries a specific genetic code in the form of DNA or RNA, which, when applied to cells, changes them from their previous structure and function to the structure and functions needed to repair the injury. The video below shows the device in action.
    As the study authors explain, the reprogramming factors are delivered into the cell using a "highly intense and focused electric field through arrayed nanochannels." In other words, the chip is placed onto the skin and with a simple touch, a small and nearly imperceptible electrical current forges channels into the tissue.
    The DNA or RNA is sent through these nanochannels and starts to reprogram the cells, giving them a new "identity." As Dr. Sen explains, "It takes just a fraction of a second. You simply touch the chip to the wounded area, then remove it. At that point, the cell reprogramming begins."
    Device is proven 98 percent effective
    The team tested the device in mice by applying the technology to the skin of their injured legs, the blood flow of which was blocked. The device successfully transformed the mice's skin cells into vascular cells. "Within a week we began noticing the transformation," says Dr. Sen.
    In the second week, the skin cells had turned into functional blood vessels, and by the third week, the rodents' legs were fully healed - with no other pharmacological intervention.
    "What's even more exciting is that it not only works on the skin, but on any type of tissue," he adds.
    In a second set of experiments, the researchers used the device to transform skin cells into brain cells, helping to restore the region that had been damaged by stroke.
    Specifically, the middle cerebral artery had been blocked. However, the researchers transplanted the newly obtained brain cells into the rodents' brain, which repaired the damage caused by the stroke. The scientists report that within weeks, the mice's brains were fully functioning again.
    "This is difficult to imagine, but it is achievable, successfully working about 98 percent of the time. With this technology, we can convert skin cells into elements of any organ with just one touch. This process only takes less than a second and is non-invasive." -- Dr. Chandan Sen
    The researchers explain that compared with other in vivo transfection technologies that use viruses - wherein gene delivery can cause serious side effects - this technology is focused on single cells and works non-invasively. "The difference with our technology is how we deliver the DNA into the cells," says Dr. Lee.
    Given the simple, non-invasive, and non-pharmacological nature of the technology, the scientists are hoping to move the device into human clinical trials within a year.
    Fascinating, on the way to Star Trek...
    Is it genuinely non-invasive, with no catches?:
    Dr. Irene Caesar, PhD, a prominent Russian-American scientist & artist owner of the Wave Genome says that Russia is ready for quantum leap where the use of the free energy will be fundament of the new socialism society and were medcine will be hollogram based. Some products and treatmants are avaliable now, and they stated that every disease, exept cancer stage IV, can be cured and aging can be controlled. She stated that powers to be sabotage this leap for years.
    “The information-wave technology of the Laser Bioholography has been perfected by decades of research experience and clinical trials; it has been patented, licensed and certified by the Russian Ministry of Health; and, at the present moment, it is widely commercialized all over Russia. The information-wave technology of Laser Bioholography is based upon the application of Quantum Physics to Genetics, a new theory of Genetics, which is called Structuralist Genetics (© Irene Caesar, Ph.D., 2010), and the application of the stabilized He-Ne lasers with internal mirrors.”
    "We are standing at the threshold of the biggest scientific revolution in the history of human kind, called Quantum Leap. All Transhumanist models of genetic modification of organisms, relying on global artificial intellect and brain-computer interfaces are obsolete technologies of the pre-Quantum Era. Either Biology makes Quantum Leap, or humankind will be destroyed by genetic collapse. Human enhancement is possible only through mastering the geometrical optics of chromosomes via Bioholography."
